Chapter - 11
All the malhotra's got settled down in two cars. In one car The young clan r and Dev and Nyonika with the roka saman in one car. All the way fab 4 were teasing manik just to get his deadly glare or an angry eye. Teasing laughing they reached murthi mansion.
And here in murthi mansion everyone was checking on the last minute preparations. Navya was giving final touch up to nandini. Both were in Nandini's room sitting giggling on sweet nothing things... Some way down the line nandini was nervous because first time she was going to meet her inlaws. NAvya being her soulsister understood her condition.and just to Make her feel light she was cracking silly jokes time to time. And it worked. ..nandini was smiling forgetting about the conditions.
After sometime malhotra's arrived. Cabir has already warned like literally warned everybody that no one will talk about music. He also told them that there is some past related to it and he is not supposed to tell this to any one as he himself got to know about this by navya and not by nandini. So not to talk about it.( guys Cabir have seen nandu in photos. And one day he saw her in a flower shop also. But no one knows about it not even navya as he didn't find it that important to tell her. So yeah. He already knows her quite well due to navya's non stop bakbak on her.hehe)
All malhotra's stood outside murthi mansion. As soon as murthi's saw them at door step everybody went towards them to welcome them. Dev and Nyonika were standing in the front. Behind them manik mukti and Cabir were standing and behind them dhrulya were staying holding each others hands. All the murthi's expect nandu and radhika were present there to welcome them. Radhika was in nandu's room to check on her as navya went to meet her "to be inlaws" ;-) so she left.
K : namaste namaste!! Aaiyena malhotra ji. Aap bahar kyu khade he? Aaiye andar Aaiye.
Malhotra's : ji namaste! Bhaisahab /murthi ji/uncle.
All malhotra's stepped in. They all liked the interior of the house. Even mukti was impressed. Ofcourse not to mention the interior of the house was done by nandu...!!
K : ji me kishor murthi nandini ka pita. Aur yeh he mera bada beta Rishabh murthi and ye mera dusara beta Abhimanyu murthi and yeh humari bitiya navya.. use to aap janate Ho he.
Hearing this cavya blushed but all three navbhi and Rishabh touched dev and Nyonika's feet to take their blessing and they also whole heartedly gave blessings to them. Nyonika kissed navya's forehead also.
D : murthi ji aapako Kaun nahi janata. Aur me dev malhotra manik ka dad. And yeh (side hugging Nyonika) Nyonika malhotra my better half aur mere baccho ki maa.
N : namaste bhai sahab.
K: namaste bhabhi ji.
N : ji aur yeh mere bacche. Yeh manik (pointing towards him) aur yeh mukti and Cabir (pointing towards them). Aur yeh dhruv aur alya mere aur do bacche. (pointing towards them. Listening to this dhrulya felt blessed and manik became very happy. Nyonika always said that they r also her children. But getting introduced to others like this is very proudly feeling to them.)
Even all fab 5 took blessings from kishor and then the young clan grated each other by hand shakes and hugs. (Ofcourse cavya and mukbhi hugged each other. And manik took navya in side hug. And Rishabh and manik also shared a brotherly hug. Guys navya is very close to manik just like mukti. And she has visited malhotra mansion many times. Nyonika even wanted to do their rishta but Cabir firmly said that until he doesn't stan d on his own he won't take any commitment as navya will be his responsibility after marriage and also the thing that she is studying yet and they are too young. After hearing his decision Nyonika and Dev was very proud if him.)
Then all settled down in the living room comfortably. Then Nyonika asked
N : murthi ji bhabhi ji nahi dikhai de rahi.
K : ji vo upar nandu ke pas hai. Me abhi bulata Hu.
Na : Are uncle aap bethiye. Hum lekar ate hai aunty ko.
Saying so she run upstairs to nandu's room.
Soon she came down with radhika after Ofcourse teasing nandini. As soon as radhika entered Nyonika almost jumped on her place and shouted.
N : radhuuu!!!!
Then radhika saw Nyonika and her happiness knew no boundaries. she also shouted and they both forgetting how old they are? Whom they r with? Ran towards each other.
R : Nyo...
They hugged each other very tight.and both started sobbing... The tears were of happiness. Meeting your bff, your soul sister after so many years is different feelings..
