Thanks for citing these examples and disabusing me of my notion that it is mainly the male leads who quit.

With regards to Parth...I have no problem with him pursuing his dreams... no one should be restrained from it...but then I really do not get the whole let us put him on a pedestal and condone all his actions because he is pursuing his dreams and is unhappy. Fact is the show suffered and it is because of Parth to a large extent. I am happy that he quit cause this will end the will he won't he drama.

Honestly, people actually think that the show suffered because of Parth... Seriously, I cannot believe this. Just to let you guys know that this guy has been wanting to quit since March, the only reason he has stayed back until now was all because of his fans request. He did his BEST as Manik and gave his all despite the fact that he lost interest in the show... He never gave up. Do you know why because of his fans. This is what you call dedication. And now that he decided to move on I think instead of bashing him, I think we should respect his decision and wish him all the best for his future projects.

Yes we are grateful to him for his dedication, for him putting in his 100% and working even despite his illness but please do not make him sound like a paragon. He was just doing his job and yes job well done. It is his career, if he feels that he has better opportunities and the show is a dead end then so be it.

But please do not and I repeat do not just lay all the blame on the PH and the Cvs, he obviously must have kept them dangling till the last moment which resulted in the constant re-writes, shoddy editing and track changes... how else do you explain the thursday ending of the show differing from that on monday where manik is shown in the car rather than out of it..

Do you think the editors are so brainless so as to make such a drastic change in what they were airing for no reason??????

Richa Yamini was the only thing holding Parth back to this show, the moment she called quits he had no reason to stick around as well. And like sam said above, the PH and CVs knew that Parth wasn't going to stick around, his role as Manik was exhausted to a point already and even knowing so MTV and BBC played their mind tricks and instead wasted time on things like talent hunt and people like aryamaan when they could have spent time bringing the whole journey to a closure.

If you want to blame someone, I suggest you look some place else.

You know love...I get that you care a lot about parth and are entitled to your opinion but I have not once either personally attacked you or Parth...not one single abuse but you on the other hand are referring to every one here as hate filled lynch mob and judgmental and what not.

Just because someone does not share an opinion with yours does not give you any right to personally attack them...Maybe you should live and let live after all.
