I'm still trying to figure out what exactly is in her closed fist though 😕😆

@Kiara 🤗 Can we also please do a star lamp and a fireflies' jar opening ceremony tonight before the episode airs just so we get the pheels of the Olympic Flame being contextually adjusted to suit MaNan and their vital love elements. 😆

MaNan work cos of the way the writers for most part have kept it simple baaring lalsa offcourse. And the earnest potrayal of PaNi. The hameshas promises fireflies stars which otherwise would look cheesy on many couples and shows actually looks soo good here and just seems so right obvious and matter of factly. There have been soo many scenes and dialogues that could've easily become ott but it stayed simple and oddly endearing.

During the confession the anda proposal scene or the couch scene it worked cos the focus was on them it was all about them. The surroundings the decorations dont matter much its always special when its just about them. That anda proposal scene is soo cute cos we see how far they have come from throwing eggs at her making her clean his shoes he is now on his knees in front of her asking her to do same things he did to her to torture her cos well he wants to clean the slate and start fresh and this is the only way he knew how to do so. His earnest ways of apologizing and making ammends.

That i love you of manik came across as mechanical cos the focus wasnt on them it was all about that really wierd lighting. Also when a guy like manik confesses it should have been more intense cos for soo long he was trying to hide it deny it simply cos of the intensity behind it.

I didn't really mind her "I love you" part; I thought that was sweet, but when she was talking about stars, that was just too hyper! 😆

I really hope that they give that poignancy and theraav that this scene would need! Lol I am hoping in the actual scene, they will! 😳

@Nush: 🤗 I thank MaNan for becoming my lifelong true love and all you guys who are so inspirational with their support

@Kiara: Couldn't agree with you more there. Manik has always been about extremes. And his confession scene just didn't do that justice to his character because they were shown to be some meters apart rather than in the same frame. Nevertheless, Nandini's words need to be written aptly for her character because they are her character's major strong points.. It simply cannot be mechanical and look rehearsed at this stage. It needs to be an expression which can be felt rather than heard because after all, she's held onto his love even at times when he hurt her because at the back of her mind, her fireflies' glow never let her forget that he indeed is her true love. It's been a long exile, for her not being able to express herself openly, for him not having being able to hear her fully confess and for us ofcourse too. It just needs be one of those episodes where they recognise that simplicity and their subtle and organic love is the usp here for these kind of scenes.
