Things were good b/w PaNi after new years too till the farm house track at least no?😆 Like you said they're weird. Sometimes they come across as friendly co-actors. Other times there is some sort of friction b/w the two. It looked like they had a fight or an argument(may be they did).. they looked khafa khafa😆
Though this was not their first show, they hadn't got the attention before this show. Agree about Niti though.. she worked with Ram n Sakshi n she did mention in some iv that she would watch them shoot n that she has learnt a lot from Sakshi.

n yeah I think PaNi were at their best in TellyBytes segments only. Next comes SBB and IF.

Niti by far handled the attention better I believe! She never got bashed by shippers! And if she got bashed by others then Parth also did. Actually Parth got bashed more during S1. Wo harkatein bhi aisa karta tha😆 But even when Niti used to put up sad quotes(her habit since time immemorial) Parth used to get bashed. Wo alag baat hai ki he didn't care much till his ppl were bashed(whoever came to him whining about the bashing).
True that the show had a reach no where near to the GEC shows but Pa & Ni became quite popular with this show. If you see GEC show actors are mostly known as the onscreen characters they play but when it comes to youth shows, it's a plus point for the actors as their off-screen names are equally popular too.

You hadn't seen the after consummation talk!😆 That sure was the best part "Sa re ga Ma Pa da Ni"😆 but consummation was worst!😒😛 No build up nothing! They straight away went for it😕 cheat kiss was absurd, her dress was tacky🤢 Their expressions/emotions invisible. Kuch bhi tha😡😆 And then all that mismatched editing with Nandini transported back to her house after the scene🤓 But agree with you that Parth's unavailability was one of the reasons. He wasn't even there till the last day👎🏼

You must've heard Parth's Raj Baddhan wala iv no? Where Parth says that when they are shooting he just surrenders himself to her😆 there's no ego nothing and that one would see passion in the eyes. Something like that.😳😆

Although I can't stand VG, as long as he was the head of MTV, he did take care of the budget. KY2 did start as a low budget experimental project but it had some nice locations outdoor and indoors. Most importantly Manik & Nandini had their own houses(Though Manik's kept changing, Nandini's was same throughout). They were all given a good set of clothes and when the show started doing well they increased the budget on the technical aspects like lights and camera I believe. Coz then you could make out from the quality of the picture. Also musicana was pretty grand. It lived up to the hype. But the wardrobe change later wasn't that good😳
And Parth wore his own clothes some times(guess that happens with a lot of shows). The ganji, Tee, banyan, etc😆 not the red shorts though.. I don't remember seeing.

@BW - less hectic and more pay I guess that's why a lot of actors prefer BW. Plus more popularity too and they can get to play many different characters. Parth had BW plans way back..I remember his FB chat session in Oct 2014 where he mentioned that KY2 would be his last TV show and that he would do Bolly after that. Which is good imo. But how I wish he hadn't taken this small screen success for granted. It was more a work experience for him than commitment. Yeah he did enjoy the success that it brought but he wasn't thankful enough. He's been ignorant and silly and inconsiderate. But still wish him luck. The guy has been through a lot in the last few months. I admire his determination, passion, dedication and focus when it comes to work.
