The Ending. Thoughts and Ideas.

ANYWAY. What's this about the show wrapping up? Are you guys sure? I feel like there's a lot still left to explore. Like Harshad VS Manik - the actual story behind it. The reason for Nyonika-Manik relationship, the ATTACKS storyline. Like everything needs to be nicely tied up.

I don't mind Aryaman's storyline because it makes sense. I like how he's so confused over Soha's reality and how Harshad (or whoever behind it) is feeding him the wrong truth. And I like how once he finds out the truth, the truth of Nyonika's manipulation will be out. This woman has been manipulating behind the scenes for far too long and needs to be out in the open. I feel like Manik is tolerating her for God knows what, especially if he knows about Harshad-Nyo's secret.

And to be honest, I don't mind if they keep Daddy Malhotra faceless till the end; I quite like the idea of Manik having this trust and belief in this incognito father figure. And I find it SO ironic that Nyonika is scared of this man whose face we haven't even seen. It's sort of like a poetic justice? Nyonika stays behind the scenes, puts blames onto others, does what she wants for her own gains and no one finds out and then there's Daddy M who she is so hesitant about. Poetic justice for sure.

Cabir/Navya. I really have been liking these two lately. Not as a romantic sense (god no!), but I like the little world they've made with each other, even if it was kind of forced. I like how he's gay, she's a pregnant student, and they don't fit into society's norms. But together, they make this world where they're equal. Both help each other. I do like how Navya has matured. She's still the spunky, somewhat annoying black and white Madhubala, but maybe not so black and white anymore. I love how they're thinking about putting the baby up for adoption, and that's such a realistic idea. Navya has her whole life in front of her, and to be honest, right now, would she be able to give a great life to her child? I don't think so. She's doing a great thing in allowing her child to have a better life.

PS. I quite like seeing how her baby bump is growing lol.

Harshad/Mukti. I'm so confused on these two. I don't even know what their plannings are, and it makes their scenes look too dumb (although like I mentioned in the DT, I like how these characters are looking. Love Harshad's clothes and Mukti/Charlie is looking good these days). I sort of don't know what I see in their future. Mukti, doesn't care about Harshad any more ( I think??) because Abhi taught her that, but I'm not sure about Harshad. He doesn't even remember that Navya is pregnant with his child (lol), and I feel he's too on one track (to break up Fab 5) to even realise what he's doing. If the show wraps up, I want him to go away and think about what he's done. I don't want him to have a complete turn around and become 'good' because life doesn't work like that.

Alya/Dhruv. I defo don't see a future for them and I don't want them together. They were both rebounding off people even if they don't admit it. I just want them to work on being friends again.

MaNan. My love for these two have been growing and growing. I love the respect, the trust and love they have for each other. She trust him, and he is waiting until she feels ready. I love how even as the show is entering it's 240+ episode, their relationship never fizzled out. They're the same MaNan as they were in the start.

I think I've written a lot already but I'll just tie it up. I don't mind if the show is ending because a great closure and a great tribute to the show will only make the show amazing. I hate shows that get dragged for episodes and episodes, and whilst this show had the same thing, once the loop holes are closed nicely and we're given a logical and substantial ending, I don't think I'll mind it.

There are a few things I want to see though;

Dhruv and Alya patching up their FRIENDSHIP.

Even if MaNan have sex, I want to see a foreshadowing or something that they'll only get stronger.

Navya giving her baby up for adoption.

Cabir moving on from Raghav, maybe a little scene where he thinks about meeting someone (without it being a joke)

Harshad's redemption. It doesn't have to be full on, or even on screen. Just a little scene where he realises that he's been bad.

Nyonika's truth out. Either her trying to patch up with Manik or her going away. I don't care.

Mukti finally free from Harshad. She's not so emo and doesn't have to rely on pity sex.

Alya getting through with her eating disorder.

FINALLY. I want a scene where they all get together and sing or something. My two favourite whole group scenes are the first one where they sing in the forest and the second one where Navya and Fab 5 decide to sleep in Nandini's house after her Pandit kidnap thing. I just loved those scenes. I want one final scene like that.

ALSO. I know this is a bit of a stretch but I want MaNan to sit under the stars (just like the drunk episode where she talks about hate for stars and love for fireflies) and talk about the future. I want them to talk about their dreams; their aspirations and what they see for themselves in the future. The show doesn't have to actually show what happens but it'd be nice for MaNan to reminince and imagine a future together.

And then that's how I want the show to end.

MaNan under the stars and fireflies, just like how it should be.
