Hey, okay so I hope i can help...So, Gauri comes of Calcutta to marry a dude names Shashank, but on the wedding day he doesnt show up so Gauri marries Shiv. Shiv's dad n Gauri's dad r best friends, and Shiv's dad treat Gauri liek his kid dat why SHiv had to marry Gauri. But Now shiv hates gauri and i think u noe the rest

here are the characters in the show:

Gauri: main girl...married to Shiv, used to love Shashank

Shiv: main lead...married to Gauri, hates her cuz he thinks she is after his money, wants her out of his life

mahen: Shiv's dad. Right now is a postive character

Shiv's mom: Lady with big earrings....lol....positive

Ipshitta: Shiv's childhood friend, nice and positive towards Shiv and gauri

Anupam: Shiv's family friend, likes Ipshitta, positve

Shiv's chacha: having an affair with lady called nionika, negative

Shiv's chachi: has problem with Gauri b/c she told abt her husband having an affair...negative/positve?

Palak: shiv's sister, negative, hates Gauri

Maya: Shiv's bua, negative, hates Gauri

Kaya: Gauri's younger sister, positive

Nitesh: Kaya's ex boyfriend, mental, hates Gauri, and wants revenge from her cuz she sent him to mental hospital

Devika: Lady with big bindi, wants to break up Shiv and Guari's marriage...supposedly Gauri's grand mother...negative...
