I could have have it said it better than what the TM has. Whilst watching the last couple of episodes there's a resounding relief of knowing that the misunderstanding isn't being dragged and that MaNan have been left to talk it out and sort it amongst themselves. However the future storyline is lacking momentum, it's almost worrying to the point that I wonder if the writers themselves even know what they are trying to portray and without a clear direction in mind it seems that they are banking on the popularity of PaNi to meander this show along.
As the TM said the actor is only as good as the story. And without a clear story grasps even the actors won't be able to salvage this show beyond it's reach. The dialogues are a complete different debacle on it's own, I've been seen or watched such cringe dialogues in my life, when ships use their own ship name in their dialogue it loses it's essence, the dialogue ends up looking like a mockery than something that is said from the heart. They need to sort this out because it's affecting how the audience views the show.
Overall I hope they pull up their socks and sort out this mess, getting MaNan back can't fix everything, even before it was the story and the writing and mostly the uniqueness of the writing that drove this show to its height, so the existing creative head; Karishma needs to either employ a few more writers to sort out the storyline or start putting in some more efforts herself. There needs to be a shift soon otherwise the story in itself will fall flat to the audience.
