If the contracts were signed, people would have continued😆, usually contracts are for the 1st 6 months and post 6 months I think it's not valid(Not a legal expert) If its S2, new contracts would have to be signed, u cannot continue on old contracts. And even if it was taken for granted, wouldnt you get the contracts signed before the telecast of the last episode and before announcing S2?😆

Makes perfect sense Adhi. Auto renewal or otherwise of existing contracts go by the renewal clause (Have never seen contracts other than the standard ones like the Customers's MSAs and supplier's contracts)

A new Season has to go by a new contract in all sense.

But these days with the other senseless things happening around KY2, commonsense has taken a back seat. Atleast I can say that for me 😳

Yaa It is not Valid.. Every Ph or anyother has their own Proposed time, A contract period.. According to which they work.. Mostly it is of 6 months.

If parth not there then definitely announcement will bring raze in fan they won't come out openly till they show few episodes of season2

The problem is mainly due to the articles circulating around stating their sources. Its not clear if the sources are actually people who have connections from the sets or if the sources are

1. Channel's announcement tht it is a Season 2 where as there is actually no break in the airing schedule.

2. Actors's posts on SNS about the show or not related about the show (The girls of the KYY tweeted about Season 2 where as the guys in the main role dont mention it)

3. Availability of the actors for interview by the media (As of now only the bad guy Harshad gave an interview to the media)

4 . Confirmation of the shooting by the another bad guy who turned good (Our good old Aryamann)

With all these "Sources" of information, our media houses give out a confirmed article. After all even these are sources. So what if they are sources of information and not exactly people.

exactly they done it on purpose so they look victim and many people will blame parth and watch it just because parth been mean to them.

mtv is the only channel I come across who is this unorganised with as many bloopers in one episode as other probably have in full season.

Adhi 🤗... Awesome post ... Thanks for making this for now I can vent 😆

I wont be adding in much insight into the legal aspect to the whole fiasco... rather taking a detour and seeing what might have happened behind the scenes.

This is entirely my take on it in a funny way (if what I write below does come anywhere near "funny".. cause its the quite opposite of what I feel right now 😕)

Well here are my two cents...

All these untoward things happened because...They were busy!!!!!!...
In what??? Well lets see..

Firstly:

They were out of ideas, stories and much importantly..Paper...
So they resorted to the below.
They wrote the script of the last few episodes on toilet paper !!!
(pardon me for the language for I needed it to be disgusting... just the way the last few episodes left me feeling.)

Secondly:

They were busy shredding the previously written meaningful scripts so as to erase any traces of what the show was meant to be.

Thirdly:

They were busy plotting when they realised that they have actually shred the contract...
so they take up the blame strategy.

Well I guess we cant "BLAME" them for they forgot that it was all about
"thinking out of the box" rather than "getting in the box"

To Cut the long story short...
They are out of scripts
They are out of excuses
They are out of contracts
But most importantly...
They are out of toilet paper in the first place!!!

.

And now I realise I am out of my mind !!!! I'm heading to my shrink for a therapy.

And to equally out of mind and not so out of mind friends of mine here...
