I know each one of us try to jot down good .. but not necessary the readers feel the same.

See from a readers point of you. I will give you my example. I am a person who would go ahead and finish off if I started to read something. Irrespective of how cliche or mush the story is, or maybe the language usage and script style writing (though most of the times I take a U-turn seeing such a writing style).

There have been only two books that I couldn't finish off because I couldn't bare the cringe worthy and the content was just not something I could digest.

But most of the times the readers won't leave an honest review if they found the write -up pathetic. 'cause lets face it, writers might not take it well. So one liners, one words or probably nothing.
