As manik was about to move away nandini instantly grabbed his collar and pulled him closer as their hot breath fanned over each others lips as manik's cologne was toxicating her sense.
Nandini whispered "get worked up then hot shot! Coz your sexy vintage wanna see how harder you can work." Making manik smirk.
"You are challenging manik malhotra! You gotta lots of guts sexy vintage" said manik.

"Hey bro! where are you... After calling me here, were did u just disappear!" Exclaimed an annoyed Cabir on a call.
"Stop being grumpy, and turn around idiot!" Said manik being on the other side of call.
"Ahh! So here you are... And I have been searching for you since long! Where were u?"
"Hunting a vintage beauty" said manik with a dreamy smirk thinking about his first meet with nandini while Cabir got confused with his words but soon his confused eyes changed to excited ones.
"So you found someone in just few minutes! Talent boss! I m impressed" said Cabir hitting his fist lightly on manik's chest with mischievous eyes. "But last I checked, you were not into girls and hated all this mushy mushy stuff... Then what made you change your mind" asked Cabir being surprisingly confused as manik malhotra, his childhood friend wasn't into girls not that he was in boys but he didn't feel the need of all this in his life! What a logic... that's what's manik's logic screams out loud.
"Hmm! Check it for yourself" said manik pointing towards his back which made Cabir curiously tilt his head to look in the direction directed.
Cabir's eyes widened like saucer instantly as if he saw a zombie walking towards him. His gaze instantly changed from nandini to manik with disbelief written on his face. Manik nodded at his confused face indicating that what he is thinking and seeing is complete reality.
But Cabir shook his head in disbelief and took put his cellphone and surfed through it. His eyes constantly played tennis between nandini and his phone. After giving both a brief look he looked at manik and whispered "Unbelievable" in disbelief to which manik smirked.
"hmm there's more to it And I need your help now!"

"So whose the unfortunate one?" Asked mukti as she saw nandini walking towards then with a victory smirk.
Nandini silently pointed towards manik making all look in his direction with curious eyes.
"Damn!He is bloody heck of a guy!" Exclaimed aliya while mukti's was checking him out openly.
"Guys! Isnt he manik malhotra?" Asked Aryamann out of confusion.
"Yes he is, but... Wait! You know him" asked nandini scrunching her eyebrows.
"Com'on! He is the one Paris return, heir of billion dollar company Malhotra pharmaceuticals and yes not to forget, most eligible bachelor too" finished Aryamann only to look at hanging jaw of mukti and aliya.
"So this is manik malhotra! Woah! He gotta amazing style ,I must say" said impressed mukti.
"Hmm! I missed his welcome party last Friday... I heard that it turned out to be most happening one" said aliya "wish I could have gone!" and she exclaimed dreamily with hint of regret on her face but contrary to that Nandini wasn't even least interested in the conversation. She didn't give a damn about all this because she was more keen to know what all he has stored in him other than being a spoilt rich brat just like her. She wanted to see how high he can go to woo her. Just then she heard drums and guitar which grabbed her attention. She turned towards the floor and saw manik playing guitar like a pro with a guy playing drums aging him who was too undoubtedly handsome.

She felt warmth pooling into her cheeks and she was shocked to realize that she was blushing! Oh God, she never blushed. As in never. He seemed to be enjoying her discomfort if the small smile that pulled at his lips was any indication.
Manik felt his heart swell when she shyly looked away from him, the ever confident Nandini now fidgeting.

She hated to admit but he had effect in her.

As Cabir quoted the remaining manik again reached for nandini. And looked intently at her Nandini's heart felt constricted and a flurry of butterflies erupted in her stomach as she became imprisoned under manik's blazing gaze. Manik tilted his head and placed opened mouth smooch on her cheek which made nandini hitch her breath in her throat.
Manik lifted his head a bit towards her ear while her lips teased her ears he whispered "Uh, moist, ha ha ha ha ha ha..." Making nandini's eyes go wide in shock thinking exactly what he indicated and worst part was that he was right! Indeed she was...
The sound of clapping and constant hootings infiltrated their bubble and both of them were pushed back to reality.
"So did my HARD WORK paid off" Manik smirked bending towards her curiously.
"Yes and no!" Said nandini as now it was her turn to smirk "Nice move darling! I must say but really bad timing" finished nandini but seeing manik's confused face she continued "the main show starts at 12 when main crowd arrives for filling in bucks but you are done by 11:30,sweetheart!" Which made manik shocked to the core.
As nandini was about to continue teasing session with manik, her face hardened as she saw her less than 12 hours ex boyfriend entering in the club with a bitch whowas wearing the most provocative dress that left nothing for imagination. It was dangerously low cut and strapless that showed off her cleavage and the dress was so short that if she bent then she would flash her underwear. That's only if she was wearing any.Nandini smirked, rolling her eyes on her own thought making manik look in confusion. Harshad smiled evilly and walked towards nandini while manik was oblivious of all this as he was unknown to Harshad. He looked towards Harshad and then nandini trying to understand the equation between them.
