DJ held Nandini's hand and walked out.. Nandini looked at DJ and Manik both confused while Alya gave her a hateful smile which was noticed by Manik.. As soon as DJ and Nandini left Manik burst on Alya.. "What did you?" Manik held her arm and asked angrily "What do you mean Manik?" Alya replied.. Manik "Come on Alya don't play innocent...You know I am talking about Nandini.. What did you say to her? She's avoiding me and its only who said something.." Hearing this even Alya's anger crossed all limits "What do you mean Manik how does it matter if she's ignoring you?" "IT MATTERS.." Manik shouted "It matters Alya.." "Why?Why does her not talking to you matters to you so much.." Alya questioned "It matters because she is..." Manik stopped.. "Because she is what Manik? Tell me I am asking you? She's what.." Alya asked..

Manik didn't knew what to say, he knew Nandini mattered to him, her smile mattered but why he didn't knew.. He never named this feeling because he never experienced it.. Manik flirted with girls, he had been with Alya from the time he could remember but he's never been in love... If these feelings were a first for Nandini it were for Manik too as being in a relationship doesn't qualify as being in love... As Manik was lost in his thoughts Alya who fuming with anger spoke again "Manik I am waiting.. You have to answer me I am your girlfriend damn it and that Nandini she's come just few days back and taking you away from me.." Alya was spitting venom with every word..

"Now I've just warned her to stay away from us but one more time I see her near you then.." Manik cut her between "What you had a fight with her, you insulted her..How dare you?" He shouted.. "Alya this relationship is dead.. You heard me dead.. Yiu wanna know answers right here they are I never loved you.." Manik's words shattered Alya "Manik we've been together ever since..How can you say that I love you Manik..." A teary Alya found her world shattering "Alya it is the truth I was with you but I never loved you.. Your smile never mattered to me neither your tears...I still love you as my childhood friend and as a member of Fab5 but I am not in love with you Alya.. I am not.."

"So now you are in love with Nandini, a girl you claimed to hate, a girl you didn't even know properly.. She's no match for you Manik.." Alya tried to reason.. "I don't know if I lover her but I can't hate her.. I've know her for few days but seems like ages I've known her, she sees me like no one..You'll never get it Alya.. But you and I are over and done for good.. Don't make it messy Alya I value our friendship and i don't want to loose it.. I expect you to honor it for Fab5" Manik said calmly and walked out...

Alya found her whole world being shattered in a moment.. All her life she loved Manik and she knew deep down that Manik never loved her, she knew this day would come but she was never prepared for it...But now it was all in front of her.. Her whole world was gone, Manik was gone... One person who was very happy to see this was Neyonika.. She saw the entire drama unfold and found out for the first time Manik was not in control of his life and she found the perfect bait to take Manik down, Alya..

She walked upto Alya and said "So you would let him go so easily?" "But what can I do? He never loved me I knew it but never accepted it..." Alya said.. "Oh come on Alya there's no such thing as love its all about how well do you match up.. You and Manik are from the same strata of society and that Nandini she's no match for you, your class and your money.. Fight for him and don't let him go.." Neyonika instigated Alya and walked off..

Meanwhile Manik reached college and looked for DJ and Nandini everywhere but could not find them.. He was restless to tell Nandini that things between him and Alya are over and come clean with her but she was no where.. A dejected Manik walked into Fab5 music room and saw everyone there and announced that Alya and he have broken up.. Everyone was shocked to hear except Cabir who was anticipating this for a long time.. Manik and Alya's relationship had been on rocks for a long long time but everyone choose to ignore cause they always believed in running away from truth..

Every member of Fab5 was broken in some way or the other but they never showed or and pretended all is good.. But truth never hides no matter how hard we try.. One day it comes and stands in front of us and forces us to accept but if we shy away from it even then we are on a path of self destruction... Manik accepted the fact that he's broken and found a way to mend himself with Nandini coming in his life.. But Alya took the path of self destruction by not accepting the truth...

Just as Manik announced the breakup Alya entered and everyone looked at her.. "No Manik it's not over.. So many years I invested on you now I just can't let you go.." Alya announced.. "It's not over between us Manik we were meant for forever and we will.." An unwilling Alya said... "In your dreams Alya.. Just in your dreams.." Manik smirked and walked off...
