Chapter 9: Tum sa dar lagta ha
"Come on nandhini we can do this!" Manik yells on the top of his lungs as the airplane engine jet roars. The intense cold wind was blowing over their faces and nandhini was struggling to keep her eyes open. Manik sat down on the edge of the aircraft exit .
"Manik I'm too scared. I don't want to skydive anymore" nandhini yells. Manik looks at her amusingly
"Nandhini mein hoon na? Come on we are in this together?" Manik asks with a sweet smile and extends his hand for her. Nandhini replies back with a sweet smile.
Manik smiled back but then he noticed her smile change into something he never imagined. His sweet nandhini had an evil expression. She raised her eyebrows and smiled mischievously.
"Monster Manik it's my turn to be a monster now! Pay back time!" Nandhini yelled and yanked off the parachute backpack from maniks back. He stared at her bluntly, everything was happening to fast. Who was this woman?
"See you never!" She yelled with angered eyes and pushed him off the plane.
Manik felt gravity pulling him down to his death. The earth and sky hauling him to his ending.
"Nooo Nandhiniii" he screamed as he saw nandhini waving a bye from the airplane above.

"Manik manik are you okay?" A womanly sound screamed.
Manik felt someone tapping his cheeks.
He woke up while perspiring and looked around in shock.
He was dreaming!
He saw navya and Mukti sitting besides him with puzzled faces.
"Where am i ? What happened?" He asks as he breathes deeply and wipes off the sweat from his forehead.
"Idiot we are in Paris! Were you having a nightmare?" Mukti asks him.
"It was a dream?" Manik asks in relief and smiles. Navya nods her head.
"Tum achanak sa chilana lage in your sleep" navya says.
Manik looks around at a crashed hotel room with blankets and pillows everywhere as if a huge sleepover happened.
He finally recalled last night and sighed remembering everything.
"Nandhini kahan ha?" He asks.
"Shower mein" mukti says.
"Or baaki sub?" He asks.
"The guys got ready and went to find a nice place to have breakfast, they didn't want to wake you up. We will meet them there.
And dhruv and aliya shopping pa ga ha they will join us for breakfast" mukti says.
Manik lays back down and closes his eyes. He can't stop thinking about that dream. How could nandhini betray him like that?
"Utho na looser!" Mukti yells and hits his arm .
"No" manik says cutely and covers his face with the blanket.
"Chor na isko nandhini hi utha paegi. Hum chalte ha, Let's go join the guys." navya says to mukti and she nods in agreement.
"Byeee" mukti says and both the girls leave the room and close the door on the way out.
Manik waves his hand from under the blanket and just lazily lays there.
After a while he hears the bathroom door open and sticks his head out of the blanket.
Nandhini sees him awake and smiles.
"Morning love. Did the girls leave?" She asks as she walks towards the dresser.
"Nandhini come here" he says in his sexy morning voice while totally ignoring her question.
Nandhini smiles and sits beside him on the floor.
"Kya huwa?" She asks.
"You..." He stops and nandhini raises her eyebrows.
"You love me right?" He asks her. She opens her eyes in surprise.
"Of coarse I do. Didn't I prove that 2 nights ago" she says and winks.
Manik sits up and holds her hand.
"Seriously. Sub kuch bhool jao, passion, lust, everything. Do you love me in a caring way? I will die without you way?" He asks her with a serious tone.
Nandhini bursts out laughing and leaves his hand.
"Bimaar ho kya? Manik I didn't just marry you I fell in love with your soul, your presence and your personality" she says and places her palms on his cheeks.
"And mujhe maaf kerdiya ha na? For being monster manik?" He asks and nandhini giggles again. Manik looks at her with annoyance.
"Maafi us baat ki di jati ha jis baat ka bura laga ho. And manik I knew you were the one from day 1 because you were the one who caught my fireflies jar and the fireflies lit up. Tum Aj yeh sub kyew pooch raha ho?" She asks him.
Manik shakes his head.
"Kuch nahi tyaar hojao. Sub breakfast ka liya neeche ga ha. I'll get ready as well."he says and finally stands up and heads to the bathroom.
Breakfast:
Everyone was laughing and talking and enjoying there food.
