Chapter 25

On the lake side

Manik comes to d place as its quite peace everywhere slow moving water it's amazing to watch it. It makes ur mind still for sometime...making u forget all your worries just...silence...u can hear wind blowing touching water moving slowly even a mere touch of water to any stone in d water could be heard.

He had closed his eyes felling d slow cold breeze touching his charming face...he was lyk that from past 10 min...when he felt a tap on his shoulder. He looked up to the owner of hand to find his best friend cum brother

Cabir sat next to him his hand still on his shoulder he asked him r u ohk..??

Manik just nodded a little which didn't gave a bit of assurance to cabir

Cabir moved close nd putting his hand across his shoulder said uh know na i...i mean we r always there with u no matter what's the situation

Manik returned his gesture with a small but true smile cabir side hugged him...it wasn't the first tym he was feeling blessed to have such an amazing friend who no matter what but stood beside him from d very next moment they became friend...with that d felling just increased...d bond became more n more stronger.

Again after settling down cabir even though having some glimpse of what's going on in his mind wanted him to share to take it out it'll make him feel better

CABIR: so what's going on in ur mind...I know ur not regretting anything it's just d situation is lyk that but uh need to say it what ur thinking it'll help u out...

MANIK: breaking d silence said yr cabir uh know me well i do what i feel is correct...don't take any step under any influence... i do what my mind say but this tym it...it was my heart nd i don't know but my mind too supported to some extent...my heart overpowered my mind...m not thinking about future or any thing but it'll take some time

There was silence no one spoke but then he continued uh know cabir mjh kch bh ni pta tha when i first met her very first day we came to pune in d hospital it was just a small encounter which we had...nd see today she's gonna b a part of my lyf i won't b alone i'll have someone else responsibility too...to protect her...take care of her...fulfilling all her wishes...keep her happy. I don't know if i'll b able to fulfill it...he stopped nd closed his eyes

Cabir patted his back nd said bro...i know u will do it...its just u weren't prepared for all this but that whats destiny is all about...its always unexpected things happen in your lyf...nd there is saying na jo hota h ache k ly hota h so uh need to just relax m sure isme bh kch acha hga...we need to go with flow nd as i said we r always there by your side no matter what u r not alone nd what's ur responsibility its ours too...Jo tra zindgi ka hissa h woh hmra bh hai...Manik had tears in his eyes listening to his words nd a small smile too he was overwhelmed with his words nd was feeling too blessed to have them in his lyf...cabir continued i know abi sabhi yha nh...sab itna jldi hua they need sometime but m sure they will accept it...So tu ab kch mat soch jo hona h woh hga neither u nor i can stop it...it will happen no matter what...So jiske bare m hme koi andaza nh uske bare m sochke kya fayda he smiled nd manik too broadly smiled hugging him...Today it was lyk its not cabir but some another person for manik as he was always a prankster cool dude nd now he's calming him talking about destiny nd all...but he loved this cabir too who brought tears in his eyes

They broke d hug nd Manik's tears had now found there way out he was crying lol d thing which was epic not for him but for everyone who will know d reason behind his tears that...it was cabir's words which brought tears in his eyes tears of happiness

Cabir when saw him crying some little droplets don't know from where formed in his eyes he didn't had any tanker lyk ever ready in a girl's eyes to leak

But hidding them he was back to D REAL CABIR FROM D MATURED CABIR who had just know only came up but again he became as he was

CABIR: kya yr tu bh ladkio ki trah leak ho rha h kisi ne dkh liya toh kya socheng ki THE MANIK MALHOTRA is crying that too coz of his best friend nanana mri image mat khrab kr tu koi sochega mne tjhp kitna atyachar jhulm dhya h he said maintaining seriousness in his voice

Manik rolled his eyes nd gave a look to him aftr wiping his face with both hands moving his head in disbelief giving him look D REAL CABIR IS BACK

CABIR: kya luk kya de rha h sach hi toh kh rha hu aur koi dikh rha h yha tre ass pass...huh..!!

