And the funny thing is VK is the one putting out all these details of the case all over SNS while Parth had not said a word regarding all the allegations that have been put so far regarding him trying to break his career and fandom.

And now the news about him being gay and Parth filing this case against VK because "Parth is bitter about the end of the relationship". 🤣

Even writing all this I can't help LOL seeing the circus VK and his gang is creating out of all this to get back at Parth.

Man I'm legit hating this VK guy to the core seeing him behaving like a sexual predator to a T with his behavior and all the allegations put forth by Path in that legal notice makes perfect sense to me.

I've been a social worker for years working with kids/teens and from how Parth and Vikas patched up after VK's initial attempt at molesting him, is exactly how predators behave. And and they would try to groom slowly by being friends and wellwishes and obviously once Parth realized for sure what this guy is up to the harrasment, stalking and blackmailing started.

Parth whether you are gay, bi or straight is none of my business, but I am immensly proud of the way you stood up in front of the whole nation and refused to be victim against such a creep.

Stay like this and you don't need to ANSWER ANYTHING to us in SNS. SNS court nehihey.

Even if you loose this case your are free from this creep and that is the bigger achievement from all this. Your fans support would not wane because we are not blind as to how courts and money and position in society work against the common man.

I'm seeing this apathy towards this whole thing from some of the members in this forum saying that this is the actors own issue and they themselves don't not care about us so why should we invest so much in showing support.

For those members I would just like to say that humanity is not conditional upon whether it is reciprocated or not and its obvious to see that the only chance for Parth to not loose his stand in the entertainment industry is his fan support since he is being defamed and cornered left, right and center by the biggies in the industry mercilessly publicly.

If you guys are so convinced that Parth is just playing a game for his own reasons and he is not being harrased and blackmailed and it would have not much of an impact on Parth or simply just don't want to support that's fine.

But for us who belive that Parth is being harrased mercilessly and even if their is a minute chance of all this being true then clearly his fans support is the only thing that the guy has as he is putting his whole lifes work at stake just to get away from VK which shows the amount of tortue the guy is going through.

It is just as horrible to go through such overt harassment as stalking and blackmailing by a sexual predator for a guy as it is for a girl. So just because Parth is a guy does not mean he is not going through hell right now, being cornered by this creep.

It takes immense courage to stand up against such open public bullying and cornering that is being carried out against him.

So I have no issues with whether Parth is going to care about me at the end or not.

What is obvious to me is that VK HAS THREATENED Parth openly even on twitter a month ago to bring him down and he IS TRING TO DEFAME Parth on public platform putting Parths career at stake and the guy does not deserve such a fate considering he has not done anything to VK to try and destroy his life.

The legal notice was sent to try and solve issues with VK between themselves first as that is how legal notices work but VK obviously refused and that's why he openly choose to defy that notice and went ahead and posted about that WA thing. And then Parth went ahead and filed his case at the police against VK.

Filing a case at police and sending a legal notice are two very different things as one does not involve the police while the other does.

OK...I've been reading a bit on this controversy...I just want to know one thing...What the F is SNS? Everyone keeps referring to it...VG said this on SNS...Parth said that on SNS... What the hell is SNS??...
