KYY or BOF ?

Hi guys, I'm here with a new poll, because I am really curious to know what majority of you think. I'm not sure how many of you have watched the Korean original version of kaisi yeh yaariaan called boys over flowers. I myself have not watched it, but have seen a few scenes here and there..and I personally did not find it very gripping to watch. But I read the summary of its story and I really liked its story. KYY and BOF have a lot of difference actually, only few things are similar. Comparing both, the way the character of dhruv was written on BOF seemed to be so much better than KYY bcoz that character was independent and didn't depend on manik's character, and it was actually him who had sacrificed nandini's character to manik's character, bcoz that nandini had liked him first. but of course, in indian version, the sacrificing drama and Mahan ban na role must definitely go to the main hero right LOLz..kidding.. anway, in the Korean verison, manik's character was stubbornly chasing after nandini's character and was not interested in any sacrifiing crap. And the thing about BOF, it was only 25 epis long, whereas our KYY have hit like 169 epis and most probably will last very much longer becoz its indian verison (which is the best part bcoz imagine if they had copied same story as BOF, KYY would have ended long ago what will we fans do without our beloved Manan?? 😳) coming to the gang, theirs was F4 ( only 4 boys) whereas ours have 3 boys and 2 girls in fab 5...which is actually more interesting to me, but only thing I didn't like was that I wish manik didn't have any ex girlfriend(alya) in KYY same as the manik's character in BOF, becoz I want nandini to be the only girl in manik's life, but still how they showed in KYY is also good becoz its showed that despite having a rich hot girl as girlfriend, manik's taste was a common middle class girl...the typical indian movies way hihi.. I luv it!😃

coming to the main point, I was reading a lot of comments on other forums about comparison between kaisi yeh yaarian and boys over flowers, and It seemed like majority love BOF more and many crititse about KYY not being up to mark, but hell no! nothing can ever beat KYY..i have actually seen a few parts of BOF and it felt so dry compared to KYY...like KYY's bgm they use for Manan, the beautiful hindi songs they use for manan, the theme of music college and a music band, the chemistry of manik nandini, the gorgeous looks of manan, cabir's and navya's awesome comedy, the cinematography style..boys over flowers cant beat these. I don't understand how some people in other forums also say the manik's character of BOF is the best and no one can replace him. im like 😆 seriuously? who can beat our KYY's manik in terms of his dashing looks, expression, acting and intensity of the way he looks at nandini with puppy eyes??

and BOF is the reason why i am watching Ky2

i like Ky2 but in some part's they dragged it...like break up then make up again Break Up

it's really a fab show to watch

thanks for replying 😛 hahah nobody will bash u😆 actually ya i agree that BOF's story is to the point and straight and only had 25 epis, unlike indian shows where they tend to drag..im usualy irritated for the looong dragging in other serials i watched, but when it comes to KYY, im addicted to manan pair so much that i cant imagine if it ends soon..i just want them to drag and drag as much as possible haha so that we can see many angles of their story. but will u share with what is the victory behind BOF that it became so famous and even indian audience love it so much despite the different language, culture, etc...since i havent watched and even after watching few scenes i was just bored only thats why..i wanted to watch the whole thing but just not motivated enough

I think both are totally different... apart from some inspirational element...
