Chapter 9 A

Nandini was the first to woke up next morning. The sight in front of her eyes was so adorable. Manvi was sleeping clinging to Manik and Manik's one arm was wrapped around her. And the his other was under Nandini's head. She without disturbing their sleep sneaked out of the bed. After getting fresh she choose a red shirt,blue blazer with white pants for Manik and came out of the room to iron his clothes. She ironed the clothes but accidently a button broke.

"Aiyyoo..!! Now I have to stitch it..!!"She found the matching thread and needle. She sat on the couch to sew the button. She was busy in sewing the button when suddenly Manik came and laid down in her lap. Nandini gasped on his sudden act.

"Mani..!! You scared me..!!"Nandini scolded him. But Manik being gave a damn to her scolding. He wrapped his arms around her waist and nuzzled his face in her stomach. Nandini was done with sewing so she kept her things on the table and ruffled Manik's anger.

"Kya hua mery baby monster ko?"Nandini asked lovingly pulling his cheeks.

"Nandini..!! I think I am not a good father..!!"He whispered sadly.

"Mani..!! Aisa ni hai..!! You are a very good father..!! It's just you are new to all this na islye tmhy aisa lag raha hai..!! Why are you so sad..!!"Nandini explained him and run her fingers in his hair.

"You know..!! Yesterday I forgot to pick up Manvi on time..!! And she cried because of me..!! Then again I hurt you and Manvi again cried..!!"Manik was still in guilt.

"Mani..!! Bus..!! You will not think about yesterday's matter..!! Jo hona tha ho gya..!! And as far as I think you are a very good Papa..!! Manvi loves you so much..!!"Nandini said lovingly and Manik smiledhe slowly got up and pull her closer.

He took her lips for a real good morning kiss to which she readily gave in.

"I love you so much..!!"He muttered between the kiss and she just smiled between the kiss. Manik pinned her in the couch and started feasting her. He can't get enough of her. Nandini just fisted her hands in his hair and let him what he wanted to. Manik wanted to tore her top. He was about to do it when Nandini held his hands.

"Wrong timing Mr.Malhotra..!!"She said and chuckled. "Manvi kay jagny ka time hony wala hai...!! So we will continue with this later..!!"Nandini said poking his nose and he pouted sadly. She pecked his baby pout and pushed him away. He sat beside her and pull her in a side hug.

"Acha Mrs.Malhotra..!! Aj sham ki flight say we all are going to Mumbai..!! So packing kar lo..!!"Manik said in a low tone and Nandini shivered on hearing MUMBAI.

"Mani..!! Mum..!! Mumbai..!!"Nandini fumbled.

"Relax Nandu..!! You are not alone I am with you..!! It's pay back time for Nayonika..!!"Manik said in an assuring tone.

"Mani..!! Manvi ko kuch nahi ho ga na? Promise me you will protect her..!!"Nandini was very much insecure.

"I promise..!! Nayonika is responsible for all this mess na..!! She will pay..!!"Manik said in hatred tone.

"Mani..!! Itne sari packing main kesy karoon ge..!! Today you know na I have to go to college..!!"Suddenly Nandini realized.

"Nandini..!! Just pack the most necessary stuff of yours and Manvi..!! And yeah Manvi kay sary toys zaroor pack kar laina..!! Aik bhi toy miss nahi hona chye..!! After sometime my driver will come and he will collect all her toys..!! Hamary Mumbai pohanchny say pehly I want Manvi's room all settled..!! Aur haan Manvi ko mat btana..!! About her room decor..!! I want to see her adorable reaction when she will see her room decorated with pikachu..!! Haaah..!! She is love Nandini..!! She is my love..!!"Manik said all in one row and Nandini was just looking at him how much he was doing to for Manvi just to gain her trust..!! She just hugged him tightly.

"Thank you Mani..!! For completing US..!!"Nandini said lovingly and Manik smiled.

"Manvi..!! I have a good news for you..!!"Manik said to Manvi on the breakfast table. And her eyes lit up on hearing A GOOD NEWS. As usual she was in Manik's lap and Nandini was feeding her breakfast.

"What good newszz Papa..!!"Manvi exclaimed and to add more intensity in her emotions she encircled her arms around Manik's neck. Manik very well knew her buttering gestures. He smirked and held her closer to him.

