a black mercedes stopped in front of a big hospital.a small boy got down from the car started running towards the gate of the hospital.then the door flung open once again and stepped out of the car a very handsome and dashing manik mallhotra.
he saw the kid running and shouted "careful sameer stop running you'll hurt yourself"."chachu i am fine come fast na..."replied sameer turning back towards his chachu.manik came towards him and picked him up in his arms and the went inside the hospital."we have an appointment for sameer mallhotra"said manik to the receptionist.but the receptionist was busy ogling at the lead singer of famous fab 5 and CEO of malltorta industries the one and only manik mallhotra."chachu ye bhi aap pe flat ho gayi"whispered sameer naughtily in maiks ear."sameer!"manik warned him to which he giggled."excuse me i asked you something"said maink with his infamous smirk.this brought the receptionist back from her lala land and she checked "room number 204 sir"and replied embarrassed."thank you young lady"said manik charmingly and the receptionist was again back to her lala land.
soon manik and sameer were standing infront of room number 204.manik knocked the door."come in"said a voice from inside.manik was mesmerized listening to the voice."can it be her...but how can it be possible?"chachu chalo na" said sameer lightly pulling maniks pant."ha"said manik pushing all his thoughts away and opened the door.
as they entered they saw a girl facing her back towards them."excuse me doctor"said sameer.and she turned towards them.she was wearing doctors coat over her dress and her hair was tied in a messy bun with some of the hair strands falling loosely on her face.manik was shocked to see her and so was she."nandini"manik whispered softly.both manik and nandini were looking at each other while little sameer was looking at manika and nandini simultaneously."chachu kya hua"said sammer to manik which broke manan's eyelock."we are here for sameer malhotras check up."said maink breaking the silence."yes please have a seat...so what is the problem?"nandini asked sitting on the opposite side of the table in her chair."nothing he had been sick for a while but now he is fine we are here for his regular checkup."said manik."so come sameer let me check"said nandini with a smile to sameer.all the while nandini was checking sameer manik was busy admiring her."she has become more beautiful now...her smile is still the same."thought manik looking at nandini and sameer was observing all this."sameer is perfectly fine and healthy"said nandini smiling and looking at manik.just as manik was about to say something the nurse entered and informed nandini about an urgent case."yes i am coming"said nandini standing form her chair and grabbing something from her desk."nandini we need to talk"said manik to her and they both had a small eyelock."yes manik we will but after sometime i have an urgent case right now"said nandini as she also wanted to talk to him for so long."no problem we will meet at our old place at sharp 6pm dont be late. "said manik."ok bye...bye sameer"said nandini.manik kept staring at the door from where she went."chachu vo gayi"said sameer naughtly to which manik only hmmed."chachu lagta ha app iss baar aap unpe flat ho gaye."said sameer naughtly with a smirk."hmm"said manik still looking at the the door"what!"he said supprised as he realised wht sameer had said."you.."before manik could say anything sameer ran out of the door."wait..."said maik and went behing sameer and caught him befor he could run any further."you have become very naughty"said manik picking him up in his arms."aap se hi to seekha hai chachu"said sameer and both started laughing and sat in the car and the car zoomed off.
