Nandini Murthy agrees to keep this contract a secret.
Namdini Murthy agrees to live in the house until she had paid off the cost of the suit and is not allowed to visit anywhere else unless being accommodated by Manik Malhotra.
The job will include cleaning the house, cooking meals and obeying Manik Malhotra's orders unless the order is against moral rights or is illegal.
Nandini Murthy may treat the house as her own, but must not bring any visitors inside the house.
A breach to any of the above rules will result in Nandini Murthy not only losing her job but having to pay a fine of 5 lakhs as well as the remaining cost of the house.
The pay will be Rs. 10,000 per day.

Awesome!! Wat a comeback,too good man!! I was waiting so impatiently for this story...
