Says Manik to Nandini!!
His world...strange...rare...a world where a mother is a master negotiator. A world where everything has a price tag...a world where son and mother have formal meetings...a world where a son learns to avoid spending time with a mother who never had time for him!! A world where its all about..yes...give and take...coz its not love...its business!! It's nothing personal!!
Nandini ...how shocking ...to be on the receiving end of one of the most primitive and primal emotions in this universe...HATE!! Its new to her, this idea of hate...this darkest of dark emotions in the spectrum!! She is totally uncomfortable with the fact that someone can hate her. The intensity of this hate, scares her, worries her, terrifies her!! Having lived her whole life in the shadow of love, this new emotion is something she just simply cannot deal with!!
But, her fear, her terror amuses him!! He, who has dealt with this hate since the day he was born...19 years, and by now he is a pro...he says proudly!! Masking his hurt, hiding his pain in an indifferent smile, a cool shrug...hey you get used to it!! How he dislikes welcoming her in his world, how he hates to drag her in his mess!! Wish he could change it all for her!! Wish loving him was easier...
So today Nandini gets to know one very crucial fact...his mother is giving him a hard time about her and she totally, absolutely, hates Nandini!! And she is shell shocked!! Negativity is bound to scare a positive and gentle soul like Nandu (gentle, when she is not throwing punches, of course😃)!! And so starts her... Avoid Future Mom In Law At Any Cost...campaign😆!! Dragging a six footer hunk with her..who was never and never will be scared of his mom... along!!
Kind of hard for him...don't you think...when you are six feet something...to hide under a desk at short notice?? He just won't fit...damn..all arms and legs protruding from all sides and angles...but she managed...somehow!! Of course she being so tiny, always helps!! She kind of compensates for his size in this universe...😃!! God, in his infinite wisdom, shrunk her a bit coz her other half expanded himself a bit...😉!! Coming to the point...err desk...oops..under the desk...it was a tight fit!! And one Manik Malhotra absolutely loved it!! When it comes to his Nandu, he loves tight fits...the closer, the better!! He would have actually preferred a box with her, carton, that can be closed at the top...more privacy you see!!😳
So, while she stares horrified at the she monster that gave birth to her he monster, he gazes at her with eyes filled with tenderness, desire and amusement!! He didn't even glance away from her, even for a minute, or even blink his eyes, relishing every intimate moment spend with her!! The fleeting emotions of fear and worry on her face, registered and recorded for pleasure!! About the ogre, the dragon lady, Nandini so fears...he could care less!! He was so not going to spare his so called mother, even a thought!! She could go rot for all he cared...😉!!
Remarkable...yesterday he was worried about Nyonika...but not today?? Confusing!! Not really...he himself has never been scared of her, defying and challenging her at every opportunity, his fears are all for his Nandu, coz he knows that she is not equipped to deal with the likes of Nyonika.!! At least...not yet!! Not before he trains her, tutors her and she learns from him!! Also, he wants peace till their official reunion, just one more day...and after that...they will be totally invincible (not to mention besharam..)!!
And so, being his mother's son he takes full advantage of the given situation, getting cozy with his girl!! She folds him in, hugs him, grips his hand with her tiny ones, snuggles up to him (unawares) all the while watching out for his mom, while he watches out for himself!! 😆 And then drags him out too...he doesn't mind..actually has never minded being man handled or in this case woman handled by his woman!! Great experience...wanted more of it...so tried his hand once again!! And again he was successful...this time he got to cup her face and caress her cheeks too...Mumma dearest finally came useful in 19 years 😛!! Nyonika did some good for him...😉
Cutest battles ...word play...hand play...teasing and tormenting...the volley of smart responses, each reminding the other of their words!! Their mutual pact of no lies...revised!!
His hand holding...hmm...so territorial and natural!! Her shy reaction...sho shweet!! But of course, she always manages to surprise him...so give her a few days...and this same girl will be hugging and kissing him in the corridors of the same college that witnessed this love story from day one...you never know Manik Malhotra!!
MaNan were lost in their world, and that highlighted the contrast to the world outside...the plotting and conniving Pandit who is sharpening weapons and planning strategies against the one, who dared to stand up to his lust, the misguided missile cum friend that now has a totally new and innocent target for his frustrations, and of course the lady with venom, who has not spared her own from her hate, and now is including Nandini in her circle of poison!!
Their love had an undercurrent of hate...and of course pain!! The pain of a deprived soul that has survived in hate for 19 years...How Manik Malhotra hates to welcome Nandini Murthy to his world!!
