Chapter 20 A

Next whole day Manik was super duper busy in his work as because tomorrow they had the farmhouse plan and he was sure he will not be able to come to office at least for two to three days so he tried to cover up as much pending work as he could. He left for the office before Manvi woke up and the whole day he didn't called to Manvi he called Nandini just to know the well being of his family and that call was not more than 30 seconds. The yesterday man too came and Manik asked his PA to make a space for him. Moreover Rohit and his Mom too came at Malhotra Mansion. Manvi played with Ronit and smurfy but she was missing Manik a lot. It was evening now Rohit left with his Mom. Manik was still not at home it was for the first time he was so much busy in his office even Mr.Malhotra was not at home. Nandini and Nayonika were busy in the kitchen. Manvi was very sad nor did any of Chacho or Maushi called. She walked towards the kitchen with smurfy and pulled Nandini's jeans to got her attention who was busy in laughing with Nayonika so she didn't noticed Manvi.

"Mama..!"At last Manvi shouted angrily and then Nayonika and Nandini look at Manvi.

"What happened Manvi?"Nandini asked worriedly.

"Nobody has time fol(for) me..! Ap busy ho,granny busy hain..! GrandPa bhi ghal(ghar) nahi hain..! Papa nay mj say sbha say baat nahi ki..! Main ap sab say nalaaz(naraaz) hoon..!"Manvi shouted in one breath and run from there leaving Nayonika and Nandini shocked.

"We ignored Manvi..!"Nayonika said shaking her head.

"I never saw her reacting this much..!"Nandini said in disbelief.

"Nandini..! She is very sensitive..! Wo choti say choti baat ko bht feel karti hai..! Manik kay extra care aur love nay usy thora ziddi bana diya hai..! Thori si bhi ignorance bardast nahi hoti us say..!"Nayonika said patting Nandini's shoulder.

"Aur waisy bhi Manik ki beti hai aggression usy heritance me mila hai..!"Nayonika said laughingly and Nandini sighed. "Dunya kay sab say ziddi baap beti mery he hisay main any thy" Nandini thought sadly.

"What should we do now?"Nandini asked rubbing her forehead.

"Call Manik..! Only he can handle his princess..!"Nayonika said smilingly and Nandini was about to call Manik when..

"I am home..!"They heard Manik's voice and they rushed towards lounge. Manik was almost lying on the couch all tired. His tie,blazer and laptop bag was on the floor. "Nandini pani pila do..!"Manik said in a low voice and Nandini noddingly left while Nayonika sat beside Manik. He placed his head in Nayonika's lap and closed his eyes.

"Where is your Dad?"Nayonika asked ruffling Manik's hair.

"He is at some dinner will be here soon..!"Manik whispered.

"Aj ka din bohat hectic tha?"Nayonika asked kissing his forehead.

"Bohat..!"Manik said opening his eyes lazily.

"Aur apny hectic day main tum ya bhool apni beti ko bhool gye..! Aur wo sab say naraz ho kar apna room locked kar k bethi hai..!"Nandini said smilingly giving him the glass of water and he immediately got up.

"What? Naraaz hai?"Manik shouted worriedly. "But why?"He was confused.

"Mani..! If you are forgetting then let me remind you tum nay aj sara din Manvi say baat nahi ki..! Sbha tum us kay jagny say pehly chly gaye thy aur abhi raat kay 9 baj rahy hain..! Tum nay jb bhi call kiya mj say baat kar k band kar diya..! Mani usy tmhra pyaar lainy ki adat hai tmhri extra attention ki adat hai..! That's why wo sara din tm say baat na krna afford nahi kar pai,aur gusa tou usy tum say mila hai..! Jo sara ka sara us ny mj pay aur Mom pay nikaal diya hai..!"Nandini explained smilingly and Manik felt so much guilty. Really he totally forgot about this point that he didn't called Manvi the whole day. Without drinking water he run towards Manvi's room at the same time Mr.Malhotra too came and got to know the story he too followed Manik.

"Meri jaan..! Mera bacha..! Open the door..!"Manik said worriedly knocking the door.

Chapter 20 B

It was 6 of the morning when Manvi got up with a jerk.

"Today is a fun day..!"She shouted excitedly. She immediately washed her face and brushed her teeth. She grabbed her teddy and Smurfy the lazy head was still sleeping today luckily Manvi didn't disturbed his sleep and came out of her room. She peeped MaNan's room as it was not locked. Nandini was in bathroom and Manik was still sleeping on his stomach.

