Chapter 2(A)
Next day Nandini got ready for her music classes. She was happy as well as nervous! Happy cz music is her passion her everythng & nervous as The Manik Malhotra is her mentor. She wore baby pink kurti & applied lil makeup. She left for Space.
Here Manik got ready wearing a blue blazer with white tee inside looking devilishly hot. He drove off to Space to teach her student Nandini😉
He reached Space & went to the jam room only to find an devoted Nandini drowned in her passion of music. She was practicing & singing a song with closed eyes. Manik was just mesmerised to see her. First she was lookin damn adorable in that baby pink kurti & on top of that he was listening her voice for the first time.

While she was busy in herself singing Manik was slowly moving towards her unknowingly. He was moving silently but a chair was kept there & he banged with it bringing Nandini out of her music land.
She got scared & immediately looked at him. He cursed himself for breaking her trance but then composed himself & his attitude he said "Umm..Nan...Nandini right! You sing good! I guess you will learn quickly! So lets start for the day!"
Nandini nodded nervously & said "Ye...yes sir!"
Maniks POV
Arrgghh!! Phir se Sirr...what is this yaar? I hate this word Sirr...I feel like a 60 yr old man. Whatever but she sings soo well man. Her voice is soo soothing. I feel like listening to her till eternity! Uff! Manik yaar concentrate!

He sat infront of her on a chair with his guitar in his hand & said "Okk now I'll sing & you just repeat the lines...got it??"
Nandini "Yess sirr" Manik frowned & then started singing the song.

Nandini was very nervous. Not that she didnt concentrate but it was her fear & lack of confidence in herself. She soo wanted to sing & make her mentor 'Manik Malhotra' proud but...

Finally Manik got angry as from past 15 mins he was making her understand & trying to make her sing but she was just not able to make it up.
"Enough! Just shut up! WTH is this Nandini?? Tum concentrate kyu nahi kar paa rahi?? Jab mein aaya toh tum...you were singing soo well. But ab kya hua?? I just dont get it!!" He yelled at her.
Tears had already started to flow from her eyes. She was sobbing silently with her head low. She wasnt sad cz she cudnt sing but for she has let him down. Her mentor who was taking so much efforts only for her.
"Speak up dammit!!" He yelled more loudly.
Nandini shivered at her place & looked up in his eyes which were blazing in fire.
"Fine! You know what? Tum na kuch sikhna hi nahi chahti. You are just here for timepass. You are not determined about music. And tumhari Mom ne bhi tumhe kuch nahi kaha hoga...haina?? She must not have cared only..Karne toh usse jo karna hai...mujhe kya..I..."
"STOP!!" Nandini yelled. Her eyes which till now had tears of sadness were now replaced with tears of pain & hurt. If it was related to her she could bear anything, any damn thing...but about her mother she couldnt bear a single word.
"Mr. Manik Malhotra! How dare you speak about my Mother like that! You have no right...No damn right to speak anythng ill about my mother. You think I am not good enough? Fine! Then yell at me. Say anything you want to..but to me & not my mother. I am sorry for wasting your precious time behind me but I will not let any of your precious time waste from now. You dont need to teach me from now onwards. You are free Mr. Malhotra. Thankyou so much...than..thankyou..so..mu...much" saying so she ran out of there.
Manik stood there shocked as first she dared to speak against him & raise her voice. But he knew he somewhere went wrong by blaming her mom. He wanted to apologise to her but his Male Ego came in between. He too marched out from there & left for his home.
Manik was sitting in his room. He was very frustrated from what happened today. He was very angry😡
"How could she talk to me like that?? Why was she shouting?? Ek toh galti uski thi aur woh mujhpar hi...arrghh...this is soo irritating man!!!"
He went in his balcony & was looking at the stars. His fav!! He was thinking about Nandini. He then remembered the pain in her eyes!!
"Why she was crying?? Was it because I shouted on her or...was it something else?? The pain in her eyes...why is she soo hurt?? Ufff !! Manik tu kyu uske bareme soch raha hai?? You are only her mentor & she is your student. So just focus on that! Woh Cabir ki behen hain so main uske music classes lunga. Thats it!!"
Saying so he closed his eyes on looked upwards bt as soon as he closed his eyes Nandinis hurt face came infront of him!!
"Oh god this girl!! This girl is driving me crazy!! Why is she not leaving my thoughts?? Arrghhh!!" He slept thunking about her.
Next morning he texted Nandini about classes timing. He himself didnt knew why he did this but he somewhere made himself agree saying that he is doing this for Cabir. He didnt want to make him upset.
Here Nandini was shocked as yesterday so much happened but still he is willing to teach her. She was baffled & too scared to face him. She prayed her Aiyapaa & left for Space.
Manik "Listen Nandini! Just forget about what I said yesterday. I didnt mean it. I will not bring any personal matters here & will only teach you professionally. I am doing this for my friend Cabir as I cant let him down. So yaa just focus & lets start"
Nandini just smiled a lil & he started. There he was again teaching her but alas! She was not able to focus once again. And this time Manik Malhotra could not keep him calm.
He yelled "WTH Nandini!! Is this the way to sing? Where is your focus? Damn it! This is just a waste of time!!" Said The Manik Malhotra frustratingly.
A teary eye Nandini said "So..sorry sir...wo..actually...mein...i...was.."
"Oh just shut up" he shouted and moved out hell annoyed.
Nandini sat there & was crying on her fate that even though she had got the best mentor in the whole world she couldn't make it up. She had let him down. But her fears were holding her back from doing so. It was vry difficult for her to forget all of it.
Nandini "I..am so useless..I ju..just cant do anythng...shayad wo..woh sahi kehte hain...mein music..ke liye nahin bani hu...muj..mujhe music chod dena chahiye. I am ...sorry Amma...really...sorry...I couldnt fulfill your dream" she said sobbing hard.
All this was overheard by Cabir who had come to see how the classes were going.
