She got scarred by DhruLya ka 'vampire sax' and wanted to stop it from ever happening again. 🤣

even the ink permanently etched on his skin was a show of his flamboyant personality, Nandini realized this without much surprise. He dipped in and out of the water, causing waves and ripples, the splashing sound ripping through the silence of the air. She was sure he wasn't seeing her. Likewise he was sure that she had eyes for none but him.
Sometimes, his self confidence could really tire her out.
She called out to him when he paused at the other side of the pool and gave her a clearer and wetter view of the tattoo of his back. She had witnessed his sight before and secretly longed to have a more closer and drier inspection of it. He didn't seem to hear her, or maybe he did, because the strokes he took to get to her side of the pool were faster than his previous laps.
Few feet away from her, he disappeared under the water and in one swift stroke appeared out of the water right next to her feet which were dipped in the water. She narrowed her eyes at him at his obvious show of skill and kicked the water to childishly splash his dripping wet body.
He took the splash of water kicked his way with a chuckle and shook his head at her before gripping her hand and pulling her in the water. A squeal left her lips but she didn't quite hear it ring in the air before she found herself completely submerged in water with his arms around her, holding her close to him. He got her out before she could lose her breathe.
"Now, you look just like my style." He grinned as she gasped for air and gave him the death glare which he so wonderfully ignored. Arms still around her, he leaned down and kissed the spot on her neck that had become his favorite since Diwali night. The miniscule annoyance she felt at being forcefully drenched in the water left her body as his lips traveled up, trailing little wet kisses in the short path from the spot to her lips, which he kissed like he always did; savoring, worshiping, with reverence. He kissed her breathless.
When he broke away, she had to rest her head against his shoulder to get her sense back as the wind caused shivers in her wet body. Or so said science. She was pretty sure it was something else that was causing the goosebumps to rise.
"Kaha tha na, by the time it's time for you to go back, I'd have kissed you in five different ways at five different places."
She heard his self satisfied voice which she was sure came with his trademark smirk and couldn't stop the smile from creeping on her face as well. The one in the pool was the fifth one and she really didn't have the energy to discuss the previous four.
His self-confidence surely did tire her out, just not in the matters which involved his kisses.
and that's my problem. Since Musicana they've been showing him drowning in self pity rather than self introspection. Constant amount of fears and bafflement on his part. Their playing it in a loop over and over again. Everybody trolls that now, that's growth? I'd take the Manik whose confidence was prided and whose complexities were praised by everyone over one who is just playing the 'victim' card in his own relationship.Originally posted by: charminggenie
They won't repeat the same template for back to back villians. They went smart with Dishank's casting and he can be used in many ways .Integrating him with Space and music for a long term seems good for MaNan post reconciliation track.
@Rida - Even Nandini never had 5 minutes to herself. Atleast with Manik, we got to hear his thoughts with Cabir. He is not the wronged one always but then it's his world which brings out the conflicts. Nandini has one or now two stories, if we include music. The fact that these two are staying together, not judging each other or not falling for the traps of stupid MUs is credit to their growth and their awareness about each other. What you want needs Nandini breaking down, with Manik-even at his worst , she will never do that. Because he gives her energy to fight , a challenge to be with her love. She will never give up on him. Hence she needs breaking at some issue which is sans him, then only he can shine.
Lol I had no problems with Harshad turning evil. But his cricket match with Manik's hand reeked of 'psycho' only. Such a big put-off , especially for an antagonist whose 'intelligence' was so emphasised all the time by all and sundry.
I'll never forgive them for ruining Harshad with lameness, Abhishek's acting notwithstanding. 😆

You and I have been consistent about him since day 1, Harshad had evil written all over him. Hi 5.@Nashi- Relax, nothing like it, they are angling towards Nandini's focus on music vs her focus on Manik. Thats how Pandit will factor in and you will hate him afterwards. Not now.
