Thanks a lot to each and every one of you..for the lovely comments and here's a jadoo ki jhappi for all of you!🤗 Something that makes me truly happy is that...I always get direct messages to update my stories, especially 'Aiyoo Ayyappa' and this love is what makes me go on! The offscreen drama was so much that it took me lot of time to get back to 'Aiyoo Ayyappa',...Ayyappa himself knows that the writer's block was pretty huge. 😆
But then tonight I watched 'Kiss me' drama..which is Thai version of 'It started with a kiss'...and the romance in last episode of the drama was so super sweet that it totally put me in a good mood to return back to 'Aiyoo Ayyappa' and yes surely my love for MaNan and for U all.
I know for a lot of U guys..MaNan is ruined because of the offscreen drama...but then, MaNan is like a fairytale...like the story of cinderella...where she meets her prince charming...Manik is and will always remain Nandini's prince charming forever...hamesha! Back to updating next chapter🤗❤️😳
Chapter 58
Love is forever☺️
The fireworks were going on in the sky as the special guest of the evening appeared on stage and hugged Manik.
'Wowww Shahiddd!!!!!!!!!! You are myyy favouriteee!!!!!!' Nandini screamed out aloud as she saw her favourite bollywood hero appear on stage as the special guest of the evening. Navya shouted 'Shahid Shahid' and blew a sharp whistle. Kabir looked her way hearing the whistle and smiled wide seeing the way Navya has gotten into a bindaas mood.
Manik heard the shout of Nandini amidst all the noise and looked Nandini's ways. There were stars shining in Nandini's eyes and she was smiling widely. This is what Manik always wanted to see! That beautiful smile. 😳
But favourite? Am I not her favourite now?😕😆
Amidst the claps that resounded the auditorium Shahid Kapoor walked with a smile onto the stage waving towards the audience with a huge smile He gave a quick hug to the Fab 5 members and his hug with Manik somehow seemed to last a few minutes longer and Shahid tapped on Manik's back as he backed off with a smile and thumbs up.
Shahid was wearing casual wear and he has just arrived there from a shooting location. Manik walked over to the mic and with a smile looked at the audience.
'Guysss!! With us is our dearest special guest...Mr. Shahid Kapoor, please welcome him and I want to hear the loudest claps! He has flown in specially from Rajasthan where his shooting is taking place just to attend our Diwali celebration on my single phone call! He is truly wonderful! Thanks for coming, sir' Manik said turning to look at Shahid.
'Ya..fine yaar! Tere liye kuch bhi' Shahid said back to Manik with a smile which was not as audible to all the audience, but Nandini heard it and she smiled even more wide and the fans started shouting 'SHAHID! SHAHID! SHAHID!'
'Sir can you please join us and speak a few words to your fans here?' Manik invited Shahid to the mic.
Shahid walked over to Manik and Manik moved a point backwards and tapped on his back naughtily as he walked to speak closer to the mic with a smile.
'First of all..sorry guys...I've arrived here in this casual wear instead of in a Diwali attire...it's Diwali..stilll shooting is shooting..work is work' Shahid said in an apologetic tone with a smile.
'Nooo Shahiddd it's okkk' Navya shouted and Shahid looked her way and smiled and gave a thumbs up to her.
'Nanduuu dekha? He looked at me and did a thumbs up' Navya said her eyes going wide with happiness. 😆 Nandini smiled back happily at Navya and nodded her head happily.
Kabir was unable to stop smiling seeing the craziness level that Navya has reached. Manik and even Alya also smiled hearing the way Navya shouted to catch Shahid's attention😆
'Thanks for forgiving me for this choti si gustaakhi and I must say that U are lovely crowd. I've always heard of SPACE..what a wonderful arts college SPACE is...but aaj tho I am super impressed. Always heard Fab 5 on television, but never thought to see them direct this way. But U may be surprised that Manik is an important friend of mine. His one phone call aur main na aaoon aise nahi ho sakte' Shahid said with a huge smile.
'Shahid Kapoor...aur Manik ke friend? I can't believe my ears' Nandini looked with disbelief and her eyes twinkled even more as she looked at Manik.
