The way they started wrapping up the story in season 1, it was clear that he would have given them the notice. I think he would have been in talks for that &TV show. But something happened and it didn't materialise. Telly Chakkar articles are normally not completely false. He himself admitted that he left to B'lore before signing the show. As regards Bollywood, it's not easy to get a really good offer for the TV Actors. So, I guess he left the show for that Gul Khan show but that didn't happen, so right now he's not doing any show or movie.

Chalo I'll put in my 2 paise before the thread closes.

He was in talks with &TV for Hawa Hawai and he was BORED playing Manik , which had become STAGNANT by that time. But he went to Bangalore, so couldn't sign the show. And honestly, he is not such brilliant an actor, to get a good bolly project. He is good, but not always and in everything. But the fans' trending came in time to save him! What more could a person want? The show became all about him eventually. He is lucky!

And by the way there was news from."sources" he was willing to stay but only for few mnthz bt mtv wanted him to sign contract for 1yr. Now it is upto you to accept this news from this sources or accept other news abt he was in talks for other project or else keep making post abt what he shud hv done and wat not.

Firstly I have no intentions of bashing just sharing my pov...you think I am instigating bashing then it's upto you ...if u see the reploes I have got everybody is taking it as a normal healthy conversation ..nobody had bashed him and ..I'm not understanding that why even a normal discussion is taken as if a single point you say u r bashing and ready to charge over ...and as far as money matters are concerned do you really think nobody cares about it if that would have been he would have never expressed his wish that he will take to bigger better things if he gets it ...if he would have not have considered buying bmw...He himself said that even you guys will wish to get promotions when you start your job ...I'm not saying it's wrong in wishing to have growth infact everyone does this ..fully agree to his wish to have bigger plans ..if you still feel this is enough to instigate bashing than I can't do anything about it ..it is upon persons thinking what will he take as bashing and what not ..there are many post related to healthy discussions even if we are expressing our different views ..I can't do anything even if a normal post makes someone charged up to bash..there can be discussions done calmly ...even then thank you for sharing your opinion and replying to my post

He has the backing of a loyal fan following who are willing to do anything for him. So to some extent he has his back covered. If he is willing to sit on the bench till a really good offer comes his way or is willing to take up the first opportunity he is presented, it is his prerogative and would be determined by several factors, both personal and professional. Other than him and his immediate family none of us are going to be affected by his financial condition, whatever it may be at present or turn out to be in future.

By the way, did you see the dart board on the wall of his house in the latest Glitz Vision interview? That I felt sums up his attitude to life. There were a few darts in the outer ring and one near the bulls eye. that how it is - you win some, you lose some. Whether he hits the bulls eye with this risk he has taken, we need to wait and watch.

All the very best to him though because, all said and done, he put his heart and soul into Manik and gave us, along with Niti, our most memorable T.V.jodi, Manan. Nothing or no one can take that away from him, her or us, for that matter.
