Ok... so i just read your story and it is amazing... we always knew that mukti was a character with less words and a lot of pain... but this was a new angle to it... And a beautiful one... I could relate to the unspoken love between the sisters as I have one too... we're not broken... but there was a time we couldn't stand each other... But the love, the care... We may have not known it.. but it existed...Your story is beautiful and the revelation as to why Nandini came back brought a bit of a tear in my eyes... I really hope that you continue as this ff is just... amazing... there aren't words to describe it... So plz continue as bringing such pain and doing the justice that you've done to it isn't an easy task!

THE ANGEL AND THE DEVIL- PART 5

The fab5 were in conference call at night. Mukti had called them all after reaching her room. She was furious as she knew Nandini was upset. She wanted to throw her a beautiful surprise party and ask for her little sister's forgiveness. But Nandini didn't turn up for the party and this made Mukti suspicious of Cabir. She expected him to have done something that scared her little angel.

"You will never change na Cabir? Even after I asked you to not trouble her anymore you went and did something huh?" Mukti was shouting at Cabir.

"Seriously buddy what's wrong with you? Can't you let her live peacefully?" It was Dhruv's turn to shout at Cabir.

"I knew Cabir wouldn't change. Poisonous tads don't change their spots overnight after all." Aliya said.

"Guys maine kya kiya? I didn't go anywhere near her." Cabir replied.

"Ya right. We believe you." Dhruv said sarcastically.

Poor Cabir had no clue on why they were all blaming him. The last time he saw Nandu was at cafeteria.

Flashback

[Mukti called her friends to their favourite meeting spot. She explained to them about how much she loved her little sis but could never express it out. It was the first time that they saw Mukti crying. She was in grief thinking about all the pain she had caused her sister. Seeing her in pain caused pain to all of them. She asked them no ordered them to not trouble her sister anymore. They all agreed. They could do anything for Mukti and this was a very small thing.

"You should have told us before Mukti. We would have welcomed her affectionately instead of being cold and rude towards her. But I promise henceforth I won't harm her and won't let anyone else harm her." Aliya replied. She said this while glaring at manik. Manik just rolled his eyes.

"We will also adore her like a sister as your sister is hereby our sister too. Right guys?" Aliya continued.

"Absolutely Aliya I already see her as my sister." Dhruv replied.

"Cabir???" Aliya shot him scary looks and he gulped.

"Haan. Ok I will treat her like my sister." He replied being scared of the way Aliya was staring at him.

Now manik was getting really irritated. If Aliya wants to see Nandu as her sister let her do it but why does she have to force others into treating her like a sister. Let Cabir and Dhruv agree. Idiots. He wasn't gonna agree. Absolutely not. How can he see his pari as a sister? Manik thought to himself. Especially when she is so freaking beautiful that he can't lay his hands off her. Manik chuckled evilly to himself.]

Suddenly something clicked within cabir. He realised manik baba didn't talk anything when Aliya asked them to treat Nandu like their little sister and he wasn't talking anything now either. Which could only mean 1 thing...

"Waise manik where were you after class? You suddenly disappeared?" Cabir asked him.

"Manik!" Dhruv and Aliya exclaimed together.

Now the entire attention shifted to Manik.

"What did you do to her manik?" Dhruv asked.

"What?? Main...? Me??? I..." Manik's voice trailed off.

"Ya... tu...tum...you... what did you do?" Cabir asked.

"Nothing I just went to invite her to the party." Manik replied.

"And? I'm sure that's not the full story." Dhruv pressured on.

"Fine. I told her the party was at my storeroom and she freaked out." Manik said a bit slowly.

"What?" Fab4 said in unison.

"You actually told her that?" Cabir asked

"You pathetic stupid brat. How could you tell her that after swearing to Mukti to not trouble her anymore? You know how much she's scared of that storeroom." Aliya shouted angrily

"Manik ye tum ne acha nahi kiya." Dhruv also shouted.

Then for the next 15 mins the fab4 were criticising him. Well fab3 specifically. Cabir was actually happy at the back of his mind. Finally they stopped as they had run out of bad words to call him.

"Fine. Tomorrow is Saturday and I want all of you to come to my house. We will apologize to her together. Good night everyone." Mukti said.

They all replied good night and went to sleep. Everyone except manik that is. He was lost in thoughts thinking of his pari's mesmerising eyes.

Nandu slowly opened her eyes. She glanced at her alarm clock and realised it was 10 am. She quickly got up and showered. She wore a baby pink shorts paired with a short white top and brushed her hair. Her phone started ringing and she attended the call not knowing who it was.

"Hello" nandu said softly.

"Hi nandini." A girl's voice replied on the other side.

"Who is it?"

"I'm the girl who first tied friendship bracelet on your hand. Do you remember?"

"Navya!!" Nandu practically screamed into the phone. Navya Naveli, daughter of Mr Naksh Naveli, the famous producer. Navya and nandu used to be bffs until navya's family moved to another place away from the bustling city. Now they occasionally text each other but weren't that close anymore.

"So you do remember huh?"

"Of course I do. How can I forget you? This is indeed a surprise. How are you?"

"I'm fine nandu. I'm in Mumbai now and I got my own apartment. Guess what I've joined space too."

"Really???" Nandu was also equally excited.

"Ok listen. I have to go pick up some parcels. I'll talk to you later. How about I text you my address and you come here when you have time."

"Of course navya. I'll come to your house today at 4. Okay?"

"Ok. See you soon. Bye sweetie."

"Bye." Nandu cheerily kept her phone down. She couldn't believe she was gonna see navya after all these years. She missed her so much. She decided to go shopping and buy some stuff for navya's new apartment and then go see her.

She started humming softly and went downstairs. When she went into the massive dining room she got the shock of her life as she saw the entire fab 5 seated there and looking up at her.

Seeing her Dhruv smiled at her. "Good morning Nandu. Finally you are awake. Come sit." he indicated to the seat next to him.

She sat down wondering how torturous the rest of the day was gonna be.

Mukti cleared her throat and softly said, "Nandu"

Nandini turned her head towards Mukti shocked that her sister had called her name. Mukti hadn't called her name in 4 years...
