I still think it is a double bluff on Vivaan's part. Meera is saying she is pregnant and Vivaan wants to know how far this will go. There can not be another misunderstanding or separation since he has never fully believed Meera's drama. This track is only to push Laali or SM to do something stupid and for their truth to come out.
