Khabar Nahin was fun too, Adhi but Maanjha was HARMONY personified...that is why I loved it.

And the "Aao Naa" was very well executed too overall but it seems like their budget and creativity regarding song performances nosedived after Musicana😆

Now it's total jukebox mode...we just had a music competition and see how well that went😕😆...after FC, I'm scared about new music competitons😆

They should bring in some rival college rivalry or something to spice up competition now...really show them MAKING music for real and not just playing at it.

@Zahara - Exactly , like the music became a background thing when they made the whole NH3 vs fab5 thing so lame by making NH3 sing pathetic songs , like who would want to root for the so called underdogs. Music is usually used as a prop bas.

Why cannot they have a proper original song on MaNan . Jeez.

At times I really think they don't want to invest too much into Nandini's looks, maybe because it's against her character sketch, but then even with simple clothes, she can still manage to be within her character. So I am really lost at times, are they deliberately making her look the way she does, or it's just part of the gag...

OMG YES. Rival college competition or something. But this time, I want the show to write their own song (if they can) rather than from a movie.

Like have the usual Fab 5 performance and then as an extra MaNan singing on a song they wrote themselves.

That would be awesome!

Rock concert again. Where Nandu can open the event singing something classical. Fab5 vs Harshad thing.

See Navya was into music but again after first 5 -10 episodes sidelined completely from music.

Oh man I loved Maanjha. It was a GROUP performance in the true sense- it had Cabir-Raghav, Manik, Dhruv, and just this whole sense of this group being bound by their friendship and their music. Such a great way to contrast it with the sham that Harshad's NH3 was. Musicana's 'Aao na' was great too but it was a Manik./Parth show through and through.

I didn't mean Shaam as a 'performance', but now that you mention it, hmm, maybe they could just show Nandini just smiling at him and nodding along. I'll make do with that. 😆

Confession: I haven't actually watched that Zehnasaheeb performance. Even the thought of it makes me wanna hurl. 😆

NH3 had such pathetic songs. Like lol what "rock" song did they sing for the intra college competition? LOL worthy that was.

And @bold! Agree! There was this other show I watched ages back on StarPlus. Forgot the name but two sisters and one of them has cancer. Anyway the cancer sister and her guy had all these nok jhoks and they have this background track. Basically they performed a song that was original but with that background track as its tune.

I want something like that with MaNan.
