Nandini's POV:

I was wrapped in manik's arms but sleep was far away from me. Only 2 days were left for the actual live interview of Manik and he was acting all excited about it shocking all the fab5 members and I was speechless. He requested Aliya to design a special dress for him I was just thinking what to do next about the show.. I also got some weird thoughts of forgoing my career because I was deeply in love with manik and now I didn't want to deny that fact actually I love it more and more... I was seriously confused ..i was scared of his reaction when he comes to know that I was not a photographer but a reporter... I was tired of thinking.. but still... I was thinking what to do... this was the only question popping in my mind.

I looked at his face. He was sleeping peacefully. Slowly I turned in his arms facing him. He was looking so innocent.. just like a baby. Unknowingly I raised my hand to touch his eyes, his cheeks, his sharp jawline, his nose, and finally my hands stopped at his lips and I shivered don't know why.. but I did. I felt like pulling his cheeks and kissing him hard... hey don't get wrong ideas mujhae sirf aur sirf cheeks pae kissy deni thi... I was busy admiring his face when suddenly he spoke scarring the shit out of me

"agar itna pasand hun mae toh kiss kyun nahi kar deti tum mujhae.."

I was shocked.. beyond words...I was too numb to react.. and when I came back to my senses I saw him smirking.. gosh.. so sexy.. shh nandu.. kya soch rahi hai.. yahan you are caught and you are commenting him sexy.. great.. absolutely great... I started struggling to get out of his grip and he tightened it more and finally pulled me so close that it was hard even for air to pass between us. My hands went to his shoulder and I looked down ... obviously blush kar rahi thi... aap log hasna math,.. !! yaar phas gayi naa mae.. . L

"nandu.. look into my eyes.." he said in a demanding tone and I nodded my head in a NO... no never.. I will not look into his eyes.. warna chori pakadi jayaegi... he knows me very well.. he can read through my eyes... and iss time mae this is not good.

"nandini.." he called a little loud and demanding.. I gathered all my courage and dug my face deep into his chest not looking up at him. I heard him sigh and I knew what was coming next. I closed my eyes as tight as possible.. I wish paas mae fevicol hota.. I could have stuck my eyelids.. what. No no.. aaisae toh I cant see him... aaiyappaa.. what am I thinking... He held me close by one hand and trapped me by wrapping his legs around mine tangling them and with other hand he lifted my face... but I was also stubborn.. I didn't open my eyes.. I could feel his breath on my face but still I didn't... suddenly my eyes went wide open and agar nerves sae connected nahi hote toh they would have fallen off sockets... any guesses aaisa kyun hua...

Yes.. you are right.. he gave a sound kiss on my lips and automatically I opened my eyes wide as saucers... and he smirked again.. I wanted to punch him and tried doing so.. but only then I realised that even my hands were held by him at my back so there was no use of trying it. I get so lost in his touch ki pata hi nahi chalta whats going around. And the same happened again. I was trapped.

"manik ... what was that..??"I whisper yelled and his smirk grew wider. He slightly pinched my waist making me gasp and said "as if you didn't like that.." and I blushed.. stupid me.. I blushed to the deepest shade of red and he chuckled making it more worst for me.

"mani.." I whispered in a hardly audible tone and he got busy tickling me by placing wet kisses all over my neck and shoulder and I giggled and shivered at the same time. Finally my giggles grew louder and to shh me he again pecked my lips and uff I got silent closing my eyes as tight as possible.

"stop giggling or else ghar mae sab jag jayangae.." he said and again i giggled a little and he frowned "do you want me to shut you up in my style " and again leaned forward but i tried to move back and failed earning a long duration peck from manic and turning to the deepest shade of red and i couldn't look into his eyes and i hid my face in his chest.

Sunrays were peeping through my blanket and i dug my face deeper into the pillow but sunrays were hell bent on disturbing my sleep and finally i woke up groaning... manic was not there beside me on the bed.. "he might have left" i thought when suddenly my door opened with a bang and..

Part B :

"what the hell is going on in this house... care to explain.." he screamed at the top of his voice and i shivered like a dry leaf.

"listen.. let me speak.." cabir tried to speak but dhruv barked again

"just speak it dammit..." dhruv spoke again. His eyes were spiting fire and i swear i have never seen him this angry. Tears welled up in my eyes when i saw that look for me in dhruv's eyes.. i felt guilty.. he was looking at me like i betrayed him.. yes i did. But my intentions were not wrong ..

Cabir explained everything to dhruv like why i came here why i did all this... Dhruv sighed and sat on the chair beside me and I kneeled down in front of him and held his hand between mine and said cutely

"paa.." I called him in a low voice and he looked at me.. teards welled up in my eyes.. I gulped the lump formed in my throat with utmost difficulty and said

"papa... please forgive me.. ismae meri galthi kuch nahi hai.. sab kuch uss Aru ki wajah sae hua hai.. he only forced me to take this project.. mainae mana kiya tha but still he forced me.. mai kya karthi.. I was being professional.." and I kept on blabbering when he suddenly got up with a jerk and just said one sentence without looking at me... hearing which I froze on my spot

"leave this house nandini..."

