My theory is that the CVs just want to keep the 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan' membership count as 5😆 I mean...when Manik aka Parth quit, they brought in Madhyam as replacement for Manik & Aryaman as replacement for Kabir...ah a bit of correction...😆...as replacement for Dhruv and Dhruv has become replacement for Kabir. Now possibility of a love-triangle between Aryaman-Nandini-Manik cannot be ruled out. I mean..even earlier, when serial started half the serial was Manik-Nandini-Dhruv track & then Nandini-Manik-Soha track! So next I feel it would be Manik-Nandini-Aryaman!😆
I feel if Parth had not decided to returned, CVs would've made Madhyam a replacement for Parth & Aryaman a replacement for Kabir. Now since Manik is back, Madhyam has to go...to keep membership count at 5!😆
Aryaman has been from the start having a one-way love with Nandini. CVs possibly wanted to make Madhyam the 2nd Manik...taking into account his rebellious behaviour, plus his nature being similar to Manik...as in going against everyone as much as possible!😆
If Parth had not returned, it would've been Madhyam taking over as leader of Fab 5 and maybe Nandini getting to know later as Madhyam being a plastic-surgeried Manik!😛😆
But now, since Parth is returning, keeping Madhyam would be disrupting the membership-count of Fab 5! Madhyam's character may get sidelined as Manik is returning and Nandini cares most for Manik. Did U note...how the CVs made Madhyam's singing voice like that of Manik?😆😛
MTV's CVs themselves got a bit messed up. So now since Manik is returning, Madhyam's character may be rival to Manik, but cannot be Nandini's love interest. Plus with Aryaman being there, if Manik returns, that makes it #Fab5 as a band!😛
