@Saamya - Because right now they are surrounded by Darkness literally, there is Dhruv, Pandit, Nyo so many conflicts that are stopping them from shining together. Yet when they are together their shadows glow .

Its not that Pandit had passes any cheap comment or had tried to harass u

We audience have seen him staring at her or smiling at her but Nandini has not so what is her fault if she believes that he has not crossed the line as a man

Only Manik has seen him moving her hair behind during that water task or cupping her face during the smoke incident

Manik is a viewer like us . He is seeing the abuser even he cannot figure out the exact nature of it. It's that ambiguous but this is how it always happen in places where power is used to intimidate. How many times we have scene seniors bullying the junior staff , scolding them - that all dents the confidence and here Nandini is exposed to all of it for long.
