Have been a silent reader of the forum and I do love my Manan and hence Parth, bcoz I think he is an excellent actor and has a star quality.
But looking at the case, I really feel that Vikas and Parth were in a consensual sexual relation. This must have started when Vikas promised him a role in lieu of being in a relationship. This must be similar to the one between Sddharth Malhotra and KJO. Being Gay for Pay and male casting couch is huge in Hindi Television industry.
The relationship must have continued for almost 2 years, where Parth was just in it superficially, but Vikas must have seriously fallen for him.
Parth must have felt stifled but must have not done much because he was looking out for himself. But when he had decided to quit TV and look into getting into Bollywood, he decided that this would be detrimental to his career and he decided to break off. He also realized that he did not need Vikas anymore.
But when he told Vikas this, he must have got angry and told Parth that he would not let him go and he would make things about their personal relation public.
This must have scared Parth and he must have threatened Vikas with a court case stating that he would accuse him of blackmail and emotional abuse.
But Parth did not think Vikas would take the whole case public as he thought Vikas could be embarrassed to make his gay preference public and he would settle out of court and give back Parth all the proof he had.
But I think Vikas being gay is an open secret in the industry and all his friends knew about it so he did not care if everything became public and he leaked the whole case paper to the media.
At the same time he did collect some incriminating stuff about Parth after he was threatened using all his minions like Uttarakash. This is nothing to do with the court papers but had to do with discrediting Parth among this fans.
All the other proof to answer the court papers also seem to be with him. I really cannot believe that he cannot give 5 lakh rupees to give Parth, because I think the court case will cost him much more.
Parth has been unlucky that his partner fell for him seriously, while Siddharth Malhotra was lucky where KJO left him go easily.
I really feel that they should settle it out of court as airing this dirty linen in public will be shameful for both of them.