"Aiyooo..! Papa abhi tak so lay(ray) hain...!"She slapped her forehead and jumped on the bed. "Papa..! Papa..! Wakeup na..! Lets go..! Sbha ho gai hai..! Falmhouse(farmhouse) chalain..!"Manvi said shaking Manik's shoulder with her tiny hands.

"Jaan..! Let me sleep..!"Manik said sleepily and covered his head in a pillow.

"No..! Papa..! Nai sona..!"Manvi said angrily and sat on Manik's back but Manik started snoring. Meanwhile Nandini came out of the bathroom rubbing her hair with towel. She saw Manvi sitting on Manik's back with a frowny face and Manik was snoring. Nandini smiled as she very well know Manik was awake he was just teasing Manvi.

"What happened Manvi? All good?"Nandini asked smilingly.

"Mama..! Look na Papa uth he nai lay(ray)..!"She said sadly.

"Hmmm..! Ya tou problem hai..! Acha why don't you give him a kissie on his cheek maybe wo uth jayen?Nandini said nodding her head and this idea clicked Manvi while Manik smiled inwardly.

"Ok..!"Manvi said and removed the pillow from Manik head. Then she bent down and kissed Manik's cheek. "Papa please..! Wake up..!"She said so innocently that Manik chucked all his plan to tease his girl and got up. Manvi became so happy to see him awake.

"Wow..! Best morning ever..!"Manik said winking at Manvi and she giggled.

"Papa please..! Chalain na..! Chacho,chachi aul Maushi ko phone kalen..! Please jaldi..!"She pleaded making a cute pout.

"Ok baba..! I will call them..! Abhi ap jaoa dekho granny aur GrandPa uthy ya nahi..!"Manik said nodding his head and Manvi smilingly run to woke her grandparents. As soon as Manvi left Manik locked the door Nandini didn't noticed him locking the door as she was busy in drying her hair. He hugged her from back and pulled her towards him.

"Mani..! Leave me..! Manvi aa jye ge..!"Nandini protested.

"Shhh..! Wo nahi aye ge..! Aur agr aye tou door knock kary ge because I have locked the door..!"Manik said smilingly and winked at Nandini. With that he leaned closer to her lips. "Brush karna is not compulsory hai na?"He asked in a serious tone and Nandini shook her head. She himself fused her lips with his and they kissed each other madly. The cool breeze of the morning filled the room with it's essence and the passionate lover were enjoying their own sweet times. They broke gasping for air and Manik rested his forehead with Nandini's.

"I love you so much..!"Manik said kissing her forehead.

"I love you more..!"She said lovingly and ruffled his hair.

"Papa...! Mama...!"Suddenly Manvi banged the door of MaNan's room. Manik who was busy in gelling his hair and Nandini was checking the packing. Manik rushed towards the door and opened it. He saw Manvi with teary eyes and became worried.

"What happened bacha? Why are you crying?"Manik asked picking her up in his arms and Nandini too came.

"Wo..! Smu-smurfy...! Apni eyes he open nahi kal(kar) laha(raha)..!" She said between her sobs and MaNan run towards Manvi's room. Manik made Manvi stand on the floor and picked up smurfy. Once he thought that smurfy was dead but he was breathing. Then what was wrong with him?

"Is he dead?"Nandini whispered in Manik's ear while Manvi was constantly crying.

"No..! He is breathing..! But I don't know why isn't he opening his eyes..!"Manik too whispered back.

"Papa...! Smurfy ko kya hua hai?"Manvi asked sniffing her nose.

"I will call the veterinary doctor..!"Manik said nodding his head and meanwhile fab4 too came. There was too much worry on everyone's face as smufry was ill. Manvi was constantly crying in Nandini's lap and Nandini was trying her best to console her. At last doctor came he checked smurfy and smiled.

"What happened doctor? Is smurfy ok? Please usy bacha lain warna meri beti rona band nahi kary ge..!"Manik said worriedly and doctor smiled.

"Relax Mr.Malhotra..! Smurfy is perfectly fine..! Us nay over eating kar li hai..!"Doctor was smiling widely and Manik burst out in laughter. All look at him confusingly.

"Over eating?"Manik laughed holding his stomach and everyone too started laughing but their laughs were stopped in middle with Manvi's loud shout and she again started crying.

"Ms.Malhotra relax..! Your Smurfy is perfectly alright..! I will give an injection he will recover within 2 hours..!"Doctor said smilingly patting Manvi's head and she sniffed her nose. "Just take care that from next time he don't eat much..!"Doctor said to Nandini and she nodded.

"Doctor..! We are traveling today..! Please give us surety that he will not trouble us..!"Manik said as doctor injected some serum in Smurfy's body.

