Chapter 2

Nandini walked out of the classroom. On her way to other class she opened the bag zip and noticed the flower keyring was missing.

"Aiyapa..!! Where did I lost it? May be in the classroom..!! I should go and check..!!" Nandini murmured and walked back to the classroom.

Manik was standing with the keyring in his hand in the classroom door.

"Manik..!! Lets go?" Cabir called him.

"Yeah guys..!! Tum log jao I'll join you soon..!!" Manik excused himself and all of the other shrugged their shoulders and went. Manik didn't know why but he had a feeling that Nandini will surely come back in search of the keyring then he saw Nandini walking towards the classroom looking on the ground as if searching something. Manik smiled wickedly and hide behind the door. After few seconds Nandini walked inside the classroom she didn't noticed Manik behind the door.

"Kahan chala gaya..!! Nandini you are such a dumb..!! You can't even take care of your things..!!" She was annoyed on herself and was continuously searching on the floor.

"Isay dhoond rahi ho Nandini..!!" Manik's voice made her jump on her place. She hesitantly turned towards him and there he was standing with her keyring in his hand. Nandini composed herself.

"It's mine..!!" Nandini said in a ice cold tone.

"I know..!!" Manik said and smirked. "You want it?" Manik demanded and Nandini frowned.

"What kind of question is that?I said na that it's mine Of course I want it...!" Nandini said again in an ice cold tone and Manik was astounded on her attitude.

"Then ask for it properly..!!" Manik said wickedly and started moving towards Nandini and she moved backward. There was no fear in her eyes. Her eyes were expressionless just like her face. Manik trapped her between the wall and him.

"If you think I'll beg for this priceless keyring then you are highly mistaken..!! I am done begging from your kind of beast men..!!" Nandini said hatredly and Manik's eyes widened with her hatred.

"To whom you called beast?" Manik said angrily.

"Of course you..!!"Nandini said looking in his eyes. "Now if you are done with your crap? Let me go..!!" Nandini said angrily. Manik was dumbstruck on her attitude he unconsciously moved aside she was about to leave when Manik held her hand. Nandini's eyes popped out in shock and her anger rose beyond limit.

"Look I just..!!" Before Manik could complete his sentence Nandini turned and way to go Manik held his cheek because Nandini had given him a tight slap on his face. Manik was standing there like a fool holding his cheek.

"Don't you dare touch me again..!!!" She shouted on top of voice. "What you guys think of yourself haan? All of you are same bloody opportunists..!! I am not weak...!! I am Nandini..!! The strong Nandini..!! Don't you dare come close to me Manik Malhotra..!!" Nandini didn't know in anger how much she blabbered and run out of the classroom. Manik was froze on his place. He just wanted to play a little game with Nandini but in spite of playing with her he was being played.

"What is she? What was her meaning by bloody opportunists? Pagal hai ya larki? She called me beast? What is her problem? Why she reacted this much when I touch her? Her dressing was quite modern she wasn't that desi type reserved that she overreacted this much on just holding her hand? " Manik murmured in frustration. Her slap was really very powerful Manik felt like his jaw aching on it's place. "I will not leave you Nandini..!! You have messed with a wrong guy..!!" Manik spit the blood which came in his mouth as his cheek flesh has got a cut.

Nandini run from the classroom and rushed towards the girl's washroom she went inside and locked it from inside. She fell on the floor and started crying. The warm tears were rolling down her cheeks which she was holding in front of Manik.

"Ayiappa..!! Why? Why always me? Why you always trouble me in such kind of situations..!! Why? I didn't want to slap him..!!But I did..!! He was Manik Nandini..!! Manik..!! Manik Malhotra to whom you l...lo..!!No..!! Why are you behaving like this to him..!! You can't scold him for someone other's fault..!But how could I trust any man again? Aiyappa..!! Help..!! Please..!!" Nandini was talking to herself when girls started knocking the bathroom. She got up and splashed water on her face. After that she came out of the bathroom and walked towards the canteen. Her eyes were swollen clearly indicating that she had cried a lot. She entered the Canteen and Fab5 was sitting on a table Manik was with them too. All the four were talking to each other but Manik was sitting quiet. Nandini intentionally took the seat far away from Manik and his group. She was very guilty about slapping him. She ordered a sandwich with some coffee.

"Manik..!! What is this mark on your face..!!" Cabir asked touching Manik's cheeks where Nandini slapped. Although Cabir's voice was low but it was enough for Nandini to heard she froze at her place She knew that Manik will surely tell his group about their encounter but Manik's answer made her speechless.

"It's nothing yaar..!! I banged with the door..!!" Manik covered the thing and Nandini lowered her head in embarrassment. She kept eating the sandwich she was least interested in it's taste she just ate that much food which will help her to stay alive.

Fab4 again got busy in talking each other and Manik started looking here and there. He spotted Nandini sitting alone on a table. She was eating a sandwich again with expressionless face her eyes were swollen that means she cried. Manik again started thinking about her. "Why is she like this? She never smiles..!! No girl even dare to talk with me in loud voice and this girl slapped me? May she had some reason behind her behavior? What is she? What is this sadness in her eyes? I must have to handle her wisely..!! She is different..!! But why I want to handle her urgghh..!! I should be planning for a revenge and here I am thinking nice about her..!! No Manik shut up..!! When she slapped you at that time you were very angry with her now what? Don't think about her..!!" Manik was fighting with himself in his mind. When he saw Nandini walking out of the canteen. He sighed, he wanted to go after her but what will he say to her. "Forget her Manik..!!" Manik ruffled his hair in frustration.

After college Nandini went to an academy. It was her part time job. She teach there for 4 four hours. Her salary was enough to pay the rent of her apartment and to fulfill her daily needs. Nandini entered her apartment at around 7 of the evening. She was too much tired. Her head was aching badly. She take a cold shower which helped her to release her stress. She wasn't hungry at all so she almost fell on the bed and stared at the poster on the wall which was exactly in front of her bed. Her favorite Rockstar. She was his admirer. "Today he asked me that doesn't I know who was he? How stupid he was of course I know him..!! And I slapped him..!! How silly of me..!! But I was afraid at that time..!! I tried to suppress my fear in my anger...!! He thought I slapped him because I was angry that he held my hand no wasn't angry I was afraid..!! I should say sorry to him..!! I'll definitely say sorry to him tomorrow..!!" Nandini talked to herself and she fell asleep.

Ok I know it's short but there is lots of more to come..!! I wanted to write more but I am finishing this chapter here. I'll try to update both FF tomorrow. So coming to the update Nandu slapped Manik hawww that was shocking..!! And moreover she knows him? Hain? Ya kyaa? Hehehehehe chill guys you will surely come to know soon and yeah in next update Nandini will say sorry to beast Manik..!! It will be fun right? What will be Manik's reaction? What will he do?