"You should have seen manik, ESA dera huwa tha subah when he had that nightmare" mukti says and laughs.
"Haha what were you dreaming about manik?" Nandhini asks him as she takes a bite of her croissant.
"It was nothing yaar" he says trying to avoid it.
"Probably dreaming about strippers" kabir jokes and all the guys laugh and nandhini rolls her eyes.
"No kabir , then that would have been a good dream not a nightmare!" Manik jokes and bursts out laughing.
Nandhini hits his arm hard and manik yells in pain.
"Hahaha mazzaq keraha hoon janeman!!!" He yells and tries to hug her but she pushes him away.
"Okay cut it yaar. Lero nahi, at least upni honeymoon pa nahi" aliya scolds them.
"Ab honeymoon raha kahan ha. Hum sub Jo yahan ha" dhruv says and nandhini rolls her eyes.
"Oh shut up. We are one gang and being together is fun!" Nandhini says.
"Khair fikar not nandhini and manik. Hum sub Aj shaam ki flight sa wapis ja raha ha." Mukti says and manik opens his eyes wide.
"Kya? Yeh kub decide huwa?" Manik asks in shock.
"Dude we bought a round trip" aaryaman says.
"Apparently I didn't. Mein toh business meeting ka liya ae thi na. Meri kal ki ticket ha" aliya says sadly as she wanted to go back with everyone.
"Aliya mein upni ticket postpone kerdeta hoon. Tumhara sath jaonga wapis" dhruv says with a smile.
"No dhruv. I'm fine promise. And tumhe ja ke album ki tyaari bhi kerni ha na. Tum upni ticket cancel nahi kerwao." Aliya says with a smile.
"Haan or hum dono Paris mein ha 2 more days ka liya so don't worry about aliya yaar" nandhini says.
"India wapis kub araha ho tum dono?" Aaryaman asks.
"After Paris we are going to Switzerland wahan 2 days ka stay ha then india" manik says as he calls the waiter for the bill.
"Era waah mera delivery date is in a week. So tum log wapis ajao ga tub tak yay!" Navya yells in excitement.
"Omg the baby shower! Mein kaisa bhool gae! Okay so guys the day after manik and nandhini come back to india I am hosting navya's godh berhae! Don't make any plans!" Aliya yells in excitement.
Harshad gives aliya a annoyed look.
" Bhai please! App baap bano na bano. Mein bua hoon is baby ki! " aliya says in anger.
"Thank you aliya. But ESA bache ki godh berhae ka faida nahi jis ki Paidaish pa sub khush nahi" navya says with a fake smile.
"Speak for yourself. Yeh mera bacha ha and I am happy. Aliya this better be a grand baby shower!" Kabir says with a smile. Navya looks at him and is grateful that kabir turned her unhappy life upside down.
"Haan manik Chacha is very happy!" Manik says.
"And nandhini mausi toh khushi sa pagal ha!" Nandhini says with a smile.
"Aaryaman Chacha is gonna spoil this little critter" aaryaman says while patting kabirs back.
"Thank you so much guys! Pata nahi tum logo ka bagir kya kerti" navya says and starts crying.
"Mein phupha huwa na?" Dhuv says last and everyone laughs as he spent the entire time figuring out his relationship with the baby.
"Acha chalo we got to get ready for the airport" aaryaman says.
Hotel:
Everyone packs there bags and are ready to leave. Aliya finally finds a available room next to manik and nandhinis and books it for herself for one night.
"Nandhini, Aliya I'll go drop everyone at the airport. Tum log yehi raho " manik says and they both agree.
Everyone says bye to nandhini and Aliya and leave with manik to the airport.
"Bye guys see you in 5 days!" Nandhini waves bye and closes the room door.
She and aliya then start cleaning all the mess from last night.
"God so many blankets and pillows" aliya says.
"Haha ya it sure was a party" nandhini says.
"Not for aaryaman" aliya joked and nandhini looks at her confusingly.
"Matlab?" Nandhini asks her and puts down the folded blanket.
"Kuch nahi " aliya says with a guilty expression.
