+1000...I totally see what you're saying here and that is the sense I get too...Nandu needs to do this for HERSELF...she has to come to terms with it from within...no one else...not Manik not Ams or anyone else can do it for her...Manik can be THERE for her, support her through this but ultimately she'll have to find that courage and ultimately peace from within only and that is where this change of setting can help in terms of reflecting.
I only wanna see manik being supportive here... Reflection, introspection and any kind of monologue has to be her own...
And all this doesnt even need any angst.
The way manan are right now, it seems manik can understand that too, her need for individual space.
It doesnt even need to be long drawn out, just her realizations when/if she goes back to mangalore.. Of how things have changed and what she carries within from all her experiences.
U know, i loved how manik said he loves her and a continuation of why shes special as a response to her saying she feels lost and she doesnt like herself: this is also guilt. She needs to accept that it was a mistake and one mistake can't change who u are.. It can make u a better and a more informed person. It s a part of growing up. And it only needs one or two self talks or one or two conversations for this to shine through.
If they wish to do it through a return to roots or in space is their wish, but its the only way i feel, we can have a sensible closure to the pandit track