Manik gave a little wink to Nandini😉 and Nandini realized that even amidst all this his eyes were fixed on her. Nandini blushed as she realized that he gives her special attention.😳
'Manik aur meri mulaaqat hui thi...during an audio recording of his when I had come to meet one of my friends at a music studio and at that point, I didn't know of Fab 5 and Manik...and then we had a little chitchat and Manik's sincerity, his passion for music, and ambitions made me admire his nature. We talked for what...some 10 minutes...but the sincerity in his gaze..usse mujhe pata laga ke woh ek achcha insaan hai. After that, when I listened to Fab 5 songs, I was super-impressed and I got his number through my secretary, called him up and congratulated him and told him..kabhi bhi mere yaad aaye tho mujhe call karna'
Manik bit his lower lip as he was trying to hide a blush that was appearing on his face from all the praise and he looked down for a second and looked up and his gaze fell once again on Nandini who couldn't take her eyes off him. Manik smiled more...and Nandini just couldn't take her eyes off Manik or gaze at her favourite actor Shahid Kapoor..because she could see only Manik☺️
'Aur...kal raat aaye Manik ke call and he asked me to come here to participate in Diwali celebrations. Manik...mere dost..tere ek call pe sab chod chaad ke aaya hooon..tho laddoo jilebi sab achche se khilaana' Shahid said in a naughty tone making the whole audience laugh.
Manik also started laughing and said quickly 'Haan sir, don't worry...aapko pataakhe phodwaake hi yahan se jaane denge'😆
Shahid also laughed aloud hearing Manik's comment and he quickly turned back to face the audience.
'Happy Diwaliii to all of U and may this Diwali bring lots of happiness into your lives.'
Suddenly Manik gave a cue and a little snap of his finger to a guy on the back part of the stage and that cue did the work. Lots of lights in various colours were switched on in an instant lighting the whole area and with some lights together forming a sentence.
'HAPPYDIWALI, SHAHID'
The students shouted loud 'Happy Diwaliii Shahiddd'
Shahid smiled widely seeing this and he walked quickly to Manik and gave him a tight hug.
'Buddy...U are unbelievable truly' Shahid whispered to Manik.
'Thanks bro...thanks for coming..' Manik said with a little smile.
Manik signalled to one of the students on the side of the stage and he brought in two boxes. Dhruv took the boxes from his hand and brought it to Manik and Shahid.
'Ye kya hai yaar?' Shahid asked with a surprised look on his face. Manik gave a smile to Shahid but didn't say anything. Instead he walked over to the mic once again and announced 'Guys! Shahid hamare SPACE aaye aur mithaai khilaaye bina aur pathaake phode bina hum unko jaane denge kya?' Manik asked with a smirk.
'Nooo...' the students shouted back.
'So time to feed mithaai and its not just for Shahid...for U guys also..Diwali special mithaais are now getting distributed. Here's the first bite to our dearest Shahid' Manik said this as he opened the box and took out a piece of green coloured peda and fed Shahid. Shahid took half of the bite and fed back to Manik amidst loud shouts from the audience. Shahid took some more sweets from the box and started feeding rest of the members of Fab 5.
Manik looked down at Nandini in the audience and she was still looking at him. Manik had a mithaai in his hand and he signalled her to come up on stage. Nandini shook her head in a "No" with a little childish pout on her lips.
Manik's expressions suddenly turned naughty as he had an expression said 'Aha...U say no to me?' and a smirk spread across his lips as he raised his brow a bit and tilted his head sideways a bit. Nandini felt as if Manik really had prepared something and he is not going to let her go easily tonight. 😆
Manik turned back to look at Shahid and took out a box of sparklers and Shahid lighted one of them and held in his hand and rotated it...adding his own colour to the beautiful night of Diwali. 😳
Instantly Fab 5 joined in and took sparklers out of the box and with Manik lighted them and started rotating the sparklers making the audience shout loud.
'Yaaa..how can we forget you guys?' Manik asked 'There's more for U guys on the side back part of the auditorium...in that open space and this ground tonight, we'll have all the celebration' Manik said to the students on the microphone as Manik, Fab 5 members and Shahid got down the stairs of stage.
Students instantly crowded around Shahid and Shahid was full of smiles as he instantly started giving autographs to a few of them and smiled for a few selfies. Nandini had gotten up from her chair and walked towards them a bit reluctantly. Manik saw Nandini walking towards them followed by Navya. The students who were the organizers were already removing the chairs and making the ground open for the students to surround for the diwali night pathaake phoding ceremony which marks the finale of the Diwali night. 😉
Dhruv, Alya, Kabir and Dhruv got to helping the students with re-arranging the chairs and were busy. Manik suddenly tapped on Shahid's shoulder.
