PART 1
He sang the song with utmost love and affection , eyeing for a every passing second. She was watching him through the lens of the camera. She could feel his love for her in his eyes ; "How to go away from you..?" She thought in mind.
Performance was over , and all were thrilled. Pandit , Mr. Khurana and Principal gave a huge around of applause of their thrilling performance.
All were happy and impressed with them. He looked back at his friends , all were smiling ear to ear. He gestured them for a group hug and they all happily came for it.
After breaking the hug , he turned to look at her , she stood their , with teary eyes and wearing his favorite smile . She showed thumbs up both hands and nodded her head.
He bit his lower lip , to suppress his blush. At that very moment he just wanted to take her in his embrace and thank her for being his lucky charm.
She looked at her side and saw Navya clapping with full energy and both hugged each other to celebrate the moment.
"You did Manik , you finally did it. For your friends. I am so proud of you." She murmured to herself.
Soon Nandini and Navya left the auditorium and Soha did not noticed it. Fab5 was talking to Mr.Khurana but Manik's attention was fully on Nandini.
When he saw her missing , he panicked. He was about to move but Principal stopped him.
Nandini and Navya placed the camera and stand safely in the Principal's office and again walked backed to the auditorium. While they were about to reach there , Navya got a call from her mother and excused herself.
Nandini overheard some students talking that media has reached outside SPACE to know in detail about the album contract between Q-label and FAB5 .
She smiled to herself listening all this.
Meanwhile in auditorium , Mr. Khurana and Prinicipal were talking to Fab5 and Manik was getting worked up because she was missing since 15
minutes and he was not able to leave from there.
Mr. Khurana too got a phone call and while talking over it he came out of the auditorium.
After he finished talking , he noticed Nandini standing there , who was waiting for Navya to end her conversation.
"you still here..?" Mr. Khurana said from back , which scared her for a moment. She turned around to face the person and looked here and there in tension.
"Don't forget , Fab5 has still not signed the contract yet. If you try to play smart , I will not let this album happen." Mr. khurana said pointing his finger towards her.
She got scared for a moment listening to him. "What if Mr. khurana plays some other games.? What if he does not let this album happen even after I leave Manik also. No No I cannot let this happen. This album is must for Fab5 , for Cabir." She thought to herself.
"where are you lost.? I asked you something. I hope you remember your words." Mr. khurana said bringing her out of her trance.
Suddenly she remembered students talking about media outside the SPACE.
"I very well remember my words Mr.khurana but I hope you remember your deal. You asked me to back out from Manik's life if I want this album to happen , and I am doing so. But , before my leave I want to make sure that your fulfill your promise." she said to him in full confidence.
"what do you mean.? He asked her.
"Mr. khurana , media is waiting outside the campus to get the official confirmation regarding the album deal between Fab5 and Q-Label. Before I leave , I want you to make an official announcement to the media that Q-label will launch Fab5 in their next project and within an hour the contract papers should be signed." She said in a stern tone to him.
"you will not tell me what to do and what not." He shouted on her raising his finger.
"I am telling you Mr khurana what to do and you have to do what I say." She said with full confidence and with smirk on her face.
"And what makes you think that I will listen to you." He frowned and questioned her.
"If you will not listen to me then I will tell Manik and the media that you asked me to back off from Manik's life so that your daughter Soha should get close to him or you will not let this album happen." she said with a victorious smile.
He laughed sarcastically on her and said ; "and you think media will believe a common girl like you and not me.? Don't forget I am the owner of the leading brand Q-label. No one will waste a minute to give ear to your rubbish."
"media will definitely not believe me Mr. khurana but it will surely believe Manik because he's Manik Malhotra. I know You are the owner Q-label but
don't forget Manik is the only heir of THE MALHOTRA INDUSTRIES , which needs no introduction. And Q-label stands no where in competition to the Malhotra industries." she very smartly tried to make her way out.
Mr. khurana was now a bit tensed.
"What if you don't stick by your promise.? What if you don't back out.?" he asked her
"Mr. khurana Manik's happiness and his smile matters to me the most in this entire world. And his happiness and smile lies within his friends , within Fab5. I know how big this is for them. I can do anything for his happiness and his smile , even if it costs me going away from him. I won't back out , I promise." She said in a soft tone and teary eyes.
"ok.. I will do as you say" He said and walked in the auditorium.
