I can't see the picture posted here...so don't knw what exactly is written in the article..my assumption is based on the comments that I've read here.. So Ekta Maya is talking about some video I guess.. first of all who makes such video of their private moments who u claimed to have loved at some point..and above all that shows it to his friends just to prove that how much in LAAUUUVVV they were o.O .. seems like ekta didn't know about their relationship before n she got to knw about it after watching their lovey dovey video..see there is a high possibility of that video being fake or taken while audition(if there is any video at all)..because if there is any video of this sort then parth wud have never filed a case against VG. ..and Parth seems so chill as if he knows he's going to win the case for sure.. if a person is threatening u to leak a video of u that wud question ur sexuality then u would definitely be scared or depressed..u won't go bungee jumping atleast lol.. The way he's handling this matter I don't think there is anything of that sort.. he's not answering our questions but he didn't go underground.. infact he came up with that Karma picture so that we stay calm n don't believe in all the BS..because if he's gay or had ever been in relationship with VG even for the sake of getting role then it would have eventually come out in court..then why isVG behaving as if his ass is on fire lol..go to court n show all videos n proofs there..

They were in relationship or they were not in relationship it would have come out eventually n parth definitely wud have thought about it before filing this case.. but the way VG is behaving it's doing nothing bt proving that parth's allegations regarding defaming him were indeed true..

Vikas knows that he can't win the case any way..le5s discuss all charges one by one:

1) About molestation:

VG's posts itself made it doubtful..because if we go by legal notice (that is most probably fake) it happened back in 2013 n if u chk VG's posts he always mentioned 7th December last year..which means 7th Dec 2014.. I guess he forgot the year :p lol

2) Defaming and blackmailing:

I don't think I need to elaborate that..isn't it clear from all that is happening since a few months..he's been chanting "The truth thing" since 4 months..

3) Ruining his career:

Almost all TV industry is supporting him..so even if he wins the case it would badly affect his career..

4) Not paying his dues:

If Vikas wants to justify it by saying that parth took his advantage when they were in so called relationship..then he would look very dumb..phaleeezzz he didn't ask u to pay at gun point..and if there was something going on then they both took advantage of each other so he can't blame parth.. On the other side parth can file a case against him for making the video of their private moment (even talking about it sounds so funny to me lol)

So basically if matter enters the court then vikas is going to loose..that is why he came up with this relationship thing..I would have believed it if disha was not there..if they were in relationship since 3 years then what was disha doing in all this? Covering up for her friend? Is she that velli? Plus when parth n disha brokeup at that time KY2 was topping charts and he was already quite famous..if he would have left at that time he could have easily got any other show on a big channel then why would he make such a deal??

Well I'm not forcing my opinion on someone..it's based on my observation..

As much as I don't want to speculate on Court's case , the way this one complaint has rattled the industry is telling in itself. I mean , Ekta won't fire Kundra for slapping his co-star but would play Judge Judy outside the Court.

Wonder what young boys and girls go through in this industry.

If ever anyone heard about grooming then those holidays/expensive stuff would make sense.
