CHAPTER 03

it was a new day with brought lots f new beginning with it

the entire murthy was indulged in doing one thing or the other and why not today was the engagement day of their beloved daughter

as the engagement was decided on short notice therefore only some important people were invited only

how the time passed noo one knew but soon it was 5:00 in the evening when nandini came rushing in the house as she went ffor a surgery

badi maa: are nandu tu aagai shukar hai ja jaldi se ja tayar ho ga muharat 6:00 bajay ka hai wo loog ate hi honge

nandini rushed to her room and by the help of her friend navya she got ready and was looking breath taking

na: waah nandu tum to kiyamat daal rahi ho

na: kia kuch bhi sahi keh rahe hain hum aj to hamare jiju ka kaatall hi hojaye ga tumhain dekh k

nandini says irritatingly to stop navya while she laughs loud

the friends were in their world when suddenly there was a knock on her door and came in her two brothers

meanwhile on the other side the malhotras reached murthy mansion

all elders greeted eachother manik took murthys blessing by touching their feets and then he hugged abhimanu and cabir

they all settled down for little chit chat

then chichi asked abhi and cabir to bring nandini down which they happily obliged and went to bring nandini down while they all waited

here in the room nandini saw her brothers and smile to them they also smiled oin return

ca: so all set behna !!

nandini just smiles but that is more of a nervous smile

cabir and bahi sensed it they looked at eachother and then at nandini

a: nandu don't worry sab theak hoga dekh we all are with u hmmm

nandini again smiles but not genuenly abhi then helds her hand and drags her somewhere cabir follows them while navya is a silent spectator of all this she too follows them

abhi drags nandini near her rooms window where there is a big photoframe of her parents side hugging eachother and smiling brightly

a: nandu I know u are hell nervous and nobody can finish that but I know seeing amma appa it will lessen a bit

nandini looks at abhi and then her parents pic she closes her eyes and prays

amma appa today I am taking a new step in my life plz bless me in it and stay by my side always to guide me and stopping me to do anything wrong

after praying to her parents she actually felt relieved taking a deep breath she opens her eyes and looks att abhi who has a small sad smile along with cabir and navya too but this she smiles genuenly seeing which all smile brightly

this was always what abhi did when nandini was nervous or confused and same it goes other way around too

nandini along with navya ab and cabir comes down bg manan music

manik looks at her and at BOOM he was actually mentally killed by her beauty

he somehow composes himself from staring at her like a love sick puppy

nandini comes and takes blessing of all elders and then she is made sit on the sofa then manik sits beside her

first nyonika comes and does the pooja of nandini giving her shagun and ancestor set and then chahchi comes to do maniks aarti and gives him his shagun and some gifts

nyonika then puts red chndri oon nandini and thus then the roka completes

then the time comes to exchange the rings

first nandini made a small prayer to her parents and ayyiappa and then slids the ring in maniks finger and then manik makes her wear the ring and thus the engagement completes

the elders all stlled along with youngers

maniks dad: bhaisaab hum ne kaal too sirf engagement aur roke ki baat ki lkn baqi rasmon ka kia kun k manik ko jana bhi hai training k liye

chacha : ji hum bhi yahi soch rahe the ab bataye ab k khayaal mwn kia behtaar hai ??

maniks dad looks at his mother and after her nods he starts

m dad: bhaisaaab agar apko theek lage to hum 2 din sangeet aur mehandi ki rasam lete hain phir usk baad haldi aur uske baad phir shaddi us k baad jo waqt bache ga wo manik aur nandini sath guzar sakte hain us k training pe jaane se pehle

mr murthy thinks over it and then say

chacha : wo theak hai bhaisaab lkn sab kuch itna jaldi kese hoga malab 2 din

m dad : kun nahi aur ap tayari ki fikar mat kijiye sab mil k Karen ge to hojaye kun bachon

all nods happily and thus the dates are fixed like this only but manik is seeing only nandini who looks a bit uncomfortable

he thoughts is she not happy with all ths ??

after some time nandini was taken to her room when abhi comes there

a: nandu are u ok ??

manik who was coming to talk to nandu stops outside the room to listen what she says

n: abhi its true shaid isliye neeche jab sab yeh baat kar rahe the I got a bit uncomfortable lkn then amma ki baat yaad ayi k hamari destiny se hum lar nahi sakte if I am to married to phir wo is hafte ho ya kuch time baad kia farq parta hai aue wese bhi I wanted time take men manik ko samajh sakoon so wo shaadiii k baad wese hi iwill get to know haina

a: nandu are u sure ??

n: yes abhi iam sure we are BOUNDED IN A SACRED RELATION phir chahee wo abhi ho ya baad men doesn't matter

saying so she smiles and so does abhi and then he hug her

nandini is so understanding itne time men I know she is beloved of all so somewhere I did thought that maybe she would be spoilt but man I was wrong she is badly pampered by all nut she is as innocent as baby she is mature yet a cute baby and now MY BABY

I promise u nandini I will never let your babainess go away and will always pamper u the way u have been pampered over here !!!

CHAPTER 04

it was the day of mehandi and sangeet today in the murthy manision

the entire house was set and decorated beautifully and everyone were running on checking on last minute arrangements

abhi was checking the sitting while cabir as checking the food section chahca ws attending the guest and chahchi was accompanied by him

soon enough how the enitireday passed no one and now was the time when guest were enteing their home

after some time even the mahotras came looking dashing as ever and our dulha miaan took today she wasn't every present girls breath

in nandinis room


almost 2 hoours before nnaidi came back from hospital after completing all the formaliteies for her wedding leave and taking lots and lots of best wishes from all her collegues

when she came home she was hurriedly rushed back to her room and asked to get ready

nandini rushed to get a shower

she takes a warm hoot shower relaxing her muscles and drowning away her tiredness

she after taking shower comes out and then get ready

after wearing her clothes she applies minimal makeup till this time navya also reached so she helped getting nandni ready

she make nandini wore her jewellery and fnally andini was done simple but pretty as hell

today she wasn't as nervous as her engagement day maybe because she knew that all were there with her

soon she was called down

she along with navya came down and then boom all were just looking at her only

when manik entered all girls were lost in him but this girl only had the power to make this handsome boy lost in her

she came down and took nyonika and all elders blessing

she was then made sit down so the mehandi artist could apply the design on her hand and legs

soon two girls occupied her each hand

the mehandi artist were applying mehandi when a lady said

mu: aactually navya we had a band in collage as fab5 which included me bhai aliya dhruv and cabir but after collage we never sung togather again as band

na:so why not today aj mauqa bhi hai aur dastoor bhi kun...

soon the instruments were arranged and all took their places

manik starts

all the time manik is looking at nandinni only and she too is looking at him

manik sung as he dedicated the song to her and expresssin his feelings

nandini was lost in his voice
