A very vague reason ...how can Nandini be so insensitive to breakup just coz pandit kidnapped her ...seriously the cvs are really making it weird...Nandini who was always a strong headed and sought after girl ...who loves manek so much that she was ready to fight everything for her relation...now wants to breakup with manek just coz she is lost????seriously this just doesn't make any sense...and ya even I think kisses are bad for Manan ...first kiss manek breaks up with nandu coz of Dhruv ...second kiss when nandu kissed drunk manek ...Soha fiasco happened and they broke up on Valentine day ...and here we are with third kiss followed with a breakup just coz Nandini thinks she is lost...

Today promo nandini confessed to him so i dont see why everyone is getting so hyper. Im sure manik will support her through this and they will survive through this together.
