This is something I wrote for Parth on his birthday.
I cannot express my love for him in a better way.
I have been following you since #BFF days. The reason BFF captured my attention was the charming, lovable Prithvi. Then started liking #SanVi but l'il did we know that Prithvi will leave mid way. Obviously left watching the show post your exit. Months later saw you in #YehHaiAashiqui and was really happy to see you. Again months later came across promos of #KY2 and knew I will follow the show solely coz of my love for you. The soft, sweet Prithvi turned hot, stylish and monster Manik. At first I could not believe this transition. Took me a few episodes to get over Prithvi's sweet side and fall for Manik's monster side. The transition has just been fab. Never imagined then there could even be this side of yours. But then this is what is called acting. Surprising and charming your viewers with each character of yours. Coming to Manik...It is hard not to fall for Manik. The good, the bad, the monster, the human, the strong, the vulnerable, the protective, caring and the best 'majnu Manik'..be it any side of him we just love it all. You are doing super awesome as Manik. I know you are being told this almost every day but trust me you are that fantastic as Manik. Sparks flew when hot headed Manik met serene, strong Nandini. Meant to collide they have had a journey which was a roller coaster ride. Ice to his fire, sanity to his insanity, aggression to his passion, calm to his storm, reaction to his every action, solution to his problem, heartbeat to his heart..Nandini! They fought until they fell in love. That's MaNan! The beauty of KY2!! There is so much more to MaNan than just meet the eyes. They are deep, mature and different. I don't know why only the intimate scenes are only spoken about always..I for one surely love MaNan for their depth. They are a classic mix of old and new. Where passion meets purity, aggression meets innocence, stars meet fireflies, beauty meets serenity, and love meets ishq wala love. This is tale of MaNan. The best one to have happened to TV in 2014. Love you for being Manik and #PaNi for being MaNan. Another highlight of KY2 for me is ManBir. Definitely a bigger ManBir shipper than MaNan. The best bros in telly..you and Ayaz are #DesiTedBarney for me. Your bromance is so much fun to watch. Here's hoping 2015 brings many more achievements for you all. KY2 keeps ruling our hearts and TRP charts. You be shining even brighter in this New Year. Keep growing and be this wonderful always.P.S. I'll come back again after reading your post. And yes our friendship is the best thing I take away with me from this forum. Feelings are mutual 🤗
Life does come a full circle today.
Stars shined brighter for them, fireflies glowed like a thousand charms celebrating their love.
A love like 'theirs' made us believe in love at first place when in our generation and today's time love is loosing its true meaning.
They made us believe in hamesha, stars, fireflies, true love..every theory they spoke we believed.
We believed their entire being.
So much so when things are falling apart today, it hurts.
I wish for once they came and said 'it hurts to hurt you'..
I wish!!!!
Its nothing but the fault in our stars that we met, we fell madly in love only to end up like this.
You slayed our hearts, conquered our minds, became a part of our lives to break our hearts like this.
My emotions are all over the place at this moment and it is you who are to be blamed.
We did not deserve this.
Definitely not!!!!
This is why I hate getting attached to a show coz it all ends up in a mess like this.
In a fight between them, for what, which we will never come to know, it is us who get grind.
Having said that, we are still thankful to the makers for giving us MaNan.
I choose to erase blunders of past few weeks and what is happening now.
I am content with the epic and awesome journey MaNan had.
They truly lived a lifetime in their journey of 13 months.
And to be honest 'iss pyaar ko hai sadiyaan kafi nahi'.
They were 18/19s and they lived love of a lifetime.
It was one fulfilling journey of finding and completing one another.
MaNan will slay forever.
They were so real yet so unreal.
They were old wine in a new bottle.
A perfect mix of old and new.
Pure, true old world love packaged with new age issues made MaNan extra ordinary.
Their love will live forever!!!!!

For all the good you did..thank you MTV, BBC, Richa, Watwanis, Shashank, Rajeev, Vikas, Parth, Niti and everybody associated with KY2 for giving us KY2.
Season 1 will rule our hearts forever.
Hope season 2 was equally magical.
Alas all good things come to an end.
So did our journey today.