"Aliya tum kuch chupa rahi ho! batao!" Nandhini yells in anger
"Promise you won't tell anyone that I told you.and manik sa toh kuch bhi nahi kehna!" She says with a serious face.
"Haan promise baba . UB bolo bhi!" Nandhini yells impatiently.
Aliya sits down on the bed and drags nandhini to sit as well.
"Aaryaman likes you" she says quickly as if pulling off a bandage.
"What? I'm married to manik !" Nandhini states the obvious.
"Era he started liking you before you guys got married. He knew you and manik were meant for each other isi liya chup raha. Tabhi toh tumhari shaddi mein nahi aya woh. He lied ! koi business convention nahi tha America mein. " aliya blurts out.
"Omg what? Lekin yahan toh aya. During our honeymoon!Nandhini asks.
"Kabir forced him to come for the proposal. And aaryaman ki waja sa everyone left today. He was the one to book the roundtrip! 1 day and 1 night ka koi Paris ka roundtrip leta ha?" Aliya says in annoyance.
"Tumhe yeh sub kaisa pata. You didn't even know about the proposal" nandhini asks.
"Subah when me and dhruv went for shopping. He told me everything!"aliya says.
"But didn't you kiss him a few months ago. Jub tumhara or dhruv ka breakup huwa tha?" Nandhini asks her.
"Ya it was just a temporary thing. Dhruv KO kabhi pata nahi chalna chaya please! But aaryaman still likes you." Aliya says and gets up from the bed and continues cleaning.
Nandhini was just surprised and laid down on the bed and got lost deep in her thoughts.
Aliya called room service and got the entire room cleaned. She then packed her things to take to her room.
"When is your room available?" Nandhini asks.
Aliya looks at her watch
"3 hours" aliya says and grunts.
"Koi baat nahi. Chill here till then. Where do you want to go for dinner?" Nandhini asks her.
" we are going no where! I'm going to order room service in my room. You and manik will go have dinner under the Eiffel tower then will have a nice romantic walk on arts bridge and then will come back to your honeymoon room and have amazing *ex" aliya says and then winks.
nandhini bursts out laughing.
"Acha or kuch? Shut up we aren't leaving you alone! You are leaving tomorrow anyways! We can do all that after you leave. For tonight all 3 of us are going out for dinner!" She yells.
"Okay fine. But seriously yaar. Thanks. Mera liya you disrupted your own honeymoon and gave me the best proposal ever!" Aliya says and jumps on nandhini and hugs her.
Just then manik walks in and looks at both of them in shock.
"So sorry. Did I disturb your make out session ladies? I'll close my eyes" manik jokes and covers his eyes.
Nandhini and aliya giggle and hit him with pillows.
"Acha sorry girls I'm sorry" manik says in his defence and the girls stop hitting him.
"But seriously manik you encouraging dhruv to do this grand proposal was the best. Thank you yaar!" She says and hugs him.
"Your welcome aliya. Pata ha dhruv na jub humein bataya ka he is thinking about proposing I was so happy. " manik says and pauses his sentence.
" nobody mentions this but sub KO pata ha humara breakup or nandhini ka dhruv KO reject kerne ka baad tum or dhruv kitne akele tha. I'm glad you both found true love" manik says with a smile.
"And I'm glad you and nandhini found each other even though tum dono ki love story thori pagal si thi" aliya says and giggles.
"UB itni bhi crazy nahi thi!" Nandhini says and aliya raises her eyebrows.
"Really? Spot girl? Monster manik? Lerna jhagrna ek dosre KO hurt kerna, dosti ka khatir pyaar KO chor Dena?" Aliya recalls everything and manik and nandhini give her an innocent smile.
"Don't worry Aliya I got a revenge plan for everything" nandhini jokes and laughs evily.
"What?" Manik yells with fear, remembering his dream. Aliya starts laughing with nandhini and manik is just horrified.
"Mazzak kerahi ho manik. Itna dar kyew raho ho?" Nandhini asks him and stops laughing. Manik was unresponsive and started perspiring.
"Kya huwa manik?" Aliya asks in shock. Manik quietly stood up from the bed and walked towards the door.
"I need some fresh air, be right back" he mumbles and walks out.