"Good news is..!! We are going home today..!!"Manik told her smilingly and she have him a confused look.

"But..!! This is oul(our) home na..!!" She asked confusely sucking her thumb pouting her lips.

"Yes this tou definitely our home..!! But Papa lives in Mumbai..!! Wahan Manvi ka aik aur ghar hai..!! And you know there is a big big garden..!! You can play there..!! Moreover there is a swimming pool..!! I will teach you how to swim..!!"Manik explained her the consequences of her new house.

"Mela ghal?(Mera ghar)..!!"Manvi asked pointing her finger towards herself and Manik nodded.

"Tou mera baby chaly ga na Papa kay sth?"Manik asked in an hopeful tone.She look at her Mama for approval to which Nandini nodded.

"Ok..!! I will come..!! But Papa Mama bhi jayen de(gi) na hmalay(hamary) sth?"Suddenly she asked.

"Yes baby..!! Mama..!! Papa aur Manvi..!!"Manik said happily and she smiled widely.

"And one more good news..!! It is that you are coming today on my concert..!!"Manik said in a serious tone and Manvi who was about to put a cookie in her mouth her eyes popped out in happiness.

"Sachi Papa?"She shouted.

"Muchi Papa ki jaan..!!"Manik said kissing her cheek and Manvi's happiness had no boundaries. But suddenly she look at Manik suspiciously who was now busy in reading the newspaper. When Manik felt Manvi's gaze on him he look at her and raised his eyebrow. Nandini was washing the breakfast dishes now.

"Aik baat tou btayen..!!"Detective Manvi was on his work now. Manik look at her confused and gestured her to continue. "Kal tou you wele(were) denying to take me to the concelt(concert)..!! What made you change youl(your) mind? Hmm?"Manvi asked crossing her arms on her chest and Manik was dumbfound on her intelligence. He smiled and look at Nandini who was witnessing this Papa baby convo.

"Because..!! Today your Mama will also there..!! She will take care of you..!!"Manik explained his point and Manvi nodded but still least satisfied by his explanation. Manik was about to get up when Manvi again look at him with a buttering smile and Manik understood that again she has something which she wanted Manik to accept.

"G? What is your next wish Princess..!!"Manik said obediently and Manvi clapped her hands excitedly.

"I have a condition..!! If you will accept that na then I will only come with you..!!"She said acting all intelligent and MaNan look at each other all confused.

"Mano..!! What condition?" This time Nandini asked.

"Condition is..!! I will stay with Papa on the stage all the time duling(during) the concelt(concert)..!!"Manvi said and MaNan sighed.

"Ok baba fine..!! Reh laina mery sth ab khush mera bacha?"Manik said smilingly.

"Velyyy(very) happpyyy..!! You know I love you so much Papa...!!"She exclaimed and jumped in Manik's lap. MaNan smiled seeing their daughter happy.

Chapter 9 B

"Papa kab ayen gay?"This was almost hundredth time Manvi asked this question to Nandini. Manik had dropped both of them in the college and he himself went to join Fab4 because he had to come with fab5. Nandini got busy in checking all the arrangements and Manvi was now getting bored. She started crying so Nandini picked her up in her arms. She was now decorating the fab5's performance stage and Manvi was resting her head on her shoulder. In last ten minutes Manvi asked hundredth time that when will her Papa came. Fab5's arrival time was of 10 am. It was 9:30 am now.

"Bus Mano..!! 30 minutes wait kar lo jaan..!!"Nandini said to Manvi and she sighed. Nandini was almost running here and there in hurry to complete all the arrangements. She wanted Manvi to sit somewhere but she didn't got off from her lap. So Nandini was actually running here and there with Manvi in her arms for arrangements. Now it was 9:55 am only five minutes were left for the arrival of fab5 all the students were gathered in the hall in front of the stage. Manvi was now totally fed up.

"Mama..!! I want to call Papa..!!"At last she said and without waiting Nandini's approval she took her cell phone from her jeans pocket and called Manik. Manik picked up the call on first ring.

"Hello?"Manvi heard her Papa's all time melodious voice.

"Hello Papa..!!"She said and Nandini sighed seeing her. "Aiyapaa..!! World kay sab say desperate Baap beti meray he hissay main any thy?"She thought helplessly.

"Kya hua Papa ki jaan ko? Mera bacha theek hai na?"Manik panicked hearing his loves voice.