I was numb to react.. I didn't know what to do next or what to say further.. I tried registering those words in my mind.. cabir was equally shocked and he tried talking to Dhruv and pulled him to his ( Cabir's) room and I was just sitting on the floor with tears continuously rolling down my eyes. I chuckled pathetically at my condition... I knew this would happen one day but I didn't expect it this way... I gathered myself and stood up to move to my room... sorry its no more my room it was the guest room of this house... I started packing my things which I finished sooner than expected and within an hour I was done with it.. I called Aru to pick me up from this house and drop me at my place.. to where I belong.. I dragged my suitcase and the camera stuff and knocked cabir's room door.. I could hear some argument going on in that room but still I had to say a final bye to them because they treated me like their own family and I was the one who.. who.. be.. betrayed them...

Part c :

"listen I don't give a dam to what you will do and how.. I just want to know where the hell they are and that's it.." cabir yelled at the person on his mobile phone and I tried to hide somewhere.. morning dhruv was shouting and now it was cabir.. I was really getting scared now.. already its manik's interview tomorrow.. and upar sae these two are screaming at people on phone.. mujhae janae bhi nahi diya... I pouted looking at their faces and turned to the other side where another fellow was sitting with a stupid grin on his face.. I took a cushion which was lying beside me and hit him straight on his face and he yelled and ouch and glared at me and I turned my face again.

Few moments earlier :

I knocked their door and they both yelled together "come in" and I entered that room like a rabbit entering a lion's den.

"vo..vo i.. I am..im going.." I finally managed to say those words and looked down not able to meet their eyes anymore. Dhruv came towards me in just two steps and held me arms and jerked me and said in a demanding tone

"what the hell do you think you are saying.. are you out of your mind.. dimag naam ki koi cheez hai ki nahi tum mae.. pagal ho gayi ho..??" so many questions.. are answer denae ka time toh do naa.. I thought ...

"speak up nandini.." cabir also said in a dangerous tone and then I understood that I was trapped between the wall and these two men.

"vo you aksed me to leave..so.." I mewed like a cat and Dhruv sighed and cabir glared at him. Dhruv held my both arms and dragged me to the couch in that room and roared

"enough of this stupidity nandini.. don't make it too worse... I swear ill tie you to that chair.." he said pointing at the chair in the room and continued " and im serious..." I widened my eyes in horror and nodded my head in a NO and he said patting my cheeks "good girl.." to which I passed him a faint smile. I looked at cabir asking him what happened and he said thumping beside me on the couch

"Manik Aliya and Mukthi vanished together.. and all of a sudden.. they were not there in the house by the time we woke up.." he said and I felt like the earth beneath me slipped and I was falling into a deep pit.

"ab kya karein..??" I asked totally lost

"that's what we are thinking.. I already called the commissioner and he said they will trace them asap .. but three are smart enough they switched off their phones at home itself and then they left.." Dhruv added further information. Something clicked my mind and I ran to the living area to get my laptop and then I saw Aaryaman standing there holding my bags and I totally forgot that I called him to pick me up.. I mouthed a sorry and asked him to sit there while I ran inside taking my laptop. i quickly opened the CCTV footage of todays morning and I showed them the same. They saw manik coming out of my room and I bit my lip as they smirked and I looked away. Then manik aliya and mukthi met in the living area they were talking about something they were laughing then they had a trio hug. God knows what they were talking.. and the last part.. I gasped.. manik looked straight into the camera in the living area and blew a flying kiss and winked as if he was doing it to me... cabir and Dhruv looked at me in shock surprise and what not... and I turned red in embarrassment ...

"In what all places did you place the cameras..?? was there one in my room also..??" Dhruv asked me all horrified and I nodded my head in a no and he sighed in relief.

"do you love him..?" he again questioned and I widened my eyes and both cabir and Dhruv were looking at me with eager eyes. I was about to say something but thank god Aru came and knocked the door and saved me from that question.

"sorry that I disturbed you guys.. but can I know whats going on.. is something serious..?" he asked in a genuine tone and dhruv got up in a jerk and pulled Aru into the room and said

"all this is because of you.." and guess what.. a heated argument started between the three boys... Aru and cabir on one side and Dhruv fighting alone with them.

Present:

We had nothing to do except to wait for manik Aliya and mukthi's arrival.. and we four ( me Aru, Cabir and Dhruv ) were doing the same.

Time passed with the three guys calling the police to gather some information about the three who left but couldn't get any.

