I said trying to cheer her up but it was of no use.Days passed but she didn't spoke nor she ate properly. I was tired now. God almighty what have you done to my Nandu
Nandu: Manik..mereko na tujhe kuch batana hai
Finally she uttered by herself. She needed space and it worked
Manik: " Haan bolo..kya hua tuhme aese achanak
I asked cupping her face and she was in tears by now
Nandu: Ghussa toh nahi karoge naa..mereko wapas chodke toh nahi aaoge na
She asked and I stroked her face gently nodding in no
Nandu: Maine kisi koh maar dala hai
She spoked and I was shock to the core. Was she joking or what
Manik: " What?!
I asked confused..shocked..don't know what. She jerk my hands away and turned away crying badly
Nandu: Are haa..jab mai yaha sai wapas gayi thi..toh akele pad gayi thi..kuch acha nahi lagta tha
She said and guilt formed inside me
Nandu: Ek din..Navya ka dost aaya tha chaul. Sakal ram andar sai raavan nikla huh
She said and I turned her making her face to me
Manik: " kya usne kuch kiya tuhmare saath
I asked seriously and she nodded in yes wiping her tears harshly
Nandu: Ghar par akeli thi..Heera lal sai baat kar rahi thi..meri billi..phir woh aaya aur jabar jasti karne laga aur
She sniffed and I clutched her arms tight while she continued
Nandu: Ek dhakka mara..ghusse sai lal peela hoh gaya aur phir aane wala thaa..side mai gamla dikha. Uthaya aur phod diya ushke sar par. Mujhe kya malum thaa..mar jayega
She sniffed and I hugged her tightly rubbing her back
Nandu: Police leh gayi thi..par chod diya kyuki..maine apne izzat koh bachane kai liye mara tha ushe woh bhi galti sai
She muttered and I kissed her hair trying to calm her down
Nandu: Mai jhalli hu..shaitan hu..natkhat hu..par khooni nahi hu..mere sai kya hoh gaya
She cried badly and I broked the hug wiping her face
Manik: " Sshh..You did nothing wrong. Tuhmari jagah mai hota..toh yahi karta
I said caressing her face and she hiccuped
Nandu: Pakka naa..tu naraz nahi hai
She asked and I kissed her forehead ruffling her hair
Manik: " Yess..ab no rona dhona okk..
I said and finally she smiled to the fullest.Next day onwards I started keeping extra care of her. She would laugh and crack jokes but the real old Nandu was yet to come.
Manik: " Nandu..where are you..chalo bahar aao..breakfast is ready
I called her out and she rushed out of her room. She slided through the staircase railing and landed near us showing her teeths. I was about to scold but she showed her hands
Nandu: Haa haa..fracture abhi abhi theek hua..yeh woh..english mai just chill..ek aur english mai I'm okk
She said and landed on chair while I smiled at her
Dadi: Oye puttar bol kya khayegi
She asked and Nandu made a bad face
Nandu: Roz roz yeh ande..bread..soup..ubla hua sabzi khaa khaa keh dimag ka locha nahi hota. Are kabhi kabhi mast biryani..chicken..paav bhaji..yeh sab bhi hona chahiye
She exclaimed and I made ohh really face
Manik: " For your kind information. Tum abhi tak theek nahi hue hoh toh yahi khana padega
I said strictly and she made a horrible look
Nandu: Yehii..khannaa padegga
She mimicked me and showed her tongue and I smiled inwardly.I returned from my evening workout when She barged in my room
Nandu: Manikk..chal chal tujhe Pappu Singh sai milta hu..
She exclaimed and I made a confused look
Manik: " Kaun Pappu Singh
I asked and she dragged me away with her to her room.She bangly opned the door and my eyes bulged out in horror as I saw her Pappu Singh...the LION
Nandu: Pappu Singh yeh hai Manik aur Manik yeh hai Pappu Singh
She exclaimed and went sit near him
Nandu: Pappu Singh..chalo hello bool Manik koh..chal beta
She said he roared loudly and I started trembling hard
Nandu: Are Manik tu bhi hi bol Pappu Singh koh
She said and now I felt dizzy seing them. And after that It was black out and I landed on floor and then what..I fainted..
