That could be true. The birth year could be 1990 but then he would turn 25 next week. Considering he is still in the final year of architecture (which is a 5 year course) it would mean he has dropped a couple of years in the academics. (Nornally someone from Maharastra would finish B.Arch at the age of 23). Since he was also modelling and now is in the T.V.industry he may have been taking breaks between his studies.

As to surviving in the industry, I think most actors age faster than normal people because of the harsh lights they work under and the hectic schedules they have to adhere to for their shoots. Ram Kapoor is actually 4 years younger to me but he looks like he is atleast 55 years old and not 42 as he is. His weight is not making it any easier for him either! Anyway he was the first T.V. Actor I appreciated, and still apreciate. The actor and the character should be equally alluring for me. One without the other just wont do.