At 11 o clock :

The door opened and guess what manik Aliya and mukthi entered the house with wide grin pasted on their faces and Dhruv immediately ran to Aliya and took her into a bone crushing hug.. and same was the case with cabir.. he first hugged manik then mukthi and they sighed in relief when Dhruv asked the most oblivious question

"where were you three ???" to which the trio ( manik Aliya and mukthi) looked at each other and manik replied on their behalf and said

"I got engaged.." manik said those words which felt like a atom bomb in the house and I was almost ready to faint at the sudden news.

"what..?" Dhruv and cabir screamed their lungs out and manik simply shrugged his shoulders and said walking towards his room

"haan theek hi suna tumnae.. im engaged now.. and im so tired yaar.. kal interview bhi hai.. I have to sleep for sometime.. mai apni fianc sae tum milwaunga tum sab ko... now please don't disturb me and let me sleep.." and closed the door.

"even I am tired.." said mukhlya in unison and walked to their respective rooms and we all stood like statues.

"I cant believe this.." dhruvbir murmured and I collapsed on the couch beside me.

I don't know what happened next day as I had left early to office because I had soo many preparations to do for the interview.. while one part of me was crying buckets and buckets.. I was a professional.. I couldn't let my personal life effect my professional life. I booked my ticket to London for the same night as this place was suffocating me so much and I didn't want to stay for a single moment after the interview. Finally the interview time came and just before coming into the auditorium where the interview was supposed to be held I got a message from manik which made me nervous anxious and what not...

"get ready.. the real fun begins.."

Few moments later :

The crowd was going mad and crazy hearing the announcement that HE would be here in no time. All the press reporters and the other media people were seated in the front line as the interview was being given on their special request but one among the persons sitting between the super excited people was getting nervous with each passing second. She was continuously wiping the sweat on her forehead and biting her nails to control her anxiety and to add more to her nervousness HE came along with his band and occupied the stage and the crowd was hooting his name only two names were being heard in that massively large stadium.. "FAB 5... FAB 5...FAB 5..." and "MANIK...MANIK,...MANIK...!!!!!!! "

A smirk was clear on his face and he was looking only in one direction making nandini more and more nervous and she thought that she would faint any moment.

"hello Mumbai...!!!" manik said taking the mike and again the crowd was dancing and jumping in joy as it was the first time in history for THE MANIK MALHOTRA to attend a conference that too in the presence of all his fans.

"you can proceed and ask me whatever you want to know about me.. jee bhar kae pucho.. pata nahi mai phir kab milunga aap sab logon ko..." manik said and winked looking at the group of reporters sitting in the special seating arrangements made and all laughed at his comment. Manik was quietly answering all the questions asked by them which was not so him but everyone present in the ground was happy to their fullest as manik for the first time came to face them and was actually answering their all questions.. of course some answers which he said had some hidden meaning which they didn't intend to cross query as they were afraid of his reaction. Finally the question came which made HER blood dry in her viens

"sir we got to know ki u are engaged... sir can we please know who is the lucky girl.. please sir.." one of the reporter said and manik's smirk grew wider and he replied "of course u have all the rights to know who she is.." hearing which cabir and dhruv looked at each other and slapped their foreheads which was not noticed by anyone as everyone's focus was fixed on manik and manik continued "actually wait I will show her to all of u.. she is right here.. gimme a second.." and got up from his seat and nandini just wanted to run away and hide somewhere where he could not find her. nandini clutched the chair's handle in which she was sitting as she observed that he was walking in her direction only. The total crowds gaze was fixed on him as he walked into the row where reporters were sitting. Manik came and stood in front of her and said "can u please do the honours of coming on the stage with me.." and forwarded his hand towards her and she nodded a NO nervously not meeting his eyes. He bent a little further to her ears and said "come with me.. don't make me drag u onto the stage..." and that was the moment she looked at his face and their eyes met. He slowly rubbed his cheek with hers and with other hand wiped the sweat on her fore head and took her hand into his as she was still resisting to hold his hand and made her stand and brought her to the stage and she quietly followed him totally blank and numb to react. The crowd started whispering into each others ears and manik again took the mike and said "so people she is my fianc Miss Nandini Murthy... we r engaged and are going to get married in 15 days.." and looked at nandini and winked who was looking at him with a totally shocked face. He lifted her hand and kissed her knuckles and that was the moment she saw a ring in her finger and another shock...!!! He showed her hand which had a ring and his hand too with a similar ring (probably they were couple rings ) and said

"these r our engagement's proof.." and pulled her towards him holding her waist tightly.

Finally like finally I managed to update..

I cant tell you what is happening in my life... im too numb to think or say something more about it.. im in a deep shit now...

And yes.. there is one last part and an epilogue and so with that this story ends(bad news) and you don't have to wait for my updates anymore (good news).
