Team Amaya. I hope she gets well soon. She's he one to put some sense into Vivz and accept Meera totally the way she is. She should speak out this time that this is all Roma's evil deed.

Hi there! Nice discussion.

I am definitely Team Meera. Let me tell you why.

Meera was minding her own business and going to get married to Sumair. Vivaan got involved where he should not have and threatened Sumair. Who suffered as a result of that? Meera. She is the one who had a bad video made about her and displayed in public. She was the one attacked by the crowd. Again Vivaan gets involved without being asked and forces marriage on to Meera. Then almost as soon as the marriage is over he asks for a divorce - from a girl who comes form a traditional family. How is that supposed to solve anything. One of my main issues with the writers as of now is that they have not explored any of this - nor has Meeras dad or mom asked Vivaan to justify himself for the video or the marriage. Why this double standard - he can interfere in her life and she can't in his?
Not only that Vivaan has on many occasions been rude to Meeras parents who have only shown kindness to him.
Also I would like to point out that Amaya hates Roma and Roma is pretty horrible to Amaya. In the last episode amaya even says that I have never said a word for all the horrible things you did to me my entire life. What sort of loving brother is Vivaan that he has never questioned that or protected his sister from Roma but is angry witheera who has only been loving to amaya?
Now about the latest incident- I agree that Vivaan asked Meera to not interfere. So in that regard Meera is wrong. But she repeatedly asked Vivaan to not follow her and to leave her alone.
So yes I feel for once Civaan has a reason to be upset - his sister is after all at deaths door. But to me he is behaving like he has behaved from the beginning of the serial - as a rich boy who has contempt for Meera and her family. Maybe he is like this because of Roma's influence but we still cannot hide form the fact that his is how he is.
Just my view so happy for everyone to disagree.

Great post! 👍🏼

I absolutely agree with the part that Vivaan did interfere in Meera's life and got married to her without her consent. However, he was always ready for each next challenge coming on him and Meera. Whether it was Meera or any other lady getting the bad and unfair treatment as Meera got on her wedding day, he would have not tolerated any injustice happen to an innocent woman, and he would get married just to save that woman's self-respect. As with Meera, he was respectful enough, never imposed his right as a husband on her, and never mentioned about the divorce to Meera's family to date, and not even right now when Amaya is fighting between life and death.

Meera's role is pretty interesting but sometimes I find her not enough clever. I don't know what the writers have in store for us, but I'm beyond upset and disgusted with this track of Roma sending goons to rape Meera and Amaya landing there instead. I truly wish Meera had closed her social media account so that especially Amaya would not get a hint about where and what is Meera doing. Meera is fun and bubbly, has neat intentions, but it would have been nicer to see her evolve after getting married to Vivaan, grab some maturity, and learn from him to think practically sometimes.

Out of all the characters in the show, I feel Vivaan's character is the strongest. As much as he is respectful, he is expressive and shares what's in his mind when things are going wrong. He does easily get angry but I feel that makes him more human. I really do admire his role in the show. I feel the character of Vivaan got more to evolve (compared to Meera's after marriage). Vivaan used to get so angry unnecessarily at the beginning but ever since he's married to Meera, he is becoming more open minded, he's acknowledging Meera's value in his life, the thought of Meera being with another man does haunt him, he's even falling for her without realizing it, but then bad incidents happen and he spills his anger and fears on Meera because she is the only one who's his and that he considers his. Just recall the part when he reached at the hospital recently: he was being grateful to be fine and find Meera safe too, he even mentioned to Meera that he must be fine only because of her prayers. His entire attention was only on Meera until he saw Amaya. Vivaan is that man from the mind but has the heart of a child. So, I'm on "Team Vivaan"! 😉

Team Meervaan! 😳 As the only sister to 3 elder brothers, I understand exactly how Vivaan feels and has reacted. Any other brother in his position would've reacted the same way because as Amaya said much earlier, he brought her up. She isn't just his sister, she's somewhat like his child too. He stepped up to raise her once PK left. For so many years, Vivaan's world has only revolved around Amaya. There's never been a 3rd person regardless of whatever Roma says. Let's not forget that Amaya has always been his weakness. He can't say no to her. She's the one person who can speak sense to him and he actually listens to what she says. The very thought of losing someone so significant in his life is definitely heartwrenching. That's why I don't blame him. Vivaan's reaction is a result of his love for his sister. But Meera didn't mean to do anything to hurt them either. Whatever she did was to help 2 of the people she cares for. I'm not denying the fact that she should've been more open about it. She shouldn't have hidden it from Vivaan. Maybe she wanted it to be a surprise for him but still, I guess Meera lacks the mental maturity. But as it was said earlier, Meera didnt ask for Vivaan to step into any decision in her life. It was his choice. I feel that they've got too many loose strings her that the CVs have to the up before they fall in love and stuff
