Dear during jungle scene when baby came to know that baba did it for dhruv. Look at both babies are so happy that people thinking they gonna merry each other , after watching their bindaas chemistry.

I think baby was so normal bubbly self but baba ka main nahi keh sakti ke mera bhai was his normal self subconciously he was saying stuff that he probably shouldn't say 😉
