I think they are going to show Manik in hospital. As Parth is absent, to cover his absence this track has brought. Besides this if he will return to shoot, still he won't be able to do shoot with full energy. So hospital track will help him .Btw about Ayaz, I think that's one offscreen picture as Nyonika and Nandini are sitting together and laughing. This is not possible in real. Btw I have little fear after seeing Abhishek insta update. I think Harshad may do something for which Manik in hospital. I just want to cover Parth's absence cvs should not bring any serious twist for which ongoing beautiful story line will be harmed. They can show it in simple manner. No need to plan an accident or scary memory loss thing type etc..Hope cvs won't disappoint us. But after returning Parth if hospital track will be on, then I wish to see a caring Nandini. Then we can get lots of manan scenes.

Guys whatever it is support the CVs, they had to write a storyline that has to fit the ML's absence at short notice.