MANIK: Cabbbiiirrr

Nd they both brust into laughter whole heartedly

But being cabir how can he just be quiet aftr some tym he again started

CABIR: but on d serious note manik he said making a very serious face this grabbed Manik's attention nd he gave him confused look as knowing him well he wasn't expecting anything more serious stuff from him he had already said above his capacity...he continued r u sure wase tjh pta h na ab kya hone wala h...nd now irritated with his ghuma fira k baat krna he gave him say it clearly look

Cabir being cabir aisa kaise sidha bolega are yr tu toh baat baat p yh look dena lgta h mri baat smjh ab tu Manik ni rhga now uh will b MR MALHOTRA...kya dkh kya rha mh toh tjh sach hi kh rha hu...

CABIR: ohk in clear words uh won't b a bachelor now u will b a married person wase uh know sahi h tre liya ur such a boring person kam s kam koi toh ayga tri zindgi mh he said last part making fun of him

MANIK: Shut up...!!Cabbiirrr he said gritting his teeth on his taunts

There both the friends spent their tym there talking laughing taunting leg pulling most blissful friends tym

EVENING

Manik nd cabir returned back but manik got a call for an urgent meeting he left

Aliya didn't came out mukti tried her level to make her speak but she was adamant nd said she wanted to be alone mukti resting d case left from there

Chachi too tried spending some tym with nandini to make her feel comfortable but her less attention she thought to let her take her own tym she left saying if she needs anything she's always there if she misses meera nd wanted to share anything she is always there she patted her head nd left

Later in night everyone had dinner nandini refused to have but chachi kept in her room in case she'll b hungry. Manik came very late at night till d tym others have already retired to there room.

It was night finally d most eventful day was coming to its end. Its ending as darkness of night had finally overpowered d shining day sun had set moon had arrived to give some light to darken night. As day ends...sun sets, moon takes its place, stars start showing up shining its fullest. Its not d end but a mark to beginning as it brings new day new sunshine morning .

Manik was not feeling sleepy but don't know from where he was having n urge to see her just wanted to b confirm she's fine. But he was constantly fighting as too why why from where such caring was coming in to him.
But finally as we say how much you fight how much your mind stops you ask you for reasons questions. You just b selfish listen to your heart nd make it win often many a times. It was same to his condition so not being able to supress d urge he came down keep everything aside what his mind was blabbering.

He came near d guest room door wasn't locked he peeped in to see if she's awake from key hole coz he wasn't prepared to answer her as to what he was doing there so he took a pre cautious nd stepped in being sure. Slightly opened d door only to see her allegic face which was glowing even more as moonlight was peeping in from windows which were just facing her. Nd she looked beautiful he hasn't seen such a beautiful scenario nd just wanted to stand there lyk that only.
But unfortunately it wasn't possible so being sure she's ohk she's in a deep slumber he very quietly closing d door moved up.
As soon as he moved out she got up sitting on her bed she was in a deep slumber but then also feeling someone around she stood up trying to figure out if what she was feeling was true was someone really there.
She was confused there was nothing

Up in d room manik was standing beside window gazing d moon nd remembering her beautiful face with a little smile don't know why but he was feeling as if she was peace .

Screen divided in two nandini sitting on bed with lost deep in her thoghts
While manik was just lost in her.

Finally...!! This tym i have a reason for being this late guys response i got on previous part was really disappointing nd i didn't feel to write so i took my tym
Everyone was asking for some light moment thats why i gave that but only some people lyked it seems those who lyked nd gave me response thank uhh guys kch aise bh hnge jinhe passnd aya but weren't willing to tell so i'll assume u didn't lyked it...no on i'll just go with d flow
Silent readers agr apke hath dukhte h reply dene m to atleast lyk toh kr skte ho so that i got to know uhh guys r lyking else m resting d case...those who lyk this one tell me I tried it everyone was excited for manbir hope m able to reach upto uh guys...Most imp thing i hav told before too m having exams nxt mnth so no updates till 16th nov only after exams...I know it'll break d flow but seriously no choice

wow...im the first one to like and to comment also...its been blissful to read manbir convo...it was much needed for manik...i thought ki cabir will also talk to nandu to give some peace of mind to her...but no worries...u compensated with last scene of manan...gud going gal...eagerly waiting for next update...