"I am ok Papa..!! Ap kab aa lay(ray) ho? I am waiting fol(for) you..!!"She said almost crying and Manik became restless.

"I am just coming my darling..!! Rona nai..!!"Manik said and she just hummed. Nandini snatched the cell phone she was about to said something when she heard Manik's voice he was scolding Cabir.

"Salay..!! Tu thori aur taiz nahi chala skta..!! Meri beti ro hai hai..!! Jaldi chala..!!"Nandini heard Manik shouting she smiled.

"Mani..!! Jaldi aa jaoa and aa kar apny princess ko smbhalo..!! Mery bus say bahar hai tmhri beti..!!"Nandini teased Manik.

"Nandu..!! Tum suy ronay mat daina..!! I am coming..!!"Manik was still panicked and he cut the call. Nandini shook her head and look at Manvi with anger.

"How bad Manvi..!! You very well know that Papa pareshan ho jaty hain..!! Phr bhi ap nay call ki..!! Abhi dkho Papa kitny pareshan ho gye..!!"Nandini scolded her. She was on verge of crying and Nandini was about to scold her more when Yash came running.

"Prof.Nandini..!! Fab5 is here..!!"He said breathing heavily. "Principal Sir is calling you for their welcome..!!" As soon as Manvi heard about her Papa her mood lit up.

"Papa..!!"She shouted.She jumped off Nandini's lap and run towards the entrance.

"Manvi careful..!!"Nandini shouted and she too followed her. Yash followed both. Manvi was running crazily but to her bad luck her foot entangled with the floor carpet and she fell down she instantly started crying. Yash and Manvi saw her falling down. Nandini's heart sank seeing Manvi on the floor. Yash run to pick up Manvi when two hands stopped him to do so. He look at the person and sighed. He was no other than MANIK MALHOTRA.

Manik was standing on the entrance along with fab4 when he heard familiar shouts and cries. His heartbeat stopped as he immediately realized that his jaan was crying. He without waiting for anyone run inside. He saw Yash who was about to pick up Manvi he came and held his hands. He himself picked up Manvi.

"Aray aray kya ho gya mery brave baby ko?"Manik said lovingly wiping her tears and she was sniffing, Meanwhile Nandini too came and hugged MaNi. Manik wrapped his one arm around her too, "What happened to you both? Thori dare mery begair nahi reh skty haan?" Manik said smilingly. And they both shook their heads in a no.

"Papa..!!"Manvi again said sadly and burst out in tears again.

"Kya ho gya Papa ki jaan ko?"Manik was now worried and Nandini composed herself on seeing the whole of her teachers staff and fab4 with Mr.Kumar. Now it was time for revelation of Nandini's true identity. But Manik was unaware of all his surroundings. His biggest task of that time was now to console his little one. Whose each tear was more precious than diamonds.

"I missed you...!! I love you..!!"She said between her sobs and again clinged to Manik.

"Aww..!! Meri princess...!! I love you too..!! Chalo ab mera beta nai roye..!! Give a smile..!! And my kissi..!!"Manik said lovingly kissing her forehead. She smiled and kissed his cheek. Everyone was going awe on seeing the Papa duo bond. Nandini patted Manik's shoulder to make him realize about his surroundings. He saw a same question on each face except his friends and Yash. He nodded at Nandini and adjusted Manvi in his arms.

"Good Morning everyone..!! You all know me I am Manik Malhotra..!! A member of Fab5..!! You all looking so much shocked and confused so let me clear everything for you all..!! Nandini Malhotra..!! Is in real Nandini Manik Malhotra..!! She is my wife..!! Due to some reasons we were not able to contact each other for few years but that is totally our personal matter..!! I am Manvi's father..!! And she is my daughter..!! I hope this is enough for you all to clear your confusion..!! And yeah don't try to bug Nandini about our relation..!! Jis ko jo jan'na hai wo mj say baat kary ga..!! If any of you tried to bug Nandini I swear me bohat buri trha paish aoan ga..!!"Manik said all this in an ice cold tone and ended up with a warning few of the female teachers who were thinking to gossip about all this became scared.

All of them were shocked but MR.Kumar was the most happiest person of all. He walked towards MaNan and smiled.