"Yes Mr.Malhotra..! I assure you he will be fine..!"Doctor said nodding his head and all sighed in relief. "Ms.Malhotra ap bilkul bhi preshan nahi hoon..! Your little friend is perfectly alright..!"Doctor said to Manvi and placed Smurfy in his basket.

"I will take a leave have a safe journey..!"Doctor said and he left. Manvi was still in Nandini's lap and Nandini was sitting on a chair. Fab5 knelt in front of Manvi and she made a sad face.

"So..! Farmhouse nahi jana?"Dhruv asked holding her one hand.

"Chacho..! Smurfy..!"She said sadly.

"Aray..! Doctor only said na kay he will be ok..!"Alya said.

"Manvi dar gai hai..! Kay kahen chacho say race main haar na jye..!That's why she don't wanna come..!"Cabir mocked to divert her attention and Manvi gave him a glare. Cabir had a mission-successful look on his face.

"Race?"MaNan asked confusingly.

"Yeah..! Manvi only challenged me that she can run faster than me..! But now she is afraid that she will lose only..!"Cabir teased Manvi and all suppressed their smiles.

"No..! I will not lose..!"Manvi shouted angrily.

"You will princess..!"Cabir again mocked.

"Papa...!"Manvi complained to Manik and Manik showed eyes to Cabir.

"Come here..!"Manik picked up Manvi and all to got up. "My princess will never lose..! And she is coming with us..! And smurfy too..! Right baby? Aj hum Cabir Chacho ko harayen gay..!"Manik said winking at Manvi and for the first time she smiled.

"Exactly..! Main aur Manvi aik team main..!"Mukti added and they both hi-fived.

"Chalo theek hai..! Mama ab ap jaldi say hmari princess ko ready kar dain so that we can leave..!"Manik said kissing Manvi's cheek and Nandini smiled.

"Yes..! Aj Manvi apni favorite new dress pehny ge..! Chalo chalo..! Let's have a quick bath..!"Nandini said with all her motherly love and she entered in to bathroom with Manvi.

Chapter 20 C

All the boys dumped the luggage in Car. While the girls were busy in talking with Mr and Mrs.Malhotra. All were waiting for Manvi and Nandini. Manik look at his wrist watch it was already 10 am. He impatiently waited for his ladies to come and join them. Suddenly two tiny arms hugged his knees and he smiled. His princess was here. He look down and Manvi was showing him her teeth. She was looking extra cute in her creamy shorts ,pink top, matching shoes and open hair with a matching hat. Manik immediately picked her up and kissed her cheeks.

"You are looking so cute..!"Manik complimented her and she thanked him with a kiss. Then he saw Nandini coming. She too was wearing creamy legging and pink top just as Manvi.

"Wow..! Mama beti matching matching..!"Mukti exclaimed and all laughed.Nandini came close to Manik and he took her in a side hug.

"You are my angel..!"Manik whispered in her ear and she smiled.Moreover Nandini had Smurfy's basket in her hands. Manvi look inside the basket and he was now opening his eyes lazily.

"Papa..! Mama..! Smurfy eyes open kal(kar) laha(raha) hai..!"She exclaimed and all sighed in relief at least he opened his eyes.

"Chalo everyone..! We are getting late..!"Manik announced and all sat in the Land Cruiser. Manik was on driving seat with Nandini and Manvi beside him. Then at back seat was Mr.and Mrs.Malhotra with Mukti and then at the last seat was reserved by Cabir and DhruLya.

"GrandPa..!"Suddenly Manvi called Mr.Malhotra.

"Ji GrandPa ki jaan..!"Mr.Malhotra asked lovingly and all became attentive towards Manvi and Mr.Malhotra.

"Wo falmhouse(farmhouse) ap nay Papa kay liye banaya tha..!"Manvi asked looking at Mr.Malhotra and he smiled.

"Bilkul..!" Mr.Malhotra nodded his head.

"Papa tou bohat naughty hoon gay na?"Here comes the blast question and Manik's face went pale. Nandini winked at him and he gave her a pleading look. Because he knew that his Dad will not do any "leehaz".

"Aray very naughty..!"This time Nayonika said and Manik was shocked.

"Not you too Mom..!"Manik made a baby face and all burst out in laughter.

"Sachi..! Wow..! Kuch btayen na..!"Manvi exclaimed excitedly..

"Actually ya jo tmhry Papa kay dost hain na..! Ya sab mil kar shararat karty thy..!"Mr.Malhotra started and fab4 who were laughing on Manik's "pool khool" instantly plamed their faces.

"Sab?"Manvi asked with wide eyes.

