I had shoved my face in his chest. I don't know if it was his cologne or just him but his fragrance soothed me. He carried me over to the bed and placed me on it lightly.

"Are you okay now?", Manik asked in an almost concerned tone. He wiped my mouth with his sleeve. I turned my face for not wanting to look at him, "I told you not to go but you never listen to me"

I didn't answer him and just looked into his eyes. He again got the cloth to tie me up.

"Manik please don't tie me up...its suffocating", I pleaded him with soft eyes. He tried to study if I was being genuine or pretending to be sweet.

"I really want to listen to you but why do I have a feeling you are up to something"

His sudden question made me conscious. It was just a few days that we had known each other and he had started reading me.

"You have got me to such a place that I can't ecsape even if I want to so what could I be planning anyway", i gave him reasons to believe me.

He smirked a little on his achievement. He was calm and composed. After I was caught I had expected him to be rough and evil well he was still that I think but his eyes said something else. I could sense he was trying to avoid eye contact with me.

"I don't want to stay here..take me to some other place", I sat up on the bed and made an irritated face.

"Hum picnic manane nahi aaye hai", he said putting up a sarcastic tone.

"I know that..you have kidnapped me that too at gunpoint", I tried to remind him of his actions.

"And who forced me to do that"

"Really so you mean to say that whatever happened was because of me", I was seriously pissed at his stupid allegation.

"Apparently yes...if you hadn't made that silly public love confession you would have been safe and I wouldn't have had to tag you along with me", he heaved a deep sigh and I was even more puzzled.

Did he mean that I had unknowingly put myself into danger by that confession in front of that man and Manik was actually trying to save me but how and from what. I knew there was a lot more that I was still unaware of and only Manik had the answers.