"Manik..!! He is Mr.Kumar..!! I have told you na about him..!!"Nandini said to Manik and he smilingly nodded. He handed over Manvi to Nandini and bent down to touch Mr.Kumar's feet. Mr.Kumar happily gave him his blessings.

"Hello Sir..!! I actually wanted to thank you for all those years..!! Nandini told me how much responsibly you took care of my wife and daughter..!! Thank you so much Sir..!!"Manik was really very humbled and he folded his hands in front of him. The man in front of him was the guardian angel for his wife and daughter.

"No need to thank you beta..! Nandini is just like my own

daughter..!!"Mr.Kumar said affectionately and held Manik's hand. Manvi who was watching all this was least intrested in all this.

"Uffoo grandpa..!! Bush bhi kalain(karain)..!! Baad main Papa shay batain kal(kar) laina na..!! It's time for(for) concert..!!"Manvi said excitedly.

"Ohhh..!! Papa aye you grandpa ko bhool gai?"Mr.Kumar said with a faking sadness.

"Alay(aray)..!! No no..!! I love you grandpa..!!" She said and hopped in Mr.Kumar's arms. He happily engulfed her in a hug. "But yeah phl(phr) bhi I love my Papa and Mama mole(more) than anything in this whole wolld(world)..!!"She said innocently and MaNan smiled. Manik felt his heart filled with proud.

"Acha..!! What about us?"Manvi heard Cabir's voice and she look at fab4. She run towards them and hugged them all.

"App sab ko bhi I love you..!!"She exclaimed and smiled.

"Chalo chalo..!! It's time for concert..!!"Mr.Kumar said and all nodded. They all follow him. Yash was about to walk away when Manik put his hand on Yash's shoulder.

"Mr.Yash..!! Apni beti anr bevi ka khayal kaisy rkhna hai that I know very well..!! Stay away from my wife..!! It's Manik Malhotra's warning..!! Don't try to act smart..!"Manik threaten Yash and walk away. Yash shook his head in dismay.

"This man is crazy about his wife and daughter..!! God bless them all..!!"He thought.

"I will miss everything..!!"Nandini said sobbing hard and Manik was shushing her. As they were sitting in plane which was ready to take off. Concert proved as a cracker once again. As promised Manvi attended the whole concert with Manik on the stage, dancing,jumping and clapping with him and fab4 crazily. After saying a last goodbye to all staff Nandini came with Manik. She was getting so emotional. She specially went to meet Mrs.Kumar along with Manik and Manvi. Manik thaked Mrs.Kumar too for everything. Then she last time went to her house. And she was constantly crying and Manik was just consoling her. She was resting her head on his chest and Manik was rubbing her back.

But on the other hand Manvi was very happy. She was continuously bugging fab4. And now she was sitting in Cabir's lap and was engrossed in playing angry birds. Actually Manvi came to Cabir as he was busy in his cell phone. She peeped on his phone and Cabir look at her. Mukti who was sitting with Cabir smiled. As she immediately realized what was Manvi upto.

"You need anything baby doll?"Cabir asked with a concern.

"Wo Chacho..!! Ap kay cell main game hai?"She asked ever so innocently and Cabir went all awe on her cuteness.

"Of course hai..!! You want to play?"Cabir asked and she instantly bobbed her head. Cabir picked her up and made her sit in his lap. And from last 20 minutes she was busy in playing angry birds and was making cute faces her tongue protruded out from the corner of her lips in excitement. Mukti and Cabir were crazily kissing her in spite of objections that they were distracting her.

"Chacho..!! Maushi..!! Because of your kissies wo last wala hit reh gya..!!"She said angrily and they both again kissed her. Soon she was done with playing and was feeling sleepy. "Bush..! Papa Mama pass jana hai..!!"She said putting Cabir's cell in his pocket and got down off his lap. She walked back to MaNan. Nandini was much relaxed now. Manvi came to them.

"Aray..!! Aa gya mera baby..!!"Manik smiled seeing her. She extended her arms to pick her up. Manik happily took her in his embrace.

"Kya hua Mama ki jano ko?" Nandini asked adjusting her hair.

"Neno aa li hai..!!(I am feeling sleepy)..!!"She said in a low voice and hide herself in Manik's blazer to sleep. Manik kept patting her back and she fell asleep. MaNan kept talking to each other in low voice. Soon they reached Mumbai airport. Time to go home..!! Malhotra Mansion..!!
