25% get justice

So as a woman reading your post, I'm both dismayed and also a bit angry at your post. I understand that the laws are in place to protect women, especially when it comes to rape and molestation, and I understand that our system and our society are failing women in many ways. However, that isn't a related issue to this one, because here a woman is exploiting those laws to defame a man (at least from my understanding). And the system is failing here too because it allows women to exploit laws with relative impunity. Even if a man proves that these charges are false, the media will have smeared his name everywhere and a perception will have been created regarding this. I truly believe that if a man can prove his innocence and that the charges are false and fabricated with malicious intent, he should be able to have her punished in a court of law. Doing this will also help with more equality in terms of how rape and molestation are viewed because there are male victims of rape or molestation (either in this sense or physically victims who were raped or molested) and so this whole "woman card" thing needs to stop.

Also, just as a note before any new-age hyper-feminists come to accuse me of being a woman who doesn't support woman's issues let me just say that feminism is about EQUALITY between both genders, not women having more power over men.

Our law says that let thousand criminals escape, not a single innocent should be punished. Just becoz women are raped does not give licence to any woman to falsely accuse a man of rape.Such accusation only makes it harder for real rape victims to get justice.😊 P.S. When are you going to update MONSTER IN HIS EYES?
