As we know rishtay channel started to air ky2 from 1st of june so was just thinking is it possible that not uploading or letting others upload is part of the deal mtv made with rishtay while selling the rights of the show?

because otherwise can not see what mtv going to gain by not uploading or letting other do it?

even though they don't get trp ratting for international viewers they do get adds which is quite good income and if i am not wrong they even do check which show got more online views?

rishtey channel airs only in UK if i am not wrong, and international viewers are all over the globe and not only UK dear.

I don't think that this is the reason coz be it MTV, Colors or Rishtey ...the 3 of them belong to Viacom18 company . So I don't think selling of rights was involved here .
