News/rumors are doing rounds that Parth potentially is the male lead opp Shahid Kapoors sister. It's an all out comedy movie and loosely based like Andaz apna apna or same creatives .. Some crap like that.

Personally, I feel wrong move on his part. If he needs to step in Bollywood, this is not the right project. Take the example of Sushang Singh and Barun sobti. Their first movies paved way for their next big thing. Things worked out for SS coz he picked the right banner and project but not for Barun coz it was a small production and one known face ( can't believe he quit IPKND for nothing - oh well, it was his choice).

Parth should be a bit patient and wait for the right moment rather than rush into it. Personal opinion guys. Need not come at me guns blazing!

Don't totally agree with you - Nandini always accepted that anger was a part of Manik, before and after falling in love with him. Her saying 'monster' now is affectionate...she understands his grey areas. Like she said - he's not perfect, neither is she...but they are perfect together.

And I think issue is not toning down scenes with Karan or yuvraj - Niti needs to tone UP scenes with Parth. Nandini as a character was always OTT in thinking the best of everyone - so her wanting to think the best of Maddy is not too inconsistent. The problem is that it has come in parallel with her cooling down with Manik. THAT needs to be corrected asap.

@ niti toning up the scene with parth... she toning down with yuvi and maddy is easily achievable i believe😆

What I miss...is NOT the big stuff...no scenes etc. But the small stuff...that was so consistent and magical.

- Manik tucking her hair back...and Nandini looking mesmerized when he did.

- Them intertwining hands

- The way she said his name softly...with love just sooo obvious

- The way they looked at one another across a room, a corridor, a whole damn party...and knew what the other was thinking.

- Them silently comforting each other

- Manik simmering down just because she put her hand on his arm

- Their hugs...oh their hugs...like they needed to feel each other closer than ever ..needed more than air or water or life itself.

Bang on post 👏, but for me personally what is totally not acceptable and bringing down the whole story(or rather lack of a story 😉) is what they are doing with Manik and Nanadani both as individuals and Manan as a couple.

From the entrace of Manik it has been mostly Nanadani (Not saying Manik is perfect but his part has been handled well enough by Parth) that has been lacking with regards to how she has been behaving with Manik and her over all character when compared to S1,... but as of the last two days even Manik has started to be shown the same way.

Certain aspects of Manan relationship that has been such an integral part of them as a couple such as their great firendship, is being totally taken out of their equation and suddenly Aryaman is being shown the one who Nanadani can talk about Anything and everything.

All of a sudden Nanadani can't talk about Maddy's issues with Manik because he will get angry as if viewers should also develop amnesia and forget that Nandani was the only person who can handle Manik's anger any time any day and make him behave sensibly when things are too hyper like the current situation between Manik and Maddy.

Similarly earlier Manik didn't use to ignore Nanadani when he is with Fab5 while she is around and always included her in some way even if it is with just a smile or a private wink, and even asked for her input and opinion in his decisions regarding Fab5 issues. This was so clearly shown during Soha track while they were making that album and since then till the end of S1.

Seriously Maddy and Aryaman are like leaches stuck on Nandani and Manik and Manan as a couple, slowly sucking away the essence of these characters and what their relationship used to be like in S1.

A few random scenes of concern and care without maintaining consistency is not going to clean up this mess unless both Aryaman and Maddy are taken off Manan's backs and given their own stories,.. that does not have to take away bits and pieces of Manan substance to push the lame stories of these side characters.

Unless and until the current writers can pin down Nanadani and Maniks original characters and uphold the integrity of Manan, a few 'romance' or superficial dating scenes between Manan is not going to save this train wreck.

And i seriously doubt the current writers capability to handle this even if they were inclined to believe fans feedback which currently they don't seem to take very well .

Agree on the superficiality completely - like in the scene where fab5 were sitting n drinking...Nandini looked like a damn groupie smiling blankly wth nothing to say or do!! I half expected her to act all bhartiya naari type n go get pakodas for them!! Irrelevant and poorly written scene...u didn't need her, but by putting her there you made the awkwardness sooo obvious.

On maddy & aryaman - i still maintain they are necessary to maintain some essential conflict. Problem is the very blehhh way they are being used. Harshad, nyonika, even Amms were always on Manan's back...but used well, they moved the story fwd. What does need to get fixed is niti n parth chemistry. Without that...even the best story would be flat...and we are dealing with a mediocre one currently.