"Yup..! Nayonika you remember na..! In logon nay Mrs.Susen ki cat kay sath kya kiya tha..!"Mr.Malhotra said sadly looking at Nayonika and she nodded. While Fab5 wanted to hide somewhere Nandini was laughing like anything.

"Yeah..! You know Manvi in sab nay us bechari cat ko paint box main phaink diya tha..! Red color main..!"Nayonika said shaking her head in dismay and Manvi's jaws dropped open.

"Hawww...! Vely(very) bad..!"Manvi said with a bad face looking at Manik.

"Ok enough of our talk..! Change the topic..!"Manik said in an annoyed tone.

"Ok..! Mama Papa..! Ap log filst(first) time kesy milay thy?"Again come a blast and Nandini frowned looking at Manik as she remembered that Manik had popped eggs on her in their first meeting when she tried to take a stand for Navya.

"Huhhh..! Tmhry Papa aur un kay gang nay mjy eggs mary thy..! When I stood for Navya..!"Nandini said slapping Manik's shoulder to which he made a bad face,all laughed and Manvi's jaws again dropped.

"Who is Navya..?"Manvi asked looking at Nandini. And Nandini remembered that she never tell Manvi about Navya and Abeer. But before Nandini speak..

"Navya is my wife Manvi..!"Cabir said smilingly and all look at him with proud.

"Wow..! Aik aul chachi..!"Manvi exclaimed.

"And yeah Manvi..! You have a big brother too..! My son Abeer..!"Cabir told Manvi and her eyes widen with happiness..!

"Bhaiya..! Wow..! Where are they?"Manvi asked excitedly as she wanted to meet her new found brother as early as possible.

"Wo..! Abeer ki granny ki tabiyat bht khrb hai..! So your chachi and Abeer un ko visit karny gye hain..! They will be back soon..!"Cabir explained and everyone in the Car was feeling proud for their friend how much wholeheartedly he had accepted Abeer and Navya.

"Wow...!"Manvi clapped her hands happily and all became happy to see her smiling. Then they all talked and laughed on different topics. The drive was very long. Manvi jumped on the back seat and dozed off in Nayonika and Mr.Malhotra's lap. Fab4 also dozed off just MaNan were awake as Manik was driving and Nandini was giving him company.

"Thank you for everything Nandini..!"Suddenly Manik whispered and Nandini placed her head on his shoulder.

"Thank you tou mjhy tmhra krna chye Mani..! Aj jo sab kuch hai wo tmhri he waja say hai..!"Nandini whispered lovingly. Manik tilted his head a little and kissed Nandini's forehead.

"The reason of our happiness is Manvi..! Us ki efforts ki waja say aj hum sab sath hain..! Aur Manvi ko is dunya main lany ka soul reason he tum ho..!"Manik said smilingly and Nandini too smiled.

"Mani..! Main soch rahi the kay Manvi kal hamari thori si ignorance bardasht nahi kar pie how will she able to understand siblings love..! How will she be able to share us with her new sibling..! I don't think we should have a second baby..!"Nandini said worriedly and Manik smiled.

"Nandini..! Manvi will understand..! She is so understanding daughter..! You know yesterday how I make her realize everything..!"Manik said softly and then he narrated the whole manofy session. After that Nandini smiled. "Aur jahan tak baat hai second baby ki tou it's your Aiyappa's will..! Is main na tum kuch kar skti ho na main..! Jab tmhry aiyappa chahen gay aur un ko lagy ga kay hum second baby deserve karty hain he will award us..! Sooner or later..! Let it be naturally..!"Manik said smilingly and Nandini was so much relaxed. HER man was the best of whole world..! Suddenly Manvi started crying and Nandini became worried. All woke up with a jerk. Manik stopped the car and Nandini picked up Manvi in her lap.

"Shhh...! Kya ho gya mera baby??"Nandini said patting her back.

"Mama..! Mama..!"Manvi was scared in her dream.

"Bus bus..! Mama yahen hain..! Apni baby kay pass..!"Nandini shushed her and got down of the Car.

"Mama..!"Manvi was constantly murmuring for her and sleepily rubbed her eyes.

"Ji ji..! Bolo na..! Acha wo dekho..! Sparrow ja ri..! Look at the sky..!"Nandini said smilingly and diverted her attention towards the sky and Manvi smiled. "Bye bolo sparrow ko..!"Nandini said holding her hand.

"Bye spallow(sparrow)..!"Manvi exclaimed and waved to the sparrow. Everyone was looking at Nandini and Manvi with awe expressions from the Car.

