@Arathi - It is unfair, because she is also only 17. Younger than him. And most girls that age, are NOT in the LEAST like her. He should know, he has been around longer.

It is also unfair because what is he giving her? He knows she is an orphan. He troubled her and mocked her about it. He knows she comes from a middle class family and has a love for science, but what has he done about the latter? He never tried to understand her, what her dreams are, what she wants. They don't talk. Their talks are on another level.

But she understands him, she has that innate quality to. And THAT is one of the reasons why he fell for her. Time he made an effort too.

No you did not. You just buried your head under the sand and refused to listen to or believe the spoilers. Were you praying really hard for the CV's to listen?

It is still to early...what if he develops feelings that become dangerous? Obsessive Compulsive Pandit.

But Nandu has been an enabler in that case too...she HERSELF made her life ALL about HIM only...did she herself ever bother volunteering much information? All she did from dawn to dusk was cry over HIS hands, HIS friends, HIS problems...Nandu is selfless to a fault almost...as is he when it comes to Fab 5...but Nandu in showing that rare UNDERSTANDING of him inadvertently made him start to DEPEND on her light...and she enabled that as well by going along with it...she REVELS in that feeling.

Honestly the biggest hurt for her right now is that he WON'T let her HEAL him, COMFORT him...it's killing her.

Pandit is love, okay? Plus he's ams ka student, which means Nandini's ghar ka ladka. That automatically makes me like him.

I'll love him even more if he is a (non-creepy) non-shipper who keeps MaNan apart. Let Manik work for it. Hmph.

Nandu has a saviour complex, their issues were never sorted ever during the NYE just he pushed the "protect" card and she latched it and started enabling him further.

Nandini liked blending in his world because she is just as much of an escapist as he is .

Problem is she not only understood him but started picking his battles rather than sharing or supporting him. Right now she is defected , hopeless because he is denying her to fix this. She can fight, scream, cry - he has taken the "protect" card from her.

@Anu: Exactly. It's Nandini's job to realise what she wants from her life, just like it is Manik's prerogative to get over the self-loathing and accept himself for who he is. Nandini needs to let go of her hyper-TLC tendencies and guilt complex too, or else she'll never be able to find her own footing in life.

Same. Even if he develops feelings for her I want it in a non-creepy way. Why make a kachra out of every rship this girl has?

@AY - I agree with you to a great extent. She does revel in her ability to shine for him. Indeed, she was the one who asked him to stay around so that she could shine for him.

But, he also needs to take some responsibility right? Just because she made her life all about him, he needs to also invest a bit of time and understanding in her.

I know, Manik was shouldering Fab4 for so long that to have someone to depend on felt wonderful. But now, he needs to introspect - what did he give N? What did he do for HER? How much did he understand her?

Its time for all that introspection now.
