One more possibility.

When all this Sumer drama ends they'll get MeeVan married. So by the end of april you have hate marriage. Then trip fall catch. Mrs Singh and some more kangan. TRPs might still be the same. So finally channel will decide to pull the plug by May-June. Then in 10 days straight they will fall in lau, realize it's eternal, confess, get married again, cringe romance and stuff and finally show ends.

So when they had creative freedom they showed dolly and kangan... and MeeVan fans ko mila babaji ka thullu 😃

Mah Meera ben had such a cute si smile when Dolly mentioned Sumer's name 😳 If I remember right their last interaction was when he mentioned "mujhe nai pata tha isse itni basic cheez bhi nahi aati." 👏
