@opti leme tel u bout me...I started my schooling at d age of 3 years and 6 months ( courtesy my parents ) did nursery..kg..then class 1 completed class 12 at d age of 17...joined college at d age of 19 coz of my med preparations and graduated at d age of 24 since m a med student ( including 1 yr internship ) now m 25...

Jyothi, I completed Class 12 at the age of 17 and Masters at the age of 22. By the way I am May born. This is quite normal in most parts of India but completing second graduation when you are 17 and a half years old is a far stretch.

I have no qualms admitting that I entered the wrong side on forties this year. My friends who are all several years older than me get squeamish when I declare my age, for obvious reasons! Not long ago I got the best compliment of my life when someone I met asked me if I was 28 years old! So I really don't mind admitting my age, if only to invite such comments. So Niti looking like a 17 year old being 21 or 22 or whatever is in fact a big compliment to her.

About Parth's birthday, this I found out after his interview where he mentioned that only a few people knew he was born on Holi day. With a little help from Google dada it wasn't difficult to find out which date Holi fell in 1990 and 1991. He needn't have mentioned that unnecessary detail about his birthday in this age of IT. That way we wouldn't have known he isn't under 25 as he claims to be.

honestly, what ever IV i have seen of Niti, she hasnever mentioned her age explicitly, so I wont say she ,lied,but being a teachers child you can get that concession I guess. so she must be 21+

And Parth , out of excitement he spited out. I guess for a guy, he is too careful. there is no harm in being born a year earlier. Yes, - Mar1 was Holi in 1991.

Anyway, Actors as we know are weird, and unnecessarily insecure.

Most people fudge their age. Some are officially older than they are (like my hubby, whose official age is six months before his actual age) and some a year or two younger than they actually are.

Agree that Parth normally is very careful in uttering anything. Example is his recent interview in IF where he lists out 3 good things and 3 bad things about Manik. He mentioned Manik's attitude as one of the qualities he does not like and quickly supplemented that saying that Manik acts normally with others but acts good only to those he is close to, unlike Parth, whatever that means. He must have realised that since he has repeatedly said he is similar to Manik in attitude, people may think ill of him if he classifies Manik's attitude as a negative quality. Hence all that elaboration.

Anyway, my guess about Niti's age is not only based on that May 2012 interview but also elsewhere where she mentioned that she was a year older than Utkarsh and so on.

Agree none of this matters because she looks ageless and I like her the way she is.

I edited the comment moments after writing it.. That was a typo 4year 11 month which is almost equal to 5😃

@Opti hey I agree with you I watched that iv of niti long time back that clearly indicates she's 22 coz she clearly said she was in her graduation 2nd year in 2012 and I had just completed my 12th during that time. I'll be turning 21 in december she might be 1 and a half years or 2 year older than me that's how I had calculated her age 😆