"Such a pure relation..! Kaisy Nandini ki goad me jaty he Manvi chup ho gai..!"Mukti said softly and all smiled. Now Nandini was twirling around with Manvi and Manvi was laughing loudly.

"Yup Mukti..! Only Mother has the magic to make her kid laugh within seconds..!"Nayonika said smilingly and all smiled. Manik was adoring his loves he too got down off the Car and walked towards Manvi and Nandini.

"Kya ho gya soty soty ro para Papa ka baby?"Manik asked lovingly caressing her long hair.

"Kuch nahi..! Hum soty soty khwab main dar jaty hain..!"Nandini said smilingly pulling Manvi's cheeks.

"Ohh..! Chalo koi baat nahi..! Mama Papa hain na..! Tou darny ki koi baat he ni..!"Manik said lovingly and Manvi too smiled."Shall we continue with our journey..!"Manik asked Nandini and she nodded.

Chapter 20 D

"Papa...! Hum kab pohanchain gay?"Manvi asked this question nth time.

"We will be there soon..!"Manik replied in the same polite tone nth time. Talking,laughing and chatting with each other finally they reached THE FARMHOUSE.

They all get down of the car.

"It's so big..!"Manvi exclaimed.

"So race lagao ge..!"Cabir asked Manvi and she nodded excitedly. Mukti,Cabir, Manvi and Dhruv stood in a line, all set for race.

"Ready..!"Alya shouted. All four nodded while Mr and Mrs.Malhotra smiled. MaNan too were standing hand in hand. "Three..! Two..! One..! Go..!"Alya shouted.

"Careful Manvi..!"Nandini too shouted Here you go..! All four started running. Mr and Mrs.Malhotra followed them but Manik didn't moved an inch. He was just staring at the farmhouse.

"Are you ok?"Nandini asked cupping his cheeks and he smiled.

"Memories..! You know Nandini..! It's the best and peaceful place in this whole world..! Mery childhood ki only aur best memory hai ya Farmhouse..!"Manik said softly and Nandini placed her head on his chest.

"Tum nay mj say kbhi q share nahi kiya?"Nandini asked playing with his shirt button.

"Because ya memories horrible ho gai the..! Mom aur Dad ki fights..! Sab..!"Manik became sad.

"Hy..! Mani..! Don't be sad..! See ab sab theek hai..! We will make good memories once again..! Hum sab..!"Nandini said pecking his cheek and he smiled.

"Tum ho na..! Jab tak tum ho meri life me kuch galat ho he ni skta..!"Manik said smilingly and pecked her forehead.

"Papa..! Mama..!"They heard Manvi's shout it was clear from her voice that she was being teased and irritated on something.

"Cabir..!"Manik gritted his teeth and Nandini laughed. Then they both walked inside.

"You cheated..! Chacho..!"Manvi once again shouted they all were sitting in the living room which was superbly beautiful cozy and comfortable.

Manvi was about to pounce upon Cabir when suddenly Manik came running and held Manvi from her waist with that he picked her up. "Papa..! Leave..! I will not spale(spare) chacho..!"Manvi shouted angrily while other were laughing holding their stomachs.

"Ohhooo..! Papa ki jungli billi..! Kuch tou btaoa hua kya?"Manik asked holding her both tiny hands in his one strong hand.

"Main btata hoon..!"Cabir exclaimed and Manvi hide her face in Manik's blazer Nandini too came and stood beside Manik.

"Cabir..! Stop teasing my baby..!"Nandini said taking off Manvi's shoes and her baby feet were a little swollen now. While Manik was held Manvi close.

"Aray baba..! I am not teasing..! Main jeeta hoon race that's it..!"Cabir said laughingly.

"No..! You cheated..! Main jeet lahi(rahi) the and suddenly you said "Cockloach"(cockroach) aul(aur) main dal(dar) gai..!"Manvi said making an angry pout and Manik frowned.

"That's not fair Cabir..!"Manik said shaking his head and Cabir scratched his head in guilty.

"Ok..! Baby doll..! Chacho sorry hain..!"Cabir said holding his ear.Nandini look at Manik asking him to forgive Cabir or not,Manik nodded his head and Manvi smiled.

"It's ok Chacho..!" Manvi said smilingly.

"Good..! Waisy jeeta main he hoon..!"Cabir said shrugging his shoulders.

"Papa...!"Manvi again shouted.

"Cabir..!"Manik showed him eyes and he laughed.

"Ok ok..! Abhi final wala sorry..!"Cabir said patting her cheeks.

"Bachoon..! Dinner is ready..!"Nayonika came from kitchen. Then they all sat on the dining table to have their Dinner.