'Bro...can you come with me for a sec?' Manik asked Shahid.
'Haan yaar..' Shahid said signing one more autograph and as the students rushed to pick the boxes of sparklers and other sort of pathaakas...the whole excitement was turned that way.
Manik and Shahid started walking towards Nandini and Navya. Nandini and Navya couldn't believe their eyes that their favourite actor Shahid...one of the biggest names of bollywood was walking towards them. Nandini and Navya paused in their tracks as Manik and Shahid got closer.
'Bro...this is Nandini and she is Navya...they are new students who joined our college' Manik said with a smile.
'Aahh..new students?' Shahid asked with a naughty little smile.
'Hello Nandini..' Shahid said extending his hand for a hand shake. Nandini was unable to raise her hand to give a shake hand as she was in a dazed mood. Suddenly Navya jumped in and gave Shahid a handshake and said ...'Hiii Shahid, I'm Navya'
Shahid smiled back at Navya and said with a bit shy smile 'Hii Navya...I am happy that U forgave me for not wearing Diwali attire'😆
'Ohh bindaas...aap kuch bhi pehen sakte ho..aap casual main bhi ekdum bindaas dikhte ho..Shahidji' Navya said with a huge smile on her face.
'Ahh thanks a lot'
'Shahidji..autograph please'☺️
'Ya sure...but where?'
'Mere haath pe likh do...' Navya said taking a pen out of her purse and handing to Shahid. Shahid wrote on her palm 'To dear Navya..keep being bindaas always...lots of love, Shahid'
Navya read the autograph on her palm and smiled and waved her hand to Shahid and rushed back happily to join with the other students for bursting crackers. It is truly her big day. Kabir noticed the way Navya was smiling and she rushed to him and showed her hand and the autograph with a proud expression on her and Kabir too smiled back and handed over a sparkler to her.
'Chalo..autograph ke khushi manaate hai..abhi tho tum 2 dinon tak haath dhonewali nahi ho na?' Kabir said to Navya with a smile😆😃
'Tumko kaise pata?'😕
'Expression se hi pata lag gaya..chalo abhi pathaaka jaalane ke time hai..Happy Diwali, yaar' Kabir said in a friendly tone and Navya joined Kabir as they lighted a pathaka.😉
Shahid's notice was on Manik who had walked over to Nandini and had entwined her fingers with his and held their hands hidden from Shahid..standing closer to Nandini. Nandini was looking at Manik and Manik was giving a smirk to Nandini.
'Lagta hai..ab meri zaroorat nahi hai' Shahid said breaking Nandini and Manik who were standing in dazed mood.
'Chalo..Nandu..apne favourite actor se autograph tho lelo' Manik bent down a bit and whispered to her...keeping her fingers tightly entwined in his.
'Par..Manik...tum mujhe chodo na...' Nandini whispered back.
'Haan maine kaha pakadke rakha hai..aur autograph Shahid karenge..tum nahi na..' Manik said with a smirk.
Shahid was smiling widely and looked at Manik who was gazing at him and suddenly Manik winked. Shahid smiled and winked back.
'Manik..Nandini ko chodo yaar..usko aake autograph tho lene do yaar' Shahid teased Manik. Manik suddenly let go and with an embarassed smile passed his fingers through his hair.
Shahid once again raised his hand for a hand shake and Nandini with a huge smile gave him her hand for a handshake.
'Shahidji...U know ...I'm a huge fan of yours' Nandini said as she felt her whole self shaking with excitement.
'Thanks a lot...and I must say..U are one lucky girl...that boy doesn't hold any hand so casually.' Shahid whispered with a smile getting closer to Nandini. Nandini couldn't stop smiling..and she looked back at Manik who had walked over to help Fab 5 with their work.
'He is a nice guy..Nandini..and don't let go of him..he really cares for you..' Shahid continued as they watched Manik dedicated to helping with supplying pathaake to the students. The air was now covered with the smell of firecrackers as the sounds of pathaake resounded the whole air.
'Happy Diwali..Nandini' Shahid wished Nandini and she couldn't believe that her favourite bollywood actor has wished her personally.
'Thanks same to U, Shahidji' Nandini said with a wide smile and Shahid took his handkerchief and a pen out of his pocket and wrote on it...