After what seemed like eternity they broke the hug just to come across their families who were looking at them as if they saw some aliens. Question mark was clearly visible on their faces. Seeing such reactions both chucked a bit then radhik said.
R : are aise kay dekh rahe hi baccho?
N : ha aur nahi to kya?
hearing this they all controlled their feelings and then coming out of shock manik asked
M : mom. Aap aunty ko pehle sehi janate Ho?
N : Han beta. Yeh meri best frnd hai radhika.Bachapan se lekar college tak hum saath saath the. Par phir mein mumbai Aa gai and phir we lost our touch. Shadi ke bad muze time hi nahi mila use dhundhane ka.
R : Haan. Maine bahot koshish ki Tuz tak pohichane ki par tune itani jaldi shadi karli ki tera surname change Ho ne ke karan muze koi info hi nahi mili.
N : ha Mene bhi bahot dhundha par teri koi information nahi Mili.
And they both again hugged each other while others were smiling at them.
D : bhai agar aap dona ka bharat milav khatm Ho gaya Ho to hum vo kare jo hum Yaha karane aye hai.
Everyone chucked on his sentence while Nyo showed him eyes. But then smiled.
R : jiju jarur. Aap log baithiye na...
D : ji shukriya bhabhi. Abhi aap ko Nyonika ke bare me to kuch batana nahi padega. To mere bareme hi bata du. Ji me dev malhotra manik ka dad and yeh sab mere bacche manik Cabir mukti alya and dhruv.
They all touched her feet and she happily gave blessings to theM. Then everyone got settled down.on the sofas and started chit chatting. All this while manik was frequently looking upwards, restlessness was clearly seen on his face.so Nyo akesd
N : are radhu nandini kaha hai? Usise to milane aaye hai Yaha.
R : are vo apane room me hai. Navya beta jao jara lekar aap use.
Navya nodded and went upstairs to get nandu. She also told nandu about nyo and radhika's friendship. Now nandu's nervousness has no limits. First of all her inlaws and on top of that her mama's bff. Wow.. Like seriously. Thinking so she came down. While coming down she sensed someone's intense gaze on her and after understanding who was it she started blushing and forgot all her worries.
Manik was continously looking upwards waiting for Nandini to come.
Then her heard payals voice and when he looked towards the source he was again mesmerised by her beauty. He just kept staring at her without even blinking his eyes. Then he saw her blushing and a smirk appeared on his face seeing his effect on her.
Soon nandin. Came down looking down blushing hard due to manik's intense gaze.
She touched dev and Nyonika's feet and took their blessings. Nandu was wearing a light blue anarkali with matching jhumakas and little makeup. She was looking heavenly beautiful. Nyonika praised her beauty and she looked down shyly. Then Nyonika made her sit between herself abd mukti exactly opposite to manik. All stared talking. Nyonika akesd some question to nandini which she answered confidently. Nyonika was very happy seeing nandu's confidence and her thinking. After some mor chatting they sat down for lunch. Everyone praised the food and again settled down in living area. In all this time manan were stealing glances if each other. And were desperate to talk to each other. This time dev sensed this and aked kishor
D : bhai sahab agar aapako koi aitaraz nahi Ho to kya bacche aapas me agar ek bar akele me bat karale to...
K : ji bilkul... Akhir akhari faisala inhe hi lena hai. Nandu beta ek kam Kar ja sabko ghar dikha tabtak hum bade Yaha kuch apani bate kar lenge.
N : ji appa...Chaliye.
She said looking down. Everyone nodded and left with her. On the way Cabir texted everyone except manan to give them some privacy. Everyone agreed and then Cabir said
C : navya plz yaar muze washroom jana hai. Plz Le Chalo...
N : ha ha Chalona.(giggling)
Saying so she excused both of them and went to her room. Then dhrulya also excused them selves saying them will be back. At the same time Rishabh got some call si he als excused himself... Now only manan and mukbhi were remaining. So they all headed twards Nandini's room as mukti wanted to see her room. Outside the room
A : nandu tum aur manik bat karo me mukti ko tabtak baki ghar Dikhata Hu.
She just nodded shyly by the thought of being alone with him and mukbhi then went towards others who were by now in navya's room.
Nandini entered her room followed by mAnik. There was an awkward silence between them. Looking here and there manik decided to break the silence...
